Good poor quality for price. Limited options. Service slow inattentive. Drinks ok though waitress never returned for more than 1 round.

The atmosphere is dark, but the servers at the counter brightened my day. I bowled here a few times when I was a young lad, and I sucked at it. I got struck out in all nine innings and even broke my new Louisville Slugger in the process. I did get to meet Babe Ruth later that night, and he gave me some pointers on how to bowl with my hand and not with my bat. What a guy! Coffaro's Pizza, sadly, is Co-Far-away from me, so I can't get a slice of Heaven without walking through hell first. It takes nearly four hours to walk there. I'll have to use my longboard next time. I'll be back.

I understand cups cost something and we were willing to pay for cups but not water fountain and no tap water. You had to buy their bottled water and that was the only option. When it came to bowling, the cashier threw a fit over one client not wearing bowling shoes. The other two did but this client has a sensory disorder and changing shoes is not an option. After a little back and forth, they finally agreed to allow him to bowl if we cleaned his shoes. Okay. They pay ahead of time and no refunds. Which would have been nice to know before the whole shoe fiasco. Also, only one receipt per lane, not per person. Cool that they're saving paper, I guess. Not cool for workers whose clients are required to have receipts for every purchase. No copies of receipts either. The bathrooms weren't the best. The tile looked like it hasn't had a good scrub in years. Yes, quick sweep and mop. There wasn't anything on the floor and no smell. But the build up in the texture of the tile shows it hasn't been scrubbed recently at all. Shame as they look renovated and could otherwise be quite nice. For all of these reasons, we won't be back. I understand some people don't realize the hardships and discrimination that people with disabilities face on a day to day basis. But the cashier we dealt with seemed to have no empathy or desire to find a compromise. Two stars only because food was pretty good.

I came here to pick up a gift card and I thought it would have been a quick stop. It was anything but that. This sits in a small plaza in a college town. Honestly, for a college kid this plaza could be a one stop shop. Sharing the plaza is a liquor store and Dollar Tree. It would definitely complete all your shopping needs. I went in and found the gift card section and did as quick scan of the cards. I found the one I came here for and made sure that it wasn't tampered with. With selection in hand, I make my way to the register area. With this being a smaller store there weren't many registers to begin with. However, they did have each register open, but they weren't flowing as fast as you would hope. I honestly had the one item, the gift card, and every register was backed up. Didn't matter if you wanted to try the express lane because that one was just as backed up. Do yourself a favor here, get your receipt emailed to you. It's one less thing to have to fumble with. Once I was finally through the register you are free to run out of the store.

However, I felt most of it pass away as the cashier's death stare penetrated my soul. Even the organic monkey treats trapped between my fingers started to spoil. After not being greeted, I whipped out my credit card -- only to Discover that the card company was "down" in Giant Eagle's system. I had to source a paper bill out of my leather dollar diaper. Now, my account says the payment processed, so I paid for my food twice. What an utter disgrace. The ambiance of this place isn't at all shabby, but the lack of liveliness of the employees makes me feel so dead inside. I'll return, but only when I find my precious onion rings.
