Bit of a rant incoming: This Chili's deserves far better than a 3-star rating. Upon reading others' reviews, sure. Pretty consistent feedback is to not order steak here. But to me, frankly, I've never considered ordering steak at a Chili's in my life. Because it isn't a steakhouse. I suspect steak is only on the menu because they're catering to folks who - well, I won't get into it. Sure, if it's on a menu, the staff should know how to cook it properly, but I think when you're eating at a chain that's known for bar food, you shouldn't expect good steaks. You're setting yourselves up for failure. But I digress. Anyways, I'm from Houston and about 6 or so months ago, we visited Chili's - ironically - because we realized we'd been making fun of it our whole lives but have never actually tried it. We fell in love. The food is cheap. Sometimes on par with fast food joints in price. The food is good. It's always fresh and is highly customizable. The service is quick. There will be times where your waiter isn't even done placing your order on their tablet when someone's running out your drinks and apps. It's magic. This location holds up the same standard as Houston, and all in the humble city of Butler. The last two times we've visited this location, we've been served by James, who's a recent transplant from Texas Roadhouse and he's always so authentic and a pleasure to dine with. I'll say it loud and I'll say it proud - I have never. And I mean NEVER. Seen my Mom eat like she did at this Chili's. I'm pretty sure she blacked out. She inhaled the Smokehouse Combo she shared with her partner and was reaching across the table to dip into my sauces. This was her first time at Chili's. We had a phenomenal time. The food was hot, delicious, came out quick, and with an attentive server. I can't ask for more. We will be back soon.

This location is the only Chili's I've ever been to and it's been a pleasure every time I've dined here. The restaurant is clean, the waiters and bussers are polite, and the service is speedy. I think the food is worth the price considering the portion size and how good it is. Will be back soon.

This is the best chili's I've ever gone to, the food is fast and hot, the service is amazing and the chips are magical

First, I had a great experience at this restaurant. Starting with the host. He was very pleasant and polite. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive to us. The bartender had a great hand with the mixed drinks. I started with the app sampler in which everything was cooked perfect. Then I went with the rack of ribs. They were cooked perfect. Not fall off ofvthe bone (which indicates they are over cooked), but just enough tear away that you want in a perfect rib. I gave this 5 stars because everything was perfect.

One word: Dump. The familiar "Hi, welcome to Chili's!" was been replaced with a lackluster "How many?" followed by a half-audible "Follow me." The pair of us were given ONE menu to share. When I said I wanted a second menu she only told me "We're only giving one per table." I had to press for the lame explanation, "We have to throw them away." Other restaurants seem to do okay and have a full printed supply to be sure *they* accommodate their customers. I don't like reading one-half of a menu sideways in poor lighting. We almost left and should have. But I'm a glutton for punishment, so .... We ordered the $8 lunch specials, me because I couldn't read the rest of the damned menu. I specified I wanted my baked potato soup *hot*. It came out and set in front of us without a sound. It wasn't hot as I'd ask for it, but it was warm enough at least. It certainly would never pass a health inspector's thermometer test for 151 degrees. Mt wife's quesadilla seemed small, and my burger patties were squeezed of their juices. I had to ask for salt and pepper. When the waitress finally came by to check on us, and this restaurant was by no means busy, the wife asked for a box, she did not ask if I wanted one, forcing me to have to ask when she returned. She offered the wife a refill and not me. I tipped accordingly. On leaving the same automaton who seated us did not thank us and say goodbye as I'm used to from other Chili's locations. This place needs to close, the employees obviously don't want to be there. A McDonald's would do well here, they could even hire the same staff, they seem better suited for the fast food industry.

Old timer burger, side of fries.

Food is always great, service is quick, price is less expensive than fast food... to be honest it's hard to bother eating anywhere else.

Usually pretty happy with chili's to go. Wish they still had the mango Chile tilapia. The 3 for 10 is a great deal. Fast service.

Whether you're craving the Gobblerito during the Fall and Winter months or a large strawberry margarita, an outdoor seat, and a consistently good burrito during the Spring and Summer, this is the place for you. The music can sometimes be too loud, and the masks freaked my kids out when they were younger, but this place is always in rotation. Our kids love the dino chicken nuggets (plus the sundae at the end), and my wife and I frequently get the fajitas or burritos. My favorite is the wing-o-rito with Buffalo Insane sauce. The staff is always friendly, including the front-of-house and the waiters and waitresses. There can sometimes be a long wait during the dinner rush, but it's always worth it.

It was very good but we wish the ingredients were mixed together more inside the burrito. The wing-o tacos are always a great choice with boneless wings and the San Francisco sauce. I typically get a side salad instead of waffle fries with the cilantro lime vinaigrette which is amazing. Tonight I tried the birria tacos and I wasn't a fan. The taco shells were soaked in grease which maybe is how birria tacos are supposed to be but I felt it was overly greasy and also didn't have much flavor. I wouldn't order them again. The other downside is that we've had pretty bad luck with mad mex takeout. The last time I got boneless wings takeout they were very small (not worth the money) and lacking sauce. We only eat dine in now.

I've gotten take out twice, but recently decided to eat in and the service was super quick and our waitress was sooo attentive. The arroz con pollo literally has everything I want: peppers, onions, mushroom, cheesy rice and more. Their guac is also really good, recommend anyone ordering any dish to also get a side of guac!

We aren't huge "chain" goers. My husband had just returned home from a two week work trip to Asia and we as craving Mexican food. We decided to finally give Emiliano's a try. The restaurant was far bigger than I realized and it was busy on a Friday night. It was clean, though I do feel like the tiled table may never be fully clean with the grout lines looking a little gross. We got our chips and salsa and ordered an additional queso. My husband got the fajitas, I got a burrito, and our 5 & 3 year old weren't feeling adventurous and chose the chicken fingers and fries. The fajitas weren't bad, but a very small portion for the cost. The burrito was interesting to me because the veggies inside were hardly cooked. I feel like mostly raw veggies aren't usually in a burrito and because of that I didn't enjoy it much. Not to mention the chicken was overcooked and "woody." Our kids ate their chicken fine and the fries were actually very good. The service was fine but pretty slow to refill drinks. That night after returning home my husband and I had a bout of diarrhea and our 3 year old was up all night throwing up and had diarrhea the whole next day. Somehow our five year old came out unscathed. We can only assume we got food poisoning and we will not be back. The food wasnt great before but really not good following our evening of sickness. Beware!
