This could be such an amazing place if they worked on a few key details: the noise level is deafening...they need some type of sound absorbing material on the walls. It was so LOUD, not from any music, but from the customers talking. It was like having dinner in a metal box with the volume turned way up. We went to eat at 530 pm on a Saturday. The waitress was friendly. The atmosphere was really noisy. We were seated in a corner which did have noise absorbing panels but I don't think it did much. The food was good. It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive at our table. We got a burger with the ribbon chips. The ribbon chips are similar to potato chips and were fresh but a little oily. We also got spaghetti with two small meatballs which came with a side salad. Maybe a weekday would be less noisy. read more

My husband, 6 month old son and I checked out Mario's 410 Grille during Mother's Day. We joined the waitlist on Yelp ahead of time so when we got there we only had to wait 5ish minutes. We were seated and was greeted by Olivia maybe 10ish minutes after being seated. It was pretty busy around the time we arrived so we were understanding of the delay in her getting to us. She also had other large tables she was waiting on. My husband and I ordered the giant pretzel which I think this place takes the cake for the size. We have had "giant" pretzels from other places and nothing comes close to the size of this pretzel. My husband got the chicken Parmesan for dinner and I got one of their specials they were offering which I forget the name. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was great. Because they were so busy and service was slower than expected, our drinks were comped which was a nice gesture. Olivia did keep us up to date with the delays and was very apologetic. We had gone to this location when it was Thursdays, and it had an older feel to it - a little closed off from room to room, and the food was just standard bar food. Jump forward to Mario's 410, and the owners really spruced it up. Open layout with a more modern feel. We were seated quickly and served in a timely fashion. The two-seater table wobbled, but we made it work. Ordered the dockside burger and fries, and it was tasty. Service was very pleasant. read more

We had a great time at Mario's 410 on Friday night. They have reservations on Yelp...use them! We only had to wait 5 minutes. The inside is greatly decorated and makes everyone feel welcomed. We had a great waitress who remembered everything! We had lobster bisque soup. It had the best taste but I would never have been able to eat it all myself...so rich! I had shrimp and ribbon fries which are my favorite. My husband had regular fries with fried fish. He said it was good but saw a fish sandwich go by and thought that looked better. We can't wait to go back in the summer and sit outside. read more

My son used to work here and he has always spoken very highly of the place and he finally talked me into going. And I am actually very pleasantly impressed by how well everything was. First of all, it has a very warm, clean and very friendly atmosphere. Our waitress was very sweet and went above and beyond making us feel welcome. And looking around, the owner, Mario, was doing everything he could to make his guests comfortable and happy. He was very involved with everything, including helping his staff roll pizza dough for the pizzas. It was someone's birthday that night, and Mario made sure to tell her happy birthday and even had the band that was playing song to her. You can tell that he absolutely loves his job and everyone of his customers and employees. And our food was delicious! I had the stuffed portobello mushrooms with crab and a creamy cheese sauce with red skin potatoes and my son had fries. But it was excellent. If I could, I'd rate Mario's 100 stars. The food here is always great. The wings are SO crispy and are a must order. The pastas are delicious. Sandwiches are great too. Hot peppers have so much flavor. The inside can get really loud when it's busy. Service is always very nice and attentive. If you're trying to enjoy the outside patio on nights when there is live music, good luck getting a table outside. There isn't a time limit for the tables outside, so people seem to post up for hours of music rather than venturing over to the bar/standing table areas. Last time we were there, there was also a $10 cover for the live music (which to me is pretty expensive for Beaver County). Overall a great restaurant, just keep the outside dining in mind when it's beautiful weather but there is live music because you won't be able to get a table. read more

Deafening. Around 87db with "normal" conversation levels in the "quieter" back corner. When the band played easily up to 100db! If you just want to eat and go and not talk, or rock out, it works? Otherwise, forget it if you want to have a conversation, or spend time with a date or family! Invest in sound dampening equipment. Have the bands play outside. The decor is much better than before when it was Thursdays. Brighter, nice modern white and black colors. Menu selection is good, prices on the higher side. The skillet roasted garlic chicken should have been called: The garlic skillet garlic roasted garlic chicken with garlic. An obscene amount of garlic came with it. Overall, a welcomed addition to lack of dining choices in Beaver County, the lack of parking illustrates that. Dampening the sound will greatly help make it a continued spot to frequent. Parking: Decent amount, unless it's packed. Since it's a new place. It is packed most of the time. read more

