A steady stream of customers came in during the 45 minutes I stayed and the kitchen staff handled it all in decent time. I like the layout of this location and others too, much of the kitchen is visible which gives you something to watch while eating, but also gets you seen right away when entering. Plus the free peanuts and sacks of potatoes add to the unique feel. Even a sign telling you the town in Idaho where the damn potatoes came from!
