While we do not eat out often and when we do it is typically locally owned restaurants. However it seems Texas Roadhouse is the only chain restaurant we come back to. The prices are reasonable. Portions are large too! Everything is cooked well. The baked potatoes are nice size and the sweet potatoes are HUGE! The wait staff is always attentive. They will bring you extra butter and even rolls which did I mention are out of this world! So light and fluffy and warm begging for cinnamon butter! The steaks are typically cooked as requested. I did order the beef tips and had quite a few tough pieces, the manager came around and asked how things were, I mention the steak bites not being tender and she said I should of said something earlier they would have replaced it. Even though chewy...they were really tasty. I didn't care for mashed potatoes as they were lumpy and runny. So next time I ordered baked potatoes! There is so much variety. The green beans are amazing. This is one place you can make selections for a healthy meal without everything being fried. They do birthday singing which is nice...but last time we were there it was quite loud! I guess the employees really got into the birthday mood! And a tip...be sure to go online before you leave the house and sign up for the wait list. We do this all the time and are seated right away. No need to wait in the long lines. Everyone loves the Roadhouse so it is usually quite busy! read more

I have been feeling nostalgic recently and every time I drive by a Texas Roadhouse I think about their Cactus Blossom. I finally gave in to the craving last night. As I was ordering online I remembered their rolls and i just couldn't pass them up. Food was ready on time. They have a dedicated team for take out, which I appreciate. The Cactus Blossom was delicious hot, crispy, salty petals and the Cajun dipping sauce is tangy and rich. The sweet cinnamon butter spread melted easily onto the warm soft rolls. Definitely satisfying!!! read more

Always good food and service. Doesn't matter time of day or day of the week, it's always good

I travel the country for work and eat at Texas Roadhouses everywhere, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I've had a better steak from Waffle House. First one came out way overcooked, sent it back and second one came out and just did not taste good the quality of the meat and cook was horrible. Manager didn't seem hardly concerned about it at all, didn't offer any discounts or anything. Serve also was the same way. I've had a bad experience at a TR before and they have done all they can to make it right, these people could care less. read more

Food came out cold Took it back and reheated it Steak came out very well done when it was supposed to be medium Ribs were cold for the 2nd time Manager was full of attitude Never again!!! read more

I love Texas Roadhouse . But they need to consider delivering on Doordash app and other delivery apps as will.

Everything was great! Our waitress Bella was amazing, so kind, checked up on us often, and really awesome! The food was very good per usual. No wait was very nice too, 10/10. Bella was the nicest waitress i've ever had, great service!! read more

The food was great, but what really made the night special was our waiter Kinsley, he was so bubbly and kind and i would 100% come here again read more

Manager's stink. If you're sitting at the bar with an appetizer, they ignore you. You have to order an entree to get acknowledged. Crappy management read more

This is my go to place! The food is amazing especially the steak! The waiters are great and the atmosphere is so cool! Decorations everywhere themed around texas and makes you feel cozy! read more

Meh, the rolls were great (like always) and the potato skins were good, but everything else was sub par. The steaks weren't that flavorful. The Beef Tips were practically inedible because of all of the connective tissue running through them. And the mashed potatoes weren't even good. Somehow they were dry. My daughter didn't even like the chicken tenders, she said they were so bland. I will bot be returning. read more

Greeted and seated promptly in the bar area on a Saturday night around 8:30. Our waitress literally spoke a mile a minute, needless to say we felt rushed. The roadhouse has a vip reward program and we were told we would get a free appetizer if we signed up. We signed up and no email for a free appetizer and when we paid we did not get credit towards the rewards for our purchase. Food: My wife ordered bbq ribs and they were dry and over cooked. I ordered bbq chicken and it was boring. At least Applebee's emailed me for a free appetizer with purchase of $15 or more read more

Review on service: My family and I came in to the Monaca location on 8/31 around 9:30p. We were taken care of by Mariyah (I hope I spelled her name right). She was such a breath of fresh air. The service was the best we have ever experienced at a TRH. Her personality was so inviting and personable. She stayed on top of our table making sure our drinks were refilled and our order was to our satisfaction. She even went above and beyond even after we checked out. We want to spread this great experience and hope anyone who attends this location gets the chance to encounter this wonderful individual. Thank you Mariyah for making our night. read more

I travel and frequently stop at TRH in many cities, as well as other low level chain restaurants; mainly because of location. This has to be the worst. The proprietor has his name above door when entering......word of advice; get your manager trained or show her the door. The bartender was overwhelmed the entire time I was there, manager couldn't help behind the bar, in fact; she was in the way. If you can't do underlings job, why are you manager....?? Too many problems to mention.... What I will say, the bartender should be commended, the manager should be ashamed of the lack of understanding and ability to handle the job. read more

The take out service was good. My BBQ RIBS WERE BURNED TO A CRISP and hardly edible. This should have been picked before it was allowed to go out. read more

The food and service at this restaurant was spot on. the server made several excellent recommendations, such as the "Fall-off-the-bones" BBQ ribs as an appetizer that's served with perfectly seasoned steak fries. He also suggested the shrimp, which is served with a light sweet Thai sauce and paired with the upcoming steak very well. The 6-oz. sirloin steak was cooked just the way I requested (medium) and the sweet potato was yummy with cinnamon butter on it. I had to take home the second side, macaroni and cheese, because there was a LOT of food! read more

Well, we had a party of 7 and told us we had to wait for a table until everyone had arrived, that was ok but then they put us at two different tables. Why wait then. We were celebrating my nieces birthday and really wanted to sit all together. Great place to eat but not great in the seating. read more

