I came for the triple dipper. The TikTok cheese pull trend made me envious, so I had to try. The verdict -- wow, was it good, and my cheese pull was immaculate! My southwest chicken salad was a nice accompaniment. We had the cheese sticks, sliders, and southwest egg rolls in our triple dipper. We didn't love the egg rolls, but we loved sliders. The beef had such a good flavor! Nice char. I would give a five-star rating, but the amount of little fleas flying around annoyed me. I had to keep swatting. We have gone to this Chilis often. Usually they are pretty good. We normally order some type of burger and they are always prepared as we request and delicious. However, we went there on 7/30/26 and it was not very good. We decided to get something other than a burger. Since i have the app on my phone, we get free chips and salsa. Their salsa is always a bit thin and runny but tasty. love their tortilla chips. Not his time. They were undercooked, greasy, soggy and just plain bad. We mentioned something to food runner and she said "i will tell them". No offer to replace the bad stuff, but since they are free we didn't put up a fuss. Then the food came. We both ordered their chicken crispers. They come with fries and mac and cheese. Mac and cheese is hard to screw up, but they found a way. Runny thin cheese, overcooked mac and way too salty (and i love salt)The chicken was stringy and not very good, but edible. We talked to oour sever about the mac and cheese. She shrugged her shoulder and said "oh well". Overall a very poor showing. Her "oh well" cost her some tip, although i still tipped 15%. We will probably give them another chance and stick with the burgers next time. BTW, IMO their beer is WAY overpriced for what they are. A Yuengling draft is $6.50??? Most similar places are about half that price. Plus they don't put the prices on their menu for drinks. Why is that? read more

Bit of a rant incoming: This Chili's deserves far better than a 3-star rating. Upon reading others' reviews, sure. Pretty consistent feedback is to not order steak here. But to me, frankly, I've never considered ordering steak at a Chili's in my life. Because it isn't a steakhouse. I suspect steak is only on the menu because they're catering to folks who - well, I won't get into it. Sure, if it's on a menu, the staff should know how to cook it properly, but I think when you're eating at a chain that's known for bar food, you shouldn't expect good steaks. You're setting yourselves up for failure. But I digress. Anyways, I'm from Houston and about 6 or so months ago, we visited Chili's - ironically - because we realized we'd been making fun of it our whole lives but have never actually tried it. We fell in love. The food is cheap. Sometimes on par with fast food joints in price. The food is good. It's always fresh and is highly customizable. The service is quick. There will be times where your waiter isn't even done placing your order on their tablet when someone's running out your drinks and apps. It's magic. This location holds up the same standard as Houston, and all in the humble city of Butler. The last two times we've visited this location, we've been served by James, who's a recent transplant from Texas Roadhouse and he's always so authentic and a pleasure to dine with. I'll say it loud and I'll say it proud - I have never. And I mean NEVER. Seen my Mom eat like she did at this Chili's. I'm pretty sure she blacked out. She inhaled the Smokehouse Combo she shared with her partner and was reaching across the table to dip into my sauces. This was her first time at Chili's. We had a phenomenal time. The food was hot, delicious, came out quick, and with an attentive server. I can't ask for more. We will be back soon. read more

I prefer not to frequent chain restaurants, but life with a toddler requires a certain amount of flexibility. After nearly a week of living out of a hotel, we were all out of patience and ended up here. We were immediately seated, ordered and served quickly, despite them being fairly busy. Food was fresh, toddler found enough bits to eat, adults were reasonably satisfied. The $25 fajita trio was a good amount of food, quesadilla salad was mid for $16, FIL had chicken strips of all things but seemed to enjoy them. There was a mixup with a soup order but it was corrected quickly. I was a little surprised that dinner here was $80, but they do have deals if you're looking for them. read more

Disaster. Went to celebrate a once in a lifetime family experience. Called for a week, so that we would be seated together. Upon entry, we were split between two tables apart from one another. Bad food. Terrible experience. Waitress had our group of 9 plus six other tables. read more

This location is the only Chili's I've ever been to and it's been a pleasure every time I've dined here. The restaurant is clean, the waiters and bussers are polite, and the service is speedy. Stopped in today for an early dinner. We usually enjoy coming here. Food and service usually quite acceptable. Was promptly sat. And then, um... that was it. Restaurant was a bit busy. Waited about 15 minutes without even an acknowledgment of our existence. Tables all around us getting service. Two tables sat after us were waited on. But for us, it was abject loneliness. We discussed our options and decided to wait a bit longer. 5minutes later, with our menues neatly closed and prominently placed in front of us. There was still no notice of our existence. So we picked up our menues and dropped them off at the hostess stand. We got some confused looks and a muttered thank you and we proceeded out to another establishment we should visited instead. I ordered a 6oz steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak had so much membrane you couldn't chew it and the potatoes where inedible. No seasoning, dry and tasted awful. No utensils, butter or salt. Will not order again. $20 wasted. read more