Went to Mario's tonight with family before we headed back home. Our server was very nice and provided good service. I ordered the Thai chili shrimp wrap with their tomato soup and really enjoyed it. I also sampled my father in laws ribbon fries which was also very good. My husband ordered the crab cake and it was so small we almost couldn't find it on the plate haha! Definitely not worth the money. I'm not sure whether it was the high ceilings but it was also very loud in the restaurant and at one point in addition to the loud noise level it was intensified with kid's high pitched screaming and screeching! I understand it is a family restaurant but parents need to control their kids. Definitely not a restaurant if you want an intimate setting or even a nice dinner where you can actually hear your own conversation. Pizza looked good but no one at our table ordered it. read more

Bruschetta and firecracker shrimp appetizers were good. Ahi tuna was a little over cooked and wasn't a huge fan of the seaweed salad. Crab stuffed shrimp was delicious. Lobster ravioli was recommended but not my favorite. Mushroom stuffed with crab was okay but the mushroom tasted too fried. Chips and fries were very good. This is our second time at Mario's 410 Grille and we ate outside this time. The first time we were inside and it was VERY loud! I am deaf in one ear & I rely on my good ear to hear. There was too much of an echo and a large crowd so I wasn't really able to hear my family talking at the table. Anyways this time was much better outside! They have a very beautiful set up and I could hear just fine out there. The service was perfect. Our waitress was knowledgeable on the cocktails and food and she was very attentive. The food we ordered was great! We had the shrimp appetizer, steak pizza, and Rueben. I will 100% be going back JUST for that pizza. It was absolutely phenomenal. The shrimp was tasty and my husband said the Rueben was good as well. I loved the fries. You can tell they were fresh. We will be going back soon I'm sure! read more

The music is weird and ridiculously loud. And you can't get a beer in a glass outside on patio. The seats are narrow and uncomfortable. We asked the waitress to just box up our food so we could take it out instead of dining in. I went today and the cheese on my burger was melted ONTO the burger, like you could see through it, wasn't a fan of the fries and they could have been hotter. I made a mistake on the salad choice, it was a wedge, and I would never get it again.... big wedge of lettuce, a little bacon and some tomato, pretty scarce on ingredients .... not bad tasting by not the best choice. The service as good, took a while for our food to come. I would def not get the same thing again the next time, prices aren't that bad. Went at 5pm Saturday for dinner and were turned away at the front door because of a 'ticketed event'. We were told that they weren't open to the public until 6pm. Just as well...the music was deafening and people were spilling out onto the sidewalk, much like the frat parties when I was in college 40 years ago. If you are a restaurant, be open for primetime dinner traffic. If you want to be an event venue, do it on Mondays when you are formally closed to the public and people aren't expecting dinner. *EDIT* I may have been mistaken. The snarky young man at the hostess stand and young lady there were absolutely disgusting. We had 5 people and they wouldn't let us sit at an 8. We had to cram onto a 4 top and make it a 5 top. The young man cleaned off the 8 top but he wouldn't bring us menus. The waitress was adorable. Her name was Misty and she was very accommodating. However, you can't get your steak medium rare. It's disappointing every time we've tried this establishment. Yes we've given it at least 7 tries. Please consider the lack of restaurant choices in the area before you decide we are idiots for giving it that many chances. We wanted to like this place but just simply cannot. We will not be returning for dine in ever again. Maybe best just to order take out but even at that I'm concerned the quality of food won't be worth the higher than expected price tag. The taste of most of the things we tried during every visit was good. Exception being the mussels. They obviously smashed them around in the pan instead of just allowing them to simmer open. I almost broke a tooth several times biting down on pieces of shell (hidden under thick sauce) even after I removed the mussels from the shells. My biggest issue related to the food (maybe it's a small one to you but again premium price demands better) is the presentation, tiny little plastic portion cups for sauces and the serve a number of dishes in a plastic basket. If I'm paying $15 for fish and chips dine in at the very least give me metal ramekins and a plate to eat my food. When things come out to the table with plastic to go ramekins it just makes you feel like they'd prefer you pop a lid on it and get out. So, I decided we wouldn't eat dine in anymore but instead try just popping in for a drink during HH. Again, don't, just don't. HH in this establishment means 1/2 cocktails for 1/2 the price. Not to mention I walked up to an empty spot at the bar and stood there for a minimum of 15 minutes, yes both of the bartenders saw me, while the bar staff closed checks, counted money, cleared plates from guests that were gone, talked to everyone around me and just ignored me until I had to say loudly "excuse me I'd like a drink". Then with a turd in her mouth (Bartend #1) finally said "what do you want"! Truly the rudest person I've ever met in a customer service environment. After being ignored for 10 minutes even the guy next to me said "I think you're invisible!" Finally when I did get service she tried to charge me full price. I was at the bar well before the end of HH but because I was ignored for 15 minutes HH ended. Truly I felt like my presence at the bar was a COMPLETE inconvenience! It was just gross. Lastly, as others have mentioned, every time we did eat there even as far away from the bar as you can get we heard every single conversation like it were being shouted at us through a bullhorn. Best to just skip this place. It's obviously not managed or run by anyone who puts quality or customers first. I'd give it zero stars if it were an option. read more

