I ordered a chicken egg and cheese bagel. The wrapper even says chicken egg & cheese. you would think you're getting chicken right?

This location is by far the worst chic fila I've been to. The lines are normally long, but they honestly do a good job with getting you your food quickly which i think is also the probem. They try to move at such a fast pace that they constantly are meessing up orders. They don't listen to what you say. You constantly have to repeat yourself and they still can't seem to comprehend basic English to get your order correct. Today they forgot several items and my food was absolutely inedible. I do expect a full refund. I will also call to complain and produce a receipt if asked.

This was my first time to a Chick-fil-a. My nephew told me about this place so I had to try it. I think this could be the best fast food chicken sandwich I've ever had !! I ordered the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. It was cooked perfect. It came fresh, hot and juicy. The waffle fries were also real good. The exterior was crisp while the inside was soft and fluffy. I will defiantly go here again. I highly recommend this over other fast food places.

I'm not usually a fast food person but since I wanted to secure parking in one of the malls during the worst weekend of the year I settled for this place. It has been a long time since I have eaten at Chick-fil-A. It is a chain some of which have their own venues. For lunch I decided to get the grilled chicken combo. It comes with lettuce and tomato which may be a step up from the sandwich where they would just put a couple of pickle chips inside. Instead of French fries I opted for a kale salad. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer offer coleslaw nor their famous carrot and raisin salad. They still sell their chicken noodle soup. You can order just a sandwich or get a combo meal but your drink is no longer included. The sandwich was nothing out of the ordinary. I did enjoy the kale salad because they had cut up broccoli in it. It's rare getting a meal for under $10.00 but that's what fast food is for. Don't expect the greatest here. It's sad that they took that carrot and raisin salad off the menu. I used to enjoy it. Also be aware of the fact that this chain is always closed on Suns. It has been that way every since I discovered it in the once thriving Century III mall. The food court area is clean and well organized. There aren't too many offerings anymore at the mall of Robinson.

    4-piece Chick-fil-A Chick-n-Strips, barely amounting to 3 strips

I've been a fan of Chick-Fil-A since a good friend of mine bought a franchise in West Mifflin, PA in the mid-90s. I even worked there for a short time and was very impressed that all food was prepared fresh daily and that the hygiene is top notch. Also I mpressive was that corporate will hire capable, trustworthy 14-15 year olds, giving them a good foundation to build good work ethic, while strictly adhering to the child labor laws. A favorite menu item of mine has always been the chicken strips. Each strip has always been of ample size. The 3-piece usually does the trick, but when I'm especially hungry, I'll order the 4-piece. However, I was unusually disappointed tonight with my 4-piece from the McKnight location in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. I'm sending a picture along to show how scrawny the strips were, and they barely even amounted to 3-pieces, much less, 4. I understand that the Covid pandemic has had an effect on the restaurant food supply chain, resulting in changes to menu items and prices. But I write this review in hope that this is not the reason for my depleted order of strips tonight, and I urge Chick-Fil-A to continue observing its high standards, even if it means a slight change in menu and/or price. Please continue to live up to your great reputation. Thank you!

20 minutes for chicken strips that were lukewarm. I noted the ticket time to the manager; not much of a response

Good service, as usual for Chick-fil-A. Very consistent with the food. It's in a mall but rarely does the line get too long.

The boyfriend and I shared a Real Cheezy Burger with Donkey Sauce on the side. We each got an order of Flavortown Fries. The burger is huge and was more than filling for two people. It was juicy and packed a punch of flavor. I'm not a fan of sauces and condiments but the boyfriend loved the Donkey Sauce. The French fries were pretty good as well.

She has always been a big fan of Guy Fieri, from Triple D to Guy's Grocery Games, and she likewise got me into the hype. To a point of eating at all opened restaurants that Guy visited when he's came to the region. When we heard of the ghost place opening up we got super excited because we knew what we saw on TV would be coming to Pittsburgh. We ordered the nachos and queso, fried pickles with ranch, the cajun chicken pasta, macaroni and cheese, and the whiskey chocolate cake. The queso tasted like it was microwaved, parts of the upper parts a little hard in the goo. The fried pickles were as soft and then rubbery on the inside as a teenage track runner's jock strap. The cajun pasta, with the exception of the strips of chicken, was flavorless. The macaroni and cheese had next to no flavor at all, to a point that the texture of the crumbs on the top made it questionable. The only good thing was the whiskey chocolate cake. I would not be writing this review if I hadn't dropped $70 on the meal. I understand that you get what you pay for. But this upset my partner so much (in a chain of events around her birthday that cascaded into other bad events) that I had to write about this. We are real bummed.

There was an appetizer that I had never heard of or tried before, so I wanted to try it (similar to a pani puri). I was ordering for takeout, but they said if I wanted this I really should eat it in house immediately because the shell would get soggy and not be as good. I appreciate the tip because I would not have otherwise known that. And I am so glad I ordered it because it was delicious! The combination of the sauces with the shell and contents was a flavor blast. Definitely something I will order again. For the bowl, I did a build your own. They also have pre-designed bowls that might help if you are feeling overwhelmed with the choices. I made mine with white rice, paneer tikka, tiki masala sauce and several of the toppings. The portions were generous and they answered my questions about ingredients and let me sample sauces while I was making my decisions. When I thought about adding something that sounded good, they advised me against it saying it wouldn't work together with what I had already put in (but weren't pushy about it). I appreciated the feedback. The bowl was delicious and filling. I enjoyed every single bite and it was the kind of meal where I was actually sad when it was gone because I enjoyed it that much. I'm not in the Robinson area that often, but I would definitely come back any time I'm around.

The Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake was yummy. More than enough pistachio and kataifi (which places usually skimp out on). It says that it's a pistachio custard, but it honestly just tasted like vanilla to me. Lining the cup with the thinnest layer of cracking chocolate I've ever seen didn't make it any more chocolate-y either. Bummer! More chocolate would make this! The Smoky Classic BBQ Chicken was meh. This BBQ I just wasn't a fan of, it was almost too strong! Other than my taste, others may enjoy it. It was put together nicely! The 'Shroom Burger wasn't mine, but I was told that it was delicious, so there's that! Fried Pickles also weren't the best. Lacking flavor & the one double pickle had raw batter in between the two, yuck! Next time I'll stick with what they're pros at; burgers & fries.
