One of the best patty melts I've ever had!! We had a few drinks outside and then got a table. Drinks: the 9-5-7 beer is light and tasty. Only $3? It's a steal (this just may have been the deal for the night... not entirely sure.) I also appreciate they have more than just beer. There are cocktails, wines, and seltzers, which I appreciate as someone who doesn't love beer. The Food: our group got fried pickles, which were so good. Tasty breading and a good bar snack. Yeah this place is good. I had the wings and they were amazing, my family all gobbled down burgers, and my sister got a Mac and Cheese bowl, which she really liked. I thought that it was cool that a brewery had an outdoor section with a bunch of kids. This place is good for kids and adults. The outdoor seating area was beautiful and the inside had murals and cool stuff like that which I liked. The service was pretty good but nothing to remark on. Overall, definitely a good pick whether you want a family trip, a quick place to eat at, or anything else, Union Brothers might be for you. A group of us went here after work to relax. I ordered a seasonal cocktail which was really good. We also ordered the pretzels and wings (as it was wing night). Our server was excellent as she was friendly and kept us laughing and smiling throughout the meal. I would recommend and will be returning for sure. read more

5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here. Skip to the end to see my rating scale. This place is literally an hour drive from my house and I'll definitely be trying to convince my wife to go back. The three things I look for in a brewery are food availability, a dog-friendly outdoor area, and (of course) good beer. Union Brothers hits the mark on all three. They have a spacious fenced-in side yard complete with a couple of outdoor bars and a stage for live music. Several pooches were enjoying the afternoon along with ours. They sport a couple of spacious dining rooms and a menu with a nice selection of stuff - kind of like a mix of BBQ and bar food. We gobbled up a few appetizers on our visit that were really tasty and the sandwiches looked really good too. The staff were all helpful and friendly without being up in your face - exactly the kind of service I appreciate. The was just one bartender on duty, but when it looked like anyone was waiting a little too long a couple of guys jumped in to help keep the beer flowing. Lastly the beer...good menu with a couple of good hazies, some ciders, some ambers, and a solid stout made the drinks enjoyable. I wasn't crazy about having to make two trips to carry out the flight glasses, but the quality of the brews made that inconvenience pretty easy to overlook. We'll be back when the weather warms back up, but will have to find an Air BnB or something close by so we can enjoy one or two more beers and hopefully some live music. I'd really like to be able to spend more time here! We stopped in to Union Brothers today for lunch. I'd had their beer before elsewhere but never tried their food. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be returning. The one bright spot was the fried cauliflower appetizer: cooked perfectly, with a side of ranch for dipping. I wish other restaurants did this app this way; not drowning in sauce. The sandwiches were a different story, unfortunately. My BLT had some tasty bacon, but the whole thing was greasy and soggy. Best kept secret in Harmony is Union Brothers Brewing! We went on a recommendation and they didn't disappoint. Besides 20+ beers, they serve cocktails and wine. We got fried cheese as an appetizer and it was delicious, twice the size of any cheese sticks we've had before. Good crunchy beading. For dinner I got the Devil's Advocate burger. Deviled eggs with Sriracha on a burger was sinfully delicious. My husband got the Firecracker burger and it had some heat. The bar atmosphere is friendly and there's different music on the Fridays we were there. Jonah and Olivia, the bartenders, were quick to serve and recommend. We were looking forward to a nice meal at Union Brothers Brewing based on the high rankings on Yelp. We were very disappoint. Overall, the food was average bar food. I had the cheese steak. Yesterday there were about fifteen of us doing a group motorcycle ride. We stopped here for lunch and sat outside. The place was pretty busy inside and out (There was a Steelers game on the televisions inside). Towards the end of our meal, there was a couple performing some live music on the outdoor stage. I thought the service was very good. Our server, Hope, took care of us in an efficient and timely manner. I ordered the fish Tacos, and a small pour of "How to embrace a Swamp Creature." There wasn't much of a description on the menu for this beer except "IPA - Imperial - 8.5%". What I received was a Hazy IPA, which I'm not sure if an Imperial can be classified as a hazy, but usually Imperials are a little darker. This beer was pretty yellowish. So maybe it's just me, but not sure I received the correct beer, or maybe I did and that's just how they are here, anyways, the beer was O.K. My fish tacos were a bit on the unusual side. First of all, they did not come with a side, so I also had to order a side of fries, because I was pretty hungry. For $2 MORE, I should have just ordered the fish sandwich, which came with fries and was so much bigger and looked more filling. The fish tacos were O.K., but left me