Does a change of address change the experience... It does but change can be a good thing. Yes since Mario's moved more inland you lost the views, but you gained in an openness of the dining room with much better parking. The menu seems familiar with maybe a few additions and subtractions. First thing you'll notice is the spaciousness of the single dining room with the bar front and center. My biggest gripe is the noise, there is a huge echo inside this cavernous space where it makes it hard to just talk to the servers and that's without the band playing. as for the food, we found it just as enjoyable as we expected from mario's. The prices were o.k for what you got but I don't see this becoming a weekly thing. Service was very good but like I said it was very loud inside and that made it hard to communicate with the servers. Yeah!!! Last nite, we ate dinner @ Mario's 410, same delicious menu, same great service. More room at the bar. We arrived @ 5pm, it was crowded, and we waited (at the bar) for 30 minutes. Which wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, we were seated next to the pizza ovens; really hot. No fans. With the crowd, it was really loud, (no acoustics) and it was almost impossible to have a conversation? Not sure if the owner is done with interior decor, now very bland (white walls & white ceiling) miss the fun, unique decor of the former location. Can't wait to return. read more

Who is running the front of house? They look like 12 yr old in old t shirts. We came in with a party of seven and chaos ensued. Told us a 30 minute wait when clearly they were at least 10 empty tables. They could've put 2 together, but they are 12 and weren't sure what to do. Finally seated us in the corner could barely squeeze in. The noise level is like the inside of a jet engine. A few times it was so loud I had to stop and take a deep cleansing breath.No acoustics ! Ambiance is cafeteria like. Two of our party got sick on the Tuscan chicken. My husbands only had 3 little pieces of chicken. No refills on beverages except alcoholic. Temperature was way too hot for comfort (probably over 80 inside). Took a long time to get silverware after our salads were delivered. No drink refills at table the entire visit. The food was okay. Our side salads were almost all lettuce stems from iceberg. Our banana pepper pasta was just basic pasta, very plain sauce, and 2 or maybe 3 banana peppers (one was so small and very little stuffing that I probably wouldn't count that as a pepper). The steak was red pepper flaked, and very spicy, which was unexpected and too spicy. The giant pretzel had a terrific flavor and was the best part. read more

The muscles were salty and over seasoned. The bruschetta was a few slices of bread with melted cheese and a bowl of what appeared to be. Store bought tomato mixture. My wife and I both had the Lobster ravioli. The sauce had way too much cheese and was extremely salty. We had to scrape the sauce off the ravioli to eat it. The service was slow and lacking. We had a stack of plates on the table from the appetizers, the salad and the drinks. When the ravioli came out, my wife asked the waitress if she would like to remove some of the used dishes, she said no and walked away. We ate dinner with a stack of dirty dishes next to us. The ambiance of the place was lively and they had good entertainment, I would go back to have a drink and listen to music. The food and service were both horrible. read more