My husband ate at this establishment on 12-13-2024. He ordered his meal and ate there as well as ordering a to go meal. He spent over $70. Today 12-14-2024, he opened his to go meal for lunch, and as he was eating his rice hu bit into something hard. He spit it out and saw A CHEWED UP CANY CANE! WTH! He goes back to the restaurant, speaks with the manager who apologized but offered no solutions. Again, he spent over $70. He has been doing this routine 4 days a week for the last 6 weeks and all they offered was a $13 refund! This establishment has lost a customer for LIFE! read more

A solid 4 stars, mostly for the great service provided by our waitress, Krystal. The food gets closer to 3. The NY strip steaks were good, but the famous Cactus Bloom onion was not prepared correctly. The onion that they used was too big and the density did not allow the 'petals' to separate sufficiently to take the batter, which simply flaked off as soon as it was touched. The onion was also undercooked and put up too much of a fight to be enjoyed. Tip for any who are interested in getting it right...wet batter first, ensuring that the onion petals are spread out sufficiently for the individual petals to get coated down to the center. Finish with a *dry* coat of batter mix before cooking so that it sticks. A longer cook at lower heat will ensure it is done inside before the batter toasts. read more

I had a great experience at this Texas Roadhouse location. This is not the regular location we normally dine at, but we felt right at home. We were greeted when we walked in and sat right after. Our waitress came over only a couple minutes later to get our drink order. She was very sweet and did not rush us through our meal. Our table and the restaurant was extremely clean. The rolls were warm and the butter was just as tasty as it always is. The rolls and butter are my absolute favorite part of this restaurant. I asked for my vegetables with no melted butter because most of the time they are very buttery, and thankfully, the chefs did follow my request. On the other hand, the burger was very salty, but they always are when we order them. The manager came over to check on us about halfway through the meal which shows that they care. Texas Roadhouse is always a solid choice for lunch or dinner. read more

Lisa W. was an incredible server. While the restaurant was very busy for a Wednesday night she was attentive and our food was done well.

Everything was as expected!! I was just surprised by how packed the place was at 5 on a Saturday. 40 minute wait. It must be the only decent place in town????? Got a seat at the bar and ate there. The service was nice and food was decent too! read more

Don't do it, don't do it, don't do it! I have had the worst experience at this location and I truly love Texas Roadhouse! I ordered mobile, didn't get 1/2 of items I ordered, food not cooked thoroughly. I called and called and called with no answer. Finally got through 6 hours later, asked to speak to a manager, was transferred to 4x, on hold 37 minutes to be told I would receive a refund! 1 week later still nothing! I hate giving bad reviews as we all are trying to make a living but this.. no.. it's wrong.. read more

The wife and I went to this place to eat after a football game. We checked in as a party of 2. Was told it was a 15 minute wait. After 25 minutes, we noticed that people who came in after us were being seated. When I ask about our spot, I was told that we never checked in!!! Bullshit!!! Could it be that we were the only African Americans who were waiting?? A great possibility!!! Met a couple who ordered takeout as we were leaving. They said they were done the same way. I'll never try to eat at this racist establishment again!!! FUCK TEXAS ROADHOUSE read more

I travel A LOT, and I love Texas Roadhouse. BUT.... I ate there 2 nights in a row. 1st night steak was good, but the shrimp were like a shredded tire off a semi truck. 2nd night got a appetizer, good and ordered a cheeseburger. I waited so long for the burger before it arrived I ask the bartender to cash me out, I WAS DONE. I counted 3 people at the bar get their food AFTER I ordered mine. By far this is one Roadhouse I will not be going back to. This is the one off Wagner Rd in Monica Pa read more

Visiting my parents foe rhe weekend, my sisters and I took my parents to dinner. We wanted steak and went to Texas Roadhouse. Our server Trey was assigned our table. Imagine taking 88 and 89 year old parents out to eat. They took forever making decisions. But Trey was gracious and patient. He never got frustrated with the length of time and made them feel very comfortable. If you get the pleasure to eat at the Roadhouse, make sure to ask for Trey's section. read more

Had a decent experience last night, there were a few miscues, but all in all it was okay. I was a little puzzled by all the banners hanging in there advertising other local businesses. Very friendly staff and waitress. The food quality was excellent and we enjoyed our meals.

The BEST place for a steak in Beaver County! Service is always great! Food is always delicious. But: Last time I went there (4 days ago) there were ads plastered all over the place. And maybe it's my ADHD, but everyone in my party kept noticing them and kept staring at them. Meaning the conversation kept getting off topic and on the topic of the ads. Since you're advertising so much, does that mean the prices are going down? (Review is only 2 stars because of the distracting ads. Otherwise, full 5 stars!) read more

Food: TOO salty: had the bacon cheeseburger and the burger was way to salty, and the bacon tasted funky. Service: Romia at the Monaca, PA location took very good care of us and was super friendly. This is just meant to be a little Covid update... I got takeout for my entire family (that means all six of us!) last night. I ordered everything online and I have to give this place props because it was an extremely impressive online system. They have options upon options and even more options that open when you click on any individual side or meal etc. - which is to say they had an options for every picky "this except without..." that my family had! Once I actually got to the restaurant, I just had to text him the word here and they came out with my food. Minus one star because it could've been a little faster... But all in all the order was perfect and I wasn't missing a single item. That's pretty impressive work during this challenging time! read more

Food is always good, staff could be a bit better sometimes. Usually always packed and loud, but a good place to eat with a group of people after work or something. The steak is also to die for, definitely try it. read more
