Well for starters - there just is not many places in the entire USA that can match KFC in their combination of larger size of chicken pieces, the pressure cooker created tenderness and the consistent superb flavor. The management and service staff may let you down at times, but not the chicken itself if cooked correctly. I've always had my delivery within 45 minutes from ordering because I only live about 2 miles away. The convenience here sucks because this KFC is located inside a Walmart. So no drive through and finding a close parking space is ridiculous- at times. I can't count all the times we skipped getting KFC because it was much easier to drive thru the BURGER KING or DAIRY QUEEN nearby. That leaves just one thing left to cover. Price - or better said. Value for the dollar. I think paying about $2 or more for a Piece of chicken puts it in almost same category as deluxe meals out. Ponderosa, Texas Roadhouse and the Longhorn Steakhouse compete very well cause of the fact chicken that chicken at this town is costly. But what you get for your dollar is best purchased from KFC. ( We avoid places like MacDonalds because of the grease and the over processed food ingredients not good for people.). read more

"some" of the associates are complete idiots. 8pc all dark with large mashed/gravy, cole slaw, potatoe wedges and bisquits. what i got was: large slaw, small gravy, no mashed potatoes, order of wedges, 8 pc's dark meat and some white and yellow crap that looks like vomit. if a zero star could be awarded this place would definitely take the prize. tried to call the number and it would NOT go through, what kind of establishment does not take calls? Who knew Wal-mart had an KFC inside?! First time that I've seen it. Usually, they have other fast food places that sell burgers. I must say that I was quite surprised - pleasantly surprised. Of course, I had to get some original chicken! There was only one person ahead of me. The cashier was nice as I decided to get only chicken. What a deal! Six pieces (dark meat) for $6!! Oh yeah! Do I need to go into detail about the goodness of the colonel's chicken?! I would definitely go back. It was nice and new inside. New-looking and clean-looking. Not sure when it opened, but I was happy with my experience. The service was fast and the inside was clean. Yes, the chicken was as expected. Mouth-watering, finger-licking good! Yum. Sorry. DISGUSTING STAFF AND DISGUSTING FOOD. If you like expensive fast food that's not fresh and all dried out, then this place is for you. Employees who work there are extremely rude with nasty attitudes, and they look DIRTY (literally like they dont shower ). They shouldn't be working in customer service. What a mess. The food is good. There's just 1 really rude employee named Becky. She's rude to customers, door dash, and there have been employees that have quit because of her. Becky needs to go to classes to learn how to deal with people. read more

So my boyfriend and I went to get KFC because we really wanted it. The first thing that is said to us when we walk in is "what do you want" in my head I'm thinking well that was a rude greeting. We go to place our order and we are being rushed, I was starting to get very impatient. Wanda which was the woman taking our order asked if we wanted any dipping sauce, I said I would like extra ranch please and she goes "I can only give you two if you want more walmart is right there" I just say thank you and walk away. She had also asked us if we would like our order to go or for here, I said to go. we go to wait for our order and she says did you guys want it to go I said yes then she rudely goes to the kitchen and says "now they want it to go".
