    Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich
    Goodness I.

I love this place-as does everyone else in America. My favorite thing about this location is all the surprise rewards that get added to your account when you order through the app! The employees are always kind and patient and give service with a smile. Even when you come during a busy time, you'd never know, because they move so efficiently. #chickfilastan

Have not been in years so wanted a quick bite. Got the biscuits mini - 4 small bites of chicken on mini biscuits. Line was long wait but staff was everywhere moving it along.

If they see this color they shouldn't serve it, first time I've had bad food from here and app won't let me refund unless I go way back to store

They finally brought it out 3 minutes after calling making the total wait time for ice 18 minutes

I had to wait 18 minutes for a bag of ice during non peak hours & the order was only brought out after I called and asked them if they were having water problems smh. People act like Chick-fil-A has such great customer but that hasn't been my experience at any Dallas location.

My favorite Chick Fil A location; responsive, quick, and friendly. I've put in orders for my team at work before and they're always ready to go. Lines are super long because this location is still new and there's a lot of people in the area, but this location is very fast and efficient and I've never had a problem with the quality of the food

Cute little waiting area for your "to go" orders

It has been a minute since I ate at a Chick Fil A so decided to try out this new location for lunch. While they have a pretty big parking lot, I shouldn't have been surprised it was pretty packed right around noon. I saw some reviews mention tricky parking - the lanes are one-way and pretty big so guess thats a personal preference. I liked not having to battle cars going both ways as I tried to drive in/out of the parking lot lanes of a busy restaurant. The restaurant has some nice decorative touches inside - cool little freestanding counterstyle table in the middle with decorative lighting, and also a neat little counter to the side of register area where you could wait for your "to go" order. One suggestion would be to have some barstools in that area for people to sit as they wait? But I didn't have an especially long wait before my food came out , sooo .... And speaking of the food, havent eaten here in years so I don't remember - I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, and fries. My sandwich came with just the chicken breast on a bun!!!! No lettuce, tomatoes, condiments etc. So not sure if that is the CFA norm. Chicken itself was tasty (not spicy as I expected though), and the bread was soft. Wasn't bad.

I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant with the large mural of a Hawaiian beach and simple island decor peppered throughout. The restaurant is also very clean. I also was fairly happy with the portion sizes for the chicken dishes. The vegetables in the Hawaiian plates were cooked very well and were really good complements with the lunch meals. What didn't work for me: The decoration alone is where this stopped feeling like a Hawaiian restaurant. The Hawaiian plates felt more Asian inspired rather than true Hawaiian inspired. The flavor is excellent, don't get me wrong, but I felt it was a bit of an identity crisis. The Beef BBQ short rib pieces were fatty and overcooked. I had only a few tender bites of beef but the rest was so chewy and fatty that I had to spit it out. Also only had 6-7 pieces of short rib for a $20 plate which I didn't really feel was worth it. The chicken katsu was crispy however I didn't care for the quality of the chicken meat. It was very stringy and tough to bite through in some areas. I was very much looking forward to the macaroni salad but it was just fine. I had high hopes for this one but it just wasn't creamy enough to blow me away. If you have ever visited a Hawaiian island and ever felt like you needed a fix of that memorable vacation, this place won't bring you back to those island memories but you will still be treated very well from a very kind staff. Their attitude is very aloha however I hope one day I can take a bite of their meal and be transported back to island vibes. I would recommend this place if you want solid Asian flavors, but not Hawaiian island specific flavors.
