It was okay. Expensive beer. $7 or $8 for run of the mill. The chicken steak sandwich had the most AMAZING flavor, but very little chicken. The Fresh cut fries are definitely more like a steak fry. Wished we had gotten the shoe string fries. I doubt we'd go back with better beer prices in nearby restaurants. read more

We ordered out at Fisher's when the flu hit our household, and they didn't disappoint! Pictured is my steak salad, chicken quesadilla appetizer and the kids chicken tenders with fries. Not pictured but we also ordered: a Zelie Cheesesteak and a turkey bacon sandwich. Everything was delicious and it was more than enough food for our family. We have driven by here for 15 years and for some reason didn't stop until the other night. Friends suggested it to us. Not an overly large place inside. Folks working were very friendly and very attentive which was great. I kept seeing folks going out the back but didn't check to see what if anything was out there. It's a locals type place it seems where lots of folks know each other. They didn't have a printed draft list but had a few beers that I enjoy on tap, so that's good. Menu was your typical pub fare. My wife ordered a cheesteak with half the toppings left off. She seemed to enjoy it. I had the fish sandwich that was suggested to me and really enjoyed it. Fries were thin and somewhat greasy, reminded me of ones from the local hot dog shop. All in all we will definitely go back. Prices were excellent. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This blonde waitress took 30 minutes to take my order and then when she finally did, I wanted her bring out other people drinks that ordered before me and then go get others that ordered after me. It's pretty easy to watch where the waitress goes in such a tiny ass establishment. I will never come back here again. And I'm being paid to bring someone. I'd rather loose those hours and money then have to come here again. Didn't even try my food yet but I know where I stand. Can't have customers with horrible service. Definitely no tip. Update: my Appetizer (Buffalo chicken) took 34 mins to come out, and then my friends plain cheeseburger took 52 mins to come out. Horrible service. Ok I still stand by the fact that the food is good but they have GOT to get more workers there. We have been here four times now. Each time it is only the bartender who takes care of the few bar patrons and the 1-2 tables in back. The back room has 6 tables and there's a back door leading to outside by one table. It seems like the workers go in and out of that door (3ft from the table we were sitting at) every 5 min. Letting the blast of cold air in. After 20 min of that I was annoyed. Stop using that door bc ur freezing out me and my kids!!!! We were the only table sat back there, and there were two girl patrons at the front bar. This bartender was horrid with his service. I never never NOT tip but this was an extreme circumstance. We sat for 10 min with no one addressing us. Finally got drink order in and waited another 10 min to order. Then we waited a whopping hour for our three sandwiches as the bartender flirted with the girl at bar and tried to puff out his little man chest. In that time we spilled a glass of water to which we had to get our own napkins from the bar to clean up our table in back room. Then we asked for a replacement water which we didn't get until our meal was finished. So frustrating. Sadly we won't be back. A cool little family run business in the outpost of Zelienople. Worth stopping if you're in the neighborhood, hungry, and don't want to spend a lot of money on food. Pretty much a dive bar with decent food - maybe not the greatest atmosphere but there are families that come here, sit in the back room where the booths are and just dig in to large portions and cheap prices. Hey, when you can get a $4 burger, a $5 chicken sandwich, a $5 hoagie, or a huge $6 fish sandwich, you know you're not in the "city"! Top that off with a draft (not really craft beer friendly but you should be able to find something to drink) and you're good to go! We've been here on many occasions - including times when it's actually been our destination - and always wondered why we don't come here more often. read more

I stopped by here this past Friday evening with 7 other co-workers for dinner. This wasn't our first choice in a restaurant but whenever we were unable to make it into our first choice we ended up coming here. After walking up the steps to the restaurant we were shown to a back room which had a TV and seating for about 20 with 3 booths and 3 tables. There was also a sign talking about an outdoor deck but I was never really able to see it. For my dinner entree I ended up ordering a pasta with a basil cream sauce. The pasta was a bit mushy but the sauce was decent. It almost seemed like a half and half combination of marinara and alfredo but it tasted good. The bottom line for me is that I might stop by here again in the future. While the outside looks a bit rougher than the interior the food ended up being pretty decent and I would like to check out the deck. read more

Bryan, the owner always comes around to make sure everything is okay, which is nice. The burgers are hand made. Mine had sauteed onions, that was great. The party fries were good too. The wings are great! We really enjoy the hot ranch and the BBQ ranch wings. I have also tried the cucumber chicken sandwich, and it was very different and good. The fresh cut fries are good as well as the onion rings. I have also had a decent salad here, with more veggies than just a mealy tomato and a slice of cucumber that some places offer. Great place to watch the games, decent beer selection. Service is hit or miss, sometimes very friendly and sometimes not so much. Just depends on the server I guess. We will return! read more

Been going here for years but stopped about a year ago, so while i was in the area i stopped in and was completely disappointed. The waitress payed more attention to the other table who i guess were her relatives considering she would sit down and eat off there plates, and it took forever to get just a plain burger and 6 wings.