hungry, the portion was a bit small for me even with adding the additional side of fries. Also, the honeydew served on the tacos was interesting. That's probably the first time I ever had that kind of fruit on fish tacos. Overall, I thought this was a cool place, and I would certainly come back. On our way to a park about 10 miles north, we stopped at Union Brothers on a holiday weekend Sunday to pick up some food. The staff was very friendly, atmosphere was great, and there was a good lunch menu to choose from. Since we were ordering for take out, we opted for the Patty Melt served with (amazing) hand-cut fries and the Devil's Advocate served with coleslaw. The coleslaw was perfect: sweet and tender. The burger was large and messy but delicious. To nibble on, we got a chicken skewer appetizer with shredded cabbage and an Asian (sweet and sour?) sauce drizzled on. No beers this time, but we'll be back because this off-the-beaten-path brewpub is fantastic. read more

If you don't read this whole review, just GO to Union Brothers Brewing. This was my first time here and I live a solid 40 minutes away. After this amazing experience, I won't even blink an eye driving that distance to go here again. The outdoor seating is amazing, there is so much seating- multiple firepits (hello Solo Stoves!), picnic tables and more. It was raining a little bit when we went but still decided to sit outside. All of the tables have umbrellas so we weren't even phased by the rain. The outdoors especially is very kid friendly. The kids we were with were able to walk around and explore without any issues. UBB's outdoor area is dog friendly, they even have water bowls for your pups. My fiance got UBB Hefe (#2) and he really enjoyed it. He also got the Blackberry Marshmallow Sour and LOVED it! He said it was the "weirdest" sour he's ever tried but really, really liked it. I am not the biggest beer drinker so I got their "outsourced" Orange Crush seltzer by Escape Goat (made in PA). This is my new favorite vodka seltzer, I'm truly amazed by it. The flavor was wonderful! For food, we got the Buffalo Fried Cauliflower to start. Usually fried cauliflower can be mushy on the inside but this was not. The breading was crispy and the cauliflower was firm. It can with ranch to dip in. So good and will be definitely getting it again! My fiance and I both had the Union Brothers Cheeseburger. WOW! Such a good burger, cooked to perfection. The hand-cut fries are really good too. The service was good and every staff member we talked to was really friendly & helpful. Overall, I cannot wait to go back to UBB! Stopped into this local brewery recently on a Saturday afternoon. The interior and exterior have been updated since our last visit. Asked to seat outside as it was a beautiful day and really enjoyed the spacious outdoor area. There are picnic tables and seating around fire pits as well as a stage. Looks like a great place for an evening brew while listening to some music. Our friendly server helped us narrow down our beer choices. We sampled a couple hazy IPAs which were very tasty. We've had Union Brewing on our "To visit" list for some time, and while the weather didn't cooperate with eating outside we still had a great meal. The wings were very large and reasonably priced for 12. I was hoping for a little more crisp but the hot sauce was tasty and the wings came out hot. I thought the steak sandwich was to die for as it was somewhere between a steak melt, a cheesesteak and a French dip. The fries were also good, but once again lacked a little crisp. The "funnel cake" fries were good, but they really should be called "churro" fries as they were crispy and covered in cinnamon sugar so it's a much more realistic name for what you get. I tried two of their hazy imperial IPAs, one of which I really enjoyed, one of which I couldn't finish as it has a bit of a funky after taste. But I would definitely be back to try some of their other varieties. read more

We stopped in on a wet afternoon and dodged some raindrops on the way in (there's more parking around the back). The place was busy but not too much for our family of four to feel right at home. There were some other families around and once everything dried up they were able to move outside as well. We were seated right away and our waitress Lindsay was on top of everything. She had great suggestions on how to start sampling the brews. You can order as many 5oz trials as you'd like so it works just like a traditional flight would. The beer was really great and everything from the IPAs to the sours were top notch. I grabbed some 4 packs to bring home and enjoy later. Kids really felt like big wigs with a glass coke bottle all to themselves. We started with the pretzel as an appetizer which we all devoured with ease. The nachos were good and a nice quantity for an entree. My special "That's My Jam" smash burger was on point with balsamic bacon jam to bring it all together. I have had two instances where I have bought cans and they have been old. I just bought a 6 pack of the same beer and one is visibly darker than the other and both taste like the hops have fallen out. We had dinner here this evening (Saturday). Wehen we checked in, we were put on a wait list that said the wait was 40-50 minutes. We were seated much quicker than that! We ordered an appetizer of poutine and it was delicious! Shortly after, our food arrived. Grilled Mac and cheese sandwich with sweet