However... for the price, there should be no complaints. Their burgers, I have to say, are one of the best i've had. The homemade chili sauce they have for the dogs and burgers was awesome, too! And their fries? AWESOME! Fresh cut, crunchy, and just delicious. The only thing I did not like was the cheese sauce they used for the fries. It tasted processed, and like it was found from a jar of cheez wiz from the 1980's. Another compliment to the business goes to the older gentleman who I assumed was the manager. He was extremely friendly, and was very courteous and involved in making sure the customers were happy.

Moved here to Butler and there is always a line. So I felt like maybe I was missing out on something special. After all the third time is a charm. The third time was like puke city. Dollar store hotdogs probably taste better. These were deplorable. Mushy and cheap quality. I couldn't believe it. The chilli was even worst than the hotdogs. Fries were even bad. Service was very rude and rushed. They have no reason to be cocky when their food isn't fit to serve a pet goat. NEVER AGAIN!

Yes their food and service are good, but I won't go back due to what I witnessed yesterday. Drive thru customers being within 6 feet of employees, accepting cash when other places I've gotten food are credit card only or the preferred way is giving your card number so no contact. I fail to understand why Wendy's doesn't practice proper means as everyone else does. Plus no masks. I hope at least they pay their employees at least $2 more per hour for jeopardizing themselves while the store profits with busy drive thru business. Where is management or is this the policy at all locations 4-14-20 I wrote the above review on 4-9-20 and it's truly pathetic that no one from Wendy's even responds. I frequently post to Yelp for places I dine at with usually good reviews and a few leaning middle to negative and the majority of the times, the place responds on the majority of reviews, both mine and others. The fact that Wendy's doesn't reply truly shows how little they care. Also since my initial review I've seen McDonald's, Burger King, Riteaid and Sheetz all have the common sense to have a clear barrier between them and the customers. Plus a friend of my daughters who worked at Wendy's told us, where most places today say if you're sick, call off work as with the CDC guidelines. This Wendy's forces you to go and get a doctors note, putting not only yourself at risk as well as others. Apparently some MedExpress / Urgent Care type places do see people. On top of that it cost at risk employees that make small wages to pay for a doctor visit. This also has the effect of covering up an illness and reporting to work, again potentially putting several at risk. We were also told this Wendy's discourages employees from wearing masks. Knowing and witnessing all the above, all of Wendy's has lost my business and others will be told. It's a shame, because I used to enjoy Wendy's

My southwest chicken salad was a nice accompaniment. We had the cheese sticks, sliders, and southwest egg rolls in our triple dipper. We didn't love the egg rolls, but we loved sliders. The beef had such a good flavor! Nice char. I would give a five-star rating, but the amount of little fleas flying around annoyed me. I had to keep swatting. But I will swat for a cheese pull this good!

Bit of a rant incoming: This Chili's deserves far better…read morethan a 3-star rating. Upon reading others' reviews, sure. Pretty consistent feedback is to not order steak here. But to me, frankly, I've never considered ordering steak at a Chili's in my life. Because it isn't a steakhouse. I suspect steak is only on the menu because they're catering to folks who - well, I won't get into it. Sure, if it's on a menu, the staff should know how to cook it properly, but I think when you're eating at a chain that's known for bar food, you shouldn't expect good steaks. You're setting yourselves up for failure. But I digress. Anyways, I'm from Houston and about 6 or so months ago, we visited Chili's - ironically - because we realized we'd been making fun of it our whole lives but have never actually tried it. We fell in love. The food is cheap. Sometimes on par with fast food joints in price. The food is good. It's always fresh and is highly customizable. The service is quick. There will be times where your waiter isn't even done placing your order on their tablet when someone's running out your drinks and apps. It's magic. This location holds up the same standard as Houston, and all in the humble city of Butler. The last two times we've visited this location, we've been served by James, who's a recent transplant from Texas Roadhouse and he's always so authentic and a pleasure to dine with. I'll say it loud and I'll say it proud - I have never. And I mean NEVER. Seen my Mom eat like she did at this Chili's. I'm pretty sure she blacked out. She inhaled the Smokehouse Combo she shared with her partner and was reaching across the table to dip into my sauces. This was her first time at Chili's. We had a phenomenal time. The food was hot, delicious, came out quick, and with an attentive server. I can't ask for more. We will be back soon.
