    Box never survives
    Altaf A.

I didn't stop here for the longest time but when I did, I found out that this stuff is good. Fresh, hot, crispy chicken tenders. And they're not skimping on size. These are nice portions. The heat level: so they have levels, and I think it's a nice seasoning mix that they are using. The strips aren't drenched in sauce; I like it. However, the heat level is not consistent. I've gotten "HOT" where it was like your mouth was on fire and I've gotten "HOT" that was relatively mild. They give you some pickles, which is great! No so great: they put them in the cardboard box and the box doesn't survive. Fries can turn soggy too. If you ask them to put the pickles in a cup, they will! However once, the cup had no lid and the result was the same :-D. I think this is a major issue. I think they have a good chicken product but they need to fix a couple of important things that come in the way of enjoying the food.

This is usually my go to place for chicken sandwiches & tenders but the last two times the size in tenders are ridiculously small compared to how they were.

Yummy yum!! These are my favorite Chicken sandwiches I have ever had. I get the medium spice and get my father and husband the southern spice ( no spicy ) and we got an order of Chicken tenders with southern spice too. You order on the touch screens on the counter and pay at the machine next to screen and then the screen tells you which number you are. Order was out quick and get service. If you want a delicious chicken sandwich this is the place give it a try!

Entirely too greasy. The boxes were disintegrating on the way home. The food was not worth the drive either. Edited to add the fries were soaking with grease and soggy. It's such a let down after spending $50+ on 3 meals!

Had some medium tenders and cole slaw. Tenders were good and the medium was hot enough...should have gone one level higher as I generally like spicy foods. The slaw was great...not soupy and mayo-overbearing slaw like most other places. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great space. Well-maintained with nice decor. Adequate and shared parking lot.

    Damn good chicken!!!

I love this chicken and the only two locations in the area are Cranberry and Oakland. They are my least two favorite locations in the area, but will travel to for this chicken once in a while at least. The cranberry location is a lot smaller than Oakland. Of course I have my staple sandwich the regular chicken "medium" today which was phenomenal as always, and we also tried the hot honey, which was fantastic.

Fast takeout option when I was working in the area. The three chicken tenders I ordered were large and plenty. The side of crinkle fries equally big. They have 5 different sauce options. I was told by others that their sauces run hot so I just got mild. The mild did not have any heat so I will get medium next time. The southern dipping sauce and pickles included were good.

    Chicken Tenders Almost burnt!

I have ordered online via Door Dash from this place multiple times. The most consistent attribute of them is inconsistency. Each time I received my orders with different quality and always with missing item(s). For example, last night, the chicken tenders were almost burnt and the cokes were missing. Also, the boxes were wet and almost torn apart. In my previous orders, I had wrong labeling of hotness, missing various items including dressing, pickles, beverage, and others. You might ask why I continued ordering while they have consistently had missing items and other problems? Because their chicken, when prepared correctly, is delicious. But it is not worth the anger because of them not being able to handle the simplest orders. I won't order from them anymore.

Southern chicken sandwich without coleslaw and a side of fries. All was amazing.

We tried CHiKN in Oakland two years ago and were not impressed. However, several people said they really enjoyed it in Wexford and Cranberry. We decided to give it a chance. I'm really glad that we did. My mom, husband and I really enjoyed it. My mom and I had the southern chicken sandwich. It was huge and on a delicious giant brioche bun from Mediterra. The chicken was so tender, juicy and flavorful. It was so much better than the one we had in Oakland. I also loved the pickles. I personally thought the Comeback Sauce was just ok. I love sauces but I'd skip it the next time. My husband had the mild chicken sandwich plain. He really enjoyed it. Last time, he thought it was bland. This time he thought it was moist, juicy and very flavorful. We also got a giant side of fries for $2. They were good and heated up well today in the toaster oven when we had the second half of our sandwiches for lunch. Definitely go check them out. When I picked up my to go order yesterday, someone ordered fries topped with chicken tenders, cheese and sauce. It looked amazing. I'm trying that next time.

I ordered the Italian Assorted, made with genoa salami, capicola ham, and spicy ham topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and the signature house Italian dressing on a fresh-baked sub roll. The meat-to-bread ratio was spot on and the ingredients tasted crisp and fresh, but it's the roll that's the star of the sandwich. It has that perfect "crusty on the outside, soft on the inside" texture that most sub shops miss and it's dense enough to hold up to the oil and vinegar in the dressing without getting soggy. The "Everything" roll -- topped with everything bagel seasoning -- adds a great savory crunch. It was, by far, one of the best Italian subs I've had in recent memory. My dining companion and her sometimes-pescatarian father both had tuna subs, which they both enjoyed. The service was also a highlight. Despite being busy with the lunch rush, the team was professional, patient, and engaging with us during the ordering process, even when my dining companion asked the obvious question "What's the difference between the 5" sub and the 7" sub?" (The correct answer is "Two inches.") Most importantly, they got our order exactly right. DiBella's in Cranberry is a great local option when you want a "real" sandwich made with fresh, tasty ingredients but don't have time for a meal at a sit-down restaurant. PRO TIP #1: Save room for a cookie! DiBella's was founded in Rochester, NY, and shares a history with another "Flour City" icon - Wegmans Food Markets. They famously swapped recipes -- DiBella's provided the bread secret to Wegmans and Wegmans shared their famous cookie recipe with DiBella's.