Wife was starving , took her to this Chili's restaurant. Waitress was ok but not the best. Ordered 2 old timer cheese burger meals. Asked for burgers to be cooked medium with crispy fries. Food runner brought my little side salad with ranch dressing pouring down the side of the salad bowl onto the table. Next they bring out the food, one burger was cooked perfectly, the other burger was well done. Sent the burger back 3 different times!! Even the manager couldn't cook the burger properly!! They took the bad burger meal off the bill, but too late , they ruined our meal and our evening! Oh let's not forget, they did say they were sorry! We ran down the street to get my wife something to eat. Did I mention we sat in the bar area where the take out door was, yes every time the takeout door opened it was like we were on their outdoor patio in 10 degree weather! Had the fajita trio tonight. It was horrible. Three little pieces of steak that was tough, shrimp that was so small with so much seasoning, chicken was the better of three. Peppers and onions were so soggy,rice was cold and everything was so greasy. Last time here had a old timer it was so dried out. Sat at bar service was so so. Amazing service don't remember the waitresses name but she was a kind lady with green and brown hair and pink glasses, the food was perfect a little greasy but that's common with a burger and bacon so no complaints and just and all around great atmosphere. read more

First, I had a great experience at this restaurant. Starting with the host. He was very pleasant and polite. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive to us. The bartender had a great hand with the mixed drinks. I started with the app sampler in which everything was cooked perfect. Then I went with the rack of ribs. They were cooked perfect. Not fall off ofvthe bone (which indicates they are over cooked), but just enough tear away that you want in a perfect rib. I gave this 5 stars because everything was perfect. read more

One word: Dump. The familiar "Hi, welcome to Chili's!" was been replaced with a lackluster "How many?" followed by a half-audible "Follow me." The pair of us were given ONE menu to share. When I said I wanted a second menu she only told me "We're only giving one per table." I had to press for the lame explanation, "We have to throw them away." Other restaurants seem to do okay and have a full printed supply to be sure *they* accommodate their customers. I don't like reading one-half of a menu sideways in poor lighting. We almost left and should have. But I'm a glutton for punishment, so .... We ordered the $8 lunch specials, me because I couldn't read the rest of the damned menu. I specified I wanted my baked potato soup *hot*. It came out and set in front of us without a sound. It wasn't hot as I'd ask for it, but it was warm enough at least. It certainly would never pass a health inspector's thermometer test for 151 degrees. Mt wife's quesadilla seemed small, and my burger patties were squeezed of their juices. I had to ask for salt and pepper. When the waitress finally came by to check on us, and this restaurant was by no means busy, the wife asked for a box, she did not ask if I wanted one, forcing me to have to ask when she returned. She offered the wife a refill and not me. I tipped accordingly. On leaving the same automaton who seated us did not thank us and say goodbye as I'm used to from other Chili's locations. This place needs to close, the employees obviously don't want to be there. A McDonald's would do well here, they could even hire the same staff, they seem better suited for the fast food industry. read more

Came in today after finding out the bbq place down the street was close and this was perfect. Food came out fast and Sara are server gave us great service. Always there when we needed something and kept a smile and the whole time even considering me and my friends were very needy. We had the 3 bbq item and it came out perfect. My favorite chain restaurant in the Butler area. I'm not a fan of chains and only go when a dining companion is not adventurous. Hence the reason I have been to this Chili's twice in 3 months. Both times the food was flavorful, the appropriate temp and reasonably priced. Had the ribs the first trip and a steakhouse burger with onion rings on it the second. Both really good. Dining companion had the steakhouse burger first time and a chili burger the second. Also enjoyed both. Wait staff for the 2nd trip was slow but got the job done. read more

This place is usually very good in all aspects except for my last visit about a month ago. We ordered and waited patiently for our food for about 1 hour while watching many tables come in, get seated, order, eat and pay and leave. Only to find out that they had lost our order and were rushing it through. 15 minutes later we got our food. It was good but certainly not worth a 1.25 hour wait. A great eat in the big city of Butler! Their tacos and wraps are phenomenal, and some of them come with the famous Mexican avocados. This place puts Applebee's to shame even on its worst days.
