They have 104 to visit, which some have closed since. Today this marks 101st and only 1 or 2 remaining to say I visited them all soon. My recent visit to Stick City Brewery in Mars, PA, left me thoroughly impressed and convinced that this brewery is a standout gem in the local beer scene. From the diverse beer selection to the welcoming ambiance, Stick City Brewery delivers an experience that keeps patrons coming back for more. This may be my all-time favorite visit that has the best setup compared to all of the other places from a theme standpoint. Upon entering Stick City, you're greeted by a vibrant and friendly atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable visit. The industrial-chic decor and comfortable seating create a relaxed environment, making it the perfect spot to unwind with friends or family. Now, let's talk beer - and Stick City Brewery knows how to brew some exceptional ones. The beer menu is a testament to the brewers' creativity and commitment to quality. From hop-forward IPAs to rich stouts and everything in between, there's a brew for every palate. The rotating taps keep things exciting, encouraging patrons to explore new flavors and find their new favorites. The Pale Ales was my favorite and took a 4 pack home, along with a t-shirt. The outdoor seating area is another highlight, offering a charming space to enjoy your favorite brews al fresco. In the winter or cold months they have a fire going at all times. For those who do not want to sit inside. This is a cool brewery out in the middle of nowhere, about 40 mins north of the city. I recommend stopping here.

There are also cocktails, wines, and a whiskey selection. Currently, there are 16 beer choices, one cider, and a hard seltzer option that can be made in five different flavors. There is also an NA beer choice along with a pop variety. 32oz and 64oz growlers can be filled to-go. There is no food in house, but a food truck schedules to be here on the weekends. Check their website for more information. Kids are welcome as long as they are supervised by a guardian. Parking is never too difficult to find because there is a lot next to the building as well as street parking. There is a handful of tables and bar seating throughout the brewery, and there are some outdoor tables by the food truck. I always enjoy the vibes at Cobblehaus. The music is at a comfortable volume and the place is always very clean. I will continue to hang out here!!

Yes, it's a strip mall, but don't let that fool you. Allusion is a beer oasis tucked between life's greatest challenges: renewing your license and resisting discount snacks. Inside, it's clean, cozy, and no frills, which is exactly what you want when the beer is doing all the talking. And let me tell you, the beer has a lot to say. We tried the 1810 Oktoberfest and As You Wish (which made me feel like I was being serenaded by Wesley from The Princess Bride), and both were excellent. We also grabbed a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and a Reuben, each paired with a cup of clam chowder that was creamy, comforting, and possibