Always a great meal from Burger Street! Chicken tenders are very good! We eat there often and are always pleased. Very friendly staff.

Ordered a cheeseburger meal with mayo and pickles only. Got home and have lettuce, pickles, and cheese with no mayo. Got tenders too. Earlier I was reading some local reviews from a Yelper and noticed theyre inclined to give five stars for 90 percent of the reviews they post. Not cool. I take reviews seriously especially the all important Star rating. All that being said, we all know deliciousness is in the eye of the beholder. However, if you get real, its just not that hard to rate a food experience accurately enough, that most rational Yelpers out there, will have a reasonable idea what to expect. Hence, the 4 stars which I believe is about as strong as you can get. The fives should be for undeniably world class. This burger could be served at any restaurant and appreciated. The fact it's drive through, is astonishing. However,I'm not surprised as,I remember it being fantastic. I can't speak for other locations or even this one until another visit. But,I have to strongly recommend,if your in the area .. Go!!!!! Enter Burger Street. I remeber when these guys started oepning their drive through locations. I have been going to Burger Streer for over 10 years but I am finally done. The increases in prices combined with the decrease in size of the portions is laughable. The service is beyond terrible. Forever I've been told I should try Burger Street and forever I've resisted. I'm not one to really hit up fast food burger joints unless we're traveling. But this isn't *really* fast food, I was told. This is a family-owned place. It's small. It's fresh. So off I went on a day I forgot to pack a leftovers lunch for work. I wasn't in the mood for a burger, but that's not a problem at Burger Street. Instead I grabbed a BLT and - upon recommendation - a cherry limeaide. The bacon was very crispy, actually a tad bit dry but not terribly so. Better even: There was a TON of bacon on the bun. All BLTs should be this way. Tomato and lettuce were crisp, the bun was nicely toasted and not dry. Wisely I didn't order a side because the sandwich alone was more than enough food. The limeaide was tart and came with 2 cherries and a huge slice of lime. I would definitely come here again just for this. Better than Sonic's in my opinion. Altogether my sandwich and medium drink were nearly $8.75. A little pricey for lunch, but yummy. Would I come back? Yes. For a burger? Who knows - likely not. Their prices are on the higher side, so I'll opt to spend the same amount at my favorite Rodeo Goat. read more

Never heard of Burger Street before, but they have a few locations in the DFW area. Also interestingly enough it's a venture from the creator of Taco Bueno. (Haven't been there at the time of this writing yet either.) DIdn't know until after that they make burgers fresh to order. Got the Frito chili cheeseburger for $7. It seems a bit pricey, but the prices of everything has increased now. it was good And just the burger was filling enough. I did try the fries and they were good. The indoor dining area is still closed due to COVID. It's a pretty small inside area at this location with 4 stools or so anyway. read more

Burger Street used to be my favorite place to go for a decently priced, big, delicious burger. Over the years, the prices steadily increased. I went back today for the first time in a few months to see the prices have increased again, but what was in the bag shocked me even more. No more container for the burger, just a wrapper. That's fine though, no big deal. However, the burger is now SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than what it used to be. Completely unacceptable. The taste is the same, but come on. Not only are they constantly raising the prices, but they're charging more for a smaller burger? It felt like I was given a kid's meal from McDonalds. Such a shame. The only reason I gave this 4 stars, is because the price is for a cheese burger is now over $8.00 Yes, the burger is absolutely delicious, but for a fast food, drive thru restaurant, it's on the expensive side. I recently moved back to Dallas after being in LA for ten years. I LOVE Burger Street and haven't had it in years. I just drove to Plano to get this burger. I walk inside and the first employee walked right past me and to the window to help a customer who just pulled to the drive-through window, understandable. An older woman comes out the back, looks at me then stands at the grill and pulls out her phone. understandable, maybe she's the cook waiting for an order to come in? It takes this guy maybe 5-10 minutes to finish these two cars at the window then comes to the register where i'm standing without saying a word or even looking up at me, stands for a minute looking at his phone, then walks off. I sarcastically asked if they were open, the woman looked up at me, then at him, he ignored. I asked again, "Sir, are you guys open?" he responded "what's up?". I was floored. Needless to say i just walked away after spending Ten minutes being ignored in an empty restaurant. Nothing will probably happen the tall heavy set latino kid but i just had to express my frustration after driving all the way out there to find one of my favorite Plano spots had become this miserable place where the employees disregard and disrespect their patrons. read more

By far the best location.. and reason for that is the customer service.. all the employees William remembers me every time I come here and greets me with a big smile.. Burger Street has been one of our family favorite burger go to's for years. I would have given them 5stars every time. It's almost always been first choice for burger night. Always hot. Vegetables fresh and crisp. Bread fresh. Perfection at a reasonable price. Sadly, our last three visits have not been the same. Everyone can have a bad day so we have still returned hoping for a second wind. The quality has taken a nose dive as of late. Our last visit was most likely our last. It was awful. We ordered burgers, BLTs, fries & tots. The fry grease was old & overheated tasting and needed to be changed out giving the potato's a nasty flavor. We threw all of them out. The BLTs were slathered in grease soaking into the buns and wilting the lettuce. We threw these out too. The burgers themselves were eatable but not the usual Burger Street quality. Such a disappointment. We will miss what you once were Burger Street but we sure won't miss what you have become lately. read more

The employees are courteous and they will sincerely apologize for the wait. So, this whole pandemic thing... what a pain, huh? But ya gotta eat so we've ordered from this location via DoorDash twice now. Both times the orders have been exactly correct, fresh, hot and delicious. That is more than I can say for other delivery orders we've placed. One last thing... everything is individually sealed with a tape seal on the bag and even on the drink tops. I appreciate that detail right now. I was craving a burger and just stopped at this place because I had a flashback to a girl in my 8th grade class, who raved about Burger Street. My fault was trusting in a thirteen year old, remind you-this was also when I was a thirteen year old as well. Just one of this random memories. Pros: heck yes to a drive-thru and no line. So after ordering a double cheeseburger meal, the bun stuck out most to me. It fell apart and had no actual bread, just the pretty brown outer layer of a bun. The burgers are always hot and fresh! If you are from Plano then you know this place is a must have regularly. The manager at this location is always nice to my husband and I, and knows our face because we are regulars. My favorite is the double meat double cheese with jalapeños and a little mayo. Forewarning everyone that Apple Maps has the hours wrong, they are definitely open and in business later than 5pm! Lately other restaurants seem to have a metallic taste to their cheeseburgers and it throws my tastebuds completely off, so I prefer Burger Street when I can get it. It may be a bit pricier than your average burger here, but they're authentic and hits the spot every time! I never knew this place had such amazing curly fries either and it makes me happy cause I stopped eating at Jack in the Box years ago. I tried Burger Street the 1st time during my pregnancy in 2021 and have since had nothing but great experiences and the service is also wonderful for such a small chain of restaurants. Disclaimer. My rating is based on very specific conditions. I've been going to this Burger Street location several times a month for past year now. I always only go for their sweet tea via drive thru. Such a great deal. Large (44oz) sweet tea for a buck. I always get a few large sweet teas with no ice. I can kind of get a sense of what an earlier review said about the idle cashier. Sometimes when I look in from the drive thru window, I could notice the staffers serving the dine-in customers kind of idling or chatting. But since those situations did not really affect me, I can't rate based on speculation. Every time I go, I'm always greeted very nicely by the staff there. I think the owner there knows my face now having been there so much. They always give me my teas in a timely fashion. The one thing that stands out for me is this. There have been several times where I had to wait longer for my teas. The wait time has only been up to 3 minutes at most. Umm, that's not long at all from my point of view. But the cashier would always charge me for half of what I ordered. So I usually get 2 large sweet teas and they would just charge me for one and apologize for the wait time. So I have no complaints so far with this location. The one faux pas that I could remember was one time they had someone hand me a sweet tea with the lid not completely secure. And she was holding it from the top so when she handed it to me, it burst in my hand all over my interior of my car. But, she apologized profusely and she looked like she was training so it's hard to criticize someone when they're still learning. read more

I'm originally from a small city in a very cold and low populated state. So finding some place that has that back home feel is very rare! But I definitely found here at Burger Street! I recently moved to the Plano area and have been trying new and different places. While most of my local friends tend to stir clear non-trending places, I love to do the exact opposite, because nine times out of ten, it's ends up being worthwhile. Tonight was a busy night and I was looking for something quick, easy and near home for a last minute dinner fix. While there were so many other options to try or "more trendy", I wanted to explore outside of my comfort zone. Totally worth it! While the restaurant is very small, it was clean, and very easy in easy out. This is definitely not your normal fast food place. Yes, this a burger joint, and most don't think much of such places. But the food was so good and the service was phenomenal! The food is made fresh to order, and you can witness the making while you wait! The burgers are made from real beef and the fries and onion rings where fresh, hot and so tasty! I love how the environment, the smell, the staff, the preparation and mostly the taste of the food reminded me so much of two of my favorite home city fast food joints that I miss terribly! The burger was juicy, and the toppings where fresh! The fries and onion rings where seasoned just right! This place just might be my new favorite fast food burger place!
