This is a must try place! We had a pepperoni pizza, a Margherita pizza, meatballs, and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly, the meatballs were big, delicious, and served in a soft tortilla shell. The pizza was the best I have ever had. The crust was perfection ! This is a new restaurant that is still under some renovation, while it prepares to open up more seating and an upper level. This would be a good place to host a small or large group. The service was superb. The staff was friendly, efficient, checked on us regularly, and brought our food out quickly. We will definitely eat here again when we pass near Seguin.

The pizza is fantastic. The atmosphere is great. And the staff have always been friendly and welcoming. My whole family loves it.

Touring Texas with some buddies when we saw this place. What a hidden gem! We got a few COLD beers, traditional wings (mild and parm), couple pizzas (Matador highly recommended) The experience was phenomenal! Even the owner came out and greeted us and checked to make sure all was well. Quality wings and pizza was high quality. Price was super reasonable too!!!!!! We need a place like this where we live! Only wish, they served calzones! Just me being picky!

Wow! This is definitely a up and coming gem in Seguin. Though they've been open for about a year, it was our first visit. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The servers and owners were so nice and attentive. The chef stopped by our table to chat. We talked about the renos they're doing; going to have an elevated dining area soon. Looking forward to that. He, along with everyone working, were so understanding and caring when it came to our little guy called Benji. Pizzas come in individual and share sizes. I gotta tell you the individual size is generous! Can definitely share next time. I got the Margherita pizza, the boyfriend got the Blanco with pepperoni, and his mom got a standard pepperoni pizza. The food came out quickly and perfectly cooked. BTW, chef mentioned the dough ferments for 21 hours. And, you can tell! It's so tasty and not chewy or rubbery like some brick oven pizzas can be. Seguin really needs a spot like this where you can get better than the run-of-the-mill greasy pies. If in the area, I suggest swinging by!

    New item, Caprese Salad

First time customers...and it was a very pleasant experience!! Friendly and informative staff, great atmosphere, quick service and the food was amazing!! Meatballs were so good and a good size...pizza crust was soft yet crunchy and the staff let me try a new menu item.... Caprese salad that was very refreshing and delicious!! We will definitely eat here more often and spread the word about them....a must try if you are looking for a great place to eat in Seguin!!

Margherita pizza! They had to sub basil sauce because they were out of fresh basil. Delish!

The food was good. The Cesar was nice and tasty. Pizza, good crust. The waitress needed to learn food but overall we would try it again.

It was warm to start but the AC caught up in a reasonable time. Ma enjoyed the usual house salad with the rest of us and a dish of meatballs since she's given up carbs; was very satisfied with the flavor/texture. Her husband ordered his absolute usual, the fettuccine chicken alfredo. I can truthfully swear in court he HAS actually tried and enjoyed other dishes, but I think he himself has forgotten that fact. Mr R, eating vegetarian this day, had the eggplant parmigiana which still had a lovely crisp on it and enough sauce/cheese to complement without becoming overwhelming. The last 2/5 of his plate was full of spaghetti marinara and he cleared the entire thing even after a sub at Angellis for lunch. I had the chicken cacciatore for the first time in a while, and while warned it was a little spicy found it was a lovely gentle heat. The chicken cutlets do seem a little smaller since the last time but I could be wrong. The basket of rolls, in contrast, was ginormous. I don't think I recall being served that many for a party of four here, but again. Perhaps I misremember. Naim took great care of us in between the other tables and several to go orders. He always does and he loves a clean table. No one had room for dessert and we didn't win the fight for the tab so I can't tell you the actual price. Took home that mountain of fresh rolls and they fed Mr R and myself the entire next day just enjoying buttered rolls, tomato sandwiches, and using up leftovers in the fridge like brisket and the rest of my chicken cacciatore. We lingered a long time catching up and no one rushed us. Bathroom is aged but clean. In Seguin's collection of several great Texmex and bbq establishments plus franchise locations, this is one of the independent places that offers welcome variety.

The side salad was just the right size, and as usual, the meal came with their rolls, which are chewy, tasty, and filling. The service was likewise quick and friendly. My spouse ordered the malbec, but they were out, so she asked for merlot, and so the server recommended the cabernet sauvignon, but that is a minor nitpick. All told it's good, quality Italian food for Seguin, Texas.

To start off the garlic knots were amazing, didn't even snag a pic lol!…read more The knots had great crust, good level of moisture and just the right amount of oil. Paired with some marinara it was perfect! Pizza 8.9/10! SO good, great crust, perfect balance of cheese and sauce and overall cooked to perfection! Toppings also were evidently fresh and of high quality! 1000% you have to get the hot honey drizzle on your pizza, it was incredible! The only bit of feedback I would give to management is to replace the cactus plant with something that doesn't have little pokies, sadly my wife brushed her arm past it and we ended up going on a 45 minute quest to get all of the little cactus pins out :( The plant was also in a broken ceramic pot- broken ceramic is potentially as sharp or sharper than a razor, and I wouldn't want anyone to hurt themselves badly! All in all, great experience and we will gladly be swinging by whenever we're in San Marc

Here are some thoughts from my first visit to PS tonight…read more.. -This is a vibey, cool, but pretty simple college pizza hangout near Texas State University. -We ordered a create your own 16" pizza with pepperoni and onions. -It had a nice thin crust with a slightly burnt brick oven pizza flavor. Good, but not great. -I enjoyed their Maine Root fountain soda. I got the "Dr. Pepper" flavor and it was sweet, but didn't have a very strong cherry flavor. -The price point was really good. Cost less than $20 for a 16" pizza, $25 out the door with drinks and tip : ) Recommended.