potato fries and a fish sandwich with fries. The food was delicious and hot! The portion sizes are very generous, too. The service was also worth mentioning. It's great to have hot fresh food and a great atmosphere in Harmony! We were upfront about our party size when we arrived -- we never tried to "add on" people after being seated. From the start, your staff approached us with an accusatory tone, claiming we were dishonest about our group, which was simply not true. We were treated as if we were a problem before we even ordered a single thing. The fact that you're still trying to portray us as the ones in the wrong here is not just insulting -- it's honestly baffling. We were never offered a reasonable solution, just told we couldn't sit where we were without any flexibility or hospitality. I went to the brewery on a Friday afternoon and had a great experience. The bartender's name was Johna I believe. Being our first time there we had a lot of questions and our bartender was very helpful. I am a big fan of IPA beer so I ordered a flight of 4 five ounce beers. Johna was able to give a good description of all the beers on the menu. I go to lots of brewerys and this isn't always the case. Often they know very little. He was also very knowledgeable about the food items. He informed us of all the weekday specials and Happy Hour items We ordered 4 sliders that came with fries for only $12! They were delicious cooked perfectly and served quickly. Couldn't ask for more than that! All the beers were excellent and I will go out on the limb to say the best local beers Ive had since moving to Pennsylvania. So great food great bartender absolutely a 5 star establishment. Second visit here !! The last time we were here was December 2021. This time we got to enjoy the incredible outdoor space! It looks like they set up for bands as there is a stage. We got to sit at a picnic table and there are pretty lights hung above the tables. I enjoyed a barbecue burger, the Hefe beer and one of the lagers . The sandwiches came with sides and I had the incredible fresh cut fries. My husband went with two different IPAs and the Philly sandwich with the fresh cut fries. We also of course had to get the amazing onion rings again. Our waitress was very friendly, sweet and kind. Wish we lived closer to enjoy more often. read more

We love breweries and microbreweries that offer great food and tasty brews. Whether it be food trucks or food on premises. This is our kinda place. Our preference, food on premises. there is nothing on the menu that someone wouldn't please someone. Appetizers, my favorite, poutine, burgers, smash burgers, who wouldn't enjoy. You get to choose your bread, toppings or already made. so delicious. Salads and wings. My preference, the beer. OMG, I had a flight and they were so tasty. Our waitress Elisabeth was probably one of the best that we've had in a long time. Patient, understanding and knowledgeable. only bad thing about this place is, it is a bit of a drive for us. I have stopped by here twice now, most recently by myself earlier today. Union Brothers Brewing is easy to find as it's located right on the first traffic circle of Little Creek Rd right off of I-79. This brewery has both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating consists of a number of picnic tables with umbrellas and then a stage while the indoor seating has a bar and a couple of tables as well. On this day I sat inside but on my previous visit I sat outside. For my beer on this day I decided to go with 4 - 5 oz tasters. They don't have a traditional flight at Union Brothers Brewing which is what I normally like to order, but since you can order beers in 5 oz, 12 oz and 16 oz, you can essentially make your own flight. For my beers on this day I went with the Black Forest Hills, How to: achieve warp speed, How to: embrace a swamp creature and the Double sauced bomb pop. I started off with the black forest hills which had the nice clean flavor of a lager with a bit of the smokiness from those dark roasted malts near the finish, but not too much. Second was the How to: achieve warp speed which was super bright at the start before moving into citrusy flavors and finishing with a strong hop presence. I was actually surprised by that bright citrus flavor as it was more intense than what I can remember in any other beer I have had recently and while I liked it, I don't know that I could do a full pint. Third was the How to: embrace a swamp creature which was a lot smoother at the start and while not as bright as the warp speed, had a huge hoppy finish. Last but certainly not least was the Double sauced bomb pop. I am glad that I saved this for last as it totally blew out my palate. It smelled like a sweet tart and was pucker sour at the start before moving into a more nuanced and yet more tart sour for the finish. They certainly weren't kidding around whenever they called it a bomb pop and 5 oz of it was more than enough for me. Out of the bunch, I think that I liked the Black Forest hills the most followed by the swamp creature. On my first visit I also ordered some of their food and went with the fried cauliflower in nashville hot. The cauliflower was fried perfectly and I reallly enjoyed the crispy exterior and soft interior. Then the nashville hot sauce had the right flavor and while it was somewhat spicy, it didn't blow my head off. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future.
