I ordered classic chicken sandwich, fries and snickerdoodle frosty for one and wanted the classic chicken sandwich with sour cream & chive potato and a vanilla frosty for me... but they were out of potatoes!!! What?! The chicken sandwich was over cooked, dry and not very tasty. The fries were OK but much prefer the baked potato. The frosty's were delicious as always. I just get turned when I have a taste for their potato and told they aren't available.

However... for the price, there should be no complaints. Their burgers, I have to say, are one of the best i've had. The homemade chili sauce they have for the dogs and burgers was awesome, too! And their fries? AWESOME! Fresh cut, crunchy, and just delicious. The only thing I did not like was the cheese sauce they used for the fries. It tasted processed, and like it was found from a jar of cheez wiz from the 1980's. Another compliment to the business goes to the older gentleman who I assumed was the manager. He was extremely friendly, and was very courteous and involved in making sure the customers were happy.

We were then told we couldn't order food because the cook was outside for the next 30 minutes on a smoke break! We were not about to wait 30 minutes to order food. It was 5:00 pm! That's when people usually eat. This was unacceptable. The only two employees in the place and neither of them were working! Very unacceptable customer service. Lastly, I must give credit to the employees for putting up with what seems like a lackluster general manager. I can't imagine the regional manager is too pleased with this location.
