This location is the only Chili's I've ever been to and it's been a pleasure every time I've dined here. The restaurant is clean, the waiters and bussers are polite, and the service is speedy. I think the food is worth the price considering the portion size and how good it is. Will be back soon.

This is the best chili's I've ever gone to, the food is fast and hot, the service is amazing and the chips are magical

First, I had a great experience at this restaurant. Starting with the host. He was very pleasant and polite. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive to us. The bartender had a great hand with the mixed drinks. I started with the app sampler in which everything was cooked perfect. Then I went with the rack of ribs. They were cooked perfect. Not fall off ofvthe bone (which indicates they are over cooked), but just enough tear away that you want in a perfect rib. I gave this 5 stars because everything was perfect.

One word: Dump. The familiar "Hi, welcome to Chili's!" was been replaced with a lackluster "How many?" followed by a half-audible "Follow me." The pair of us were given ONE menu to share. When I said I wanted a second menu she only told me "We're only giving one per table." I had to press for the lame explanation, "We have to throw them away." Other restaurants seem to do okay and have a full printed supply to be sure *they* accommodate their customers. I don't like reading one-half of a menu sideways in poor lighting. We almost left and should have. But I'm a glutton for punishment, so .... We ordered the $8 lunch specials, me because I couldn't read the rest of the damned menu. I specified I wanted my baked potato soup *hot*. It came out and set in front of us without a sound. It wasn't hot as I'd ask for it, but it was warm enough at least. It certainly would never pass a health inspector's thermometer test for 151 degrees. Mt wife's quesadilla seemed small, and my burger patties were squeezed of their juices. I had to ask for salt and pepper. When the waitress finally came by to check on us, and this restaurant was by no means busy, the wife asked for a box, she did not ask if I wanted one, forcing me to have to ask when she returned. She offered the wife a refill and not me. I tipped accordingly. On leaving the same automaton who seated us did not thank us and say goodbye as I'm used to from other Chili's locations. This place needs to close, the employees obviously don't want to be there. A McDonald's would do well here, they could even hire the same staff, they seem better suited for the fast food industry.

Old timer burger, side of fries.

Food is always great, service is quick, price is less expensive than fast food... to be honest it's hard to bother eating anywhere else.

I have been to many Chili's,. Food did not look appealing to be honest. Service was okay. No one smiling in the restaurant. I asked for a to go drink and they might as well have me a sippy cup

The silverware bag says the salsa and chips are free "today and everyday" with My Chili's Rewards.

Apparently my rewards don't count. The waitress said she didn't know why the bags said that because it's not true. I don't think I would have cared but she was so confrontational in her presentation.

They are amazing! The kitchen staff, Adam, Joe Joe, and Declan nailed them. Before the Nachos we had the new Corn Chowder and it too was fabulous. And the draft list is great for those that want a craft beer. We had Bells Hazy Hearted IPA for $7 each and they were tasty with the Nachos! And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the great service from our server Natasha! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! It was a perfect time. Keep it up Mad Mex!

It was very good but we wish the ingredients were mixed together more inside the burrito. The wing-o tacos are always a great choice with boneless wings and the San Francisco sauce. I typically get a side salad instead of waffle fries with the cilantro lime vinaigrette which is amazing. Tonight I tried the birria tacos and I wasn't a fan. The taco shells were soaked in grease which maybe is how birria tacos are supposed to be but I felt it was overly greasy and also didn't have much flavor. I wouldn't order them again. The other downside is that we've had pretty bad luck with mad mex takeout. The last time I got boneless wings takeout they were very small (not worth the money) and lacking sauce. We only eat dine in now.

My wife and I finally decided to be intentional about trying to get there and went on a recent Friday night. We didn't call or try to make reservations in advance, but there was plenty of seating available. The hostess was friendly and our server was pretty prompt on filling drinks though twice he confused what we got and had to go back for the correct refill. We ordered chori-queso for the table and then my wife got a burrito and I got fajitas and our toddlers had chicken nuggets. Everything came out pretty quickly but I'll admit that I found the queso lacking. There wasn't really any depth of flavor and I felt they were stingy on the chips (though you do get free chips and salsa). For $12 I didn't think this was worth it. The main dishes also felt expensive for what you get. My wife's reaction was that her burrito was a little meh and that it wasn't worth the nearly $20 price tag. I thought my fajitas tasted pretty good and I was looking forward to having some leftovers day two; however, in the night my youngest son and I both had bouts of food poisoning...that was a first for my three year old and he was traumatized. We're not sure exactly what it was, but he and I had bites of everything and paid a steep price. Can't say we'll be coming back anytime soon.

We aren't huge "chain" goers. My husband had just returned home from a two week work trip to Asia and we as craving Mexican food. We decided to finally give Emiliano's a try. The restaurant was far bigger than I realized and it was busy on a Friday night. It was clean, though I do feel like the tiled table may never be fully clean with the grout lines looking a little gross. We got our chips and salsa and ordered an additional queso. My husband got the fajitas, I got a burrito, and our 5 & 3 year old weren't feeling adventurous and chose the chicken fingers and fries. The fajitas weren't bad, but a very small portion for the cost. The burrito was interesting to me because the veggies inside were hardly cooked. I feel like mostly raw veggies aren't usually in a burrito and because of that I didn't enjoy it much. Not to mention the chicken was overcooked and "woody." Our kids ate their chicken fine and the fries were actually very good. The service was fine but pretty slow to refill drinks. That night after returning home my husband and I had a bout of diarrhea and our 3 year old was up all night throwing up and had diarrhea the whole next day. Somehow our five year old came out unscathed. We can only assume we got food poisoning and we will not be back. The food wasnt great before but really not good following our evening of sickness. Beware!

I have eaten authentic foods in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, and I thought that the menu was slightly influenced by these regions. The waitress and waiter spoke nicely with us. Our dinner that included a BYO wine (with a $5 charge per person), appetizer, entree, and dessert lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. The foods had strong flavors, and we both enjoyed everything that we ate. For appetizers, my friend and I shared the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which also contained carrots, pecans, and a dressing, and the Hot Low Country Crab Dip, which contained a good amount of crab meat and was served with crunchy toast. For entrees, I ate the Cutler-cove Salmon, which was accompanied with asparagus, potatoes, and a spicy jerk sauce and habanero purée, and my friend ate the Arugula Salad, which contained fresh arugula, baby carrots, goat cheese, olives, and hot honey. For dessert, I ate the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesecake, which was topped with pecans, caramel, and whipped cream, and my friend ate the Maple Panna Cotta with raspberries.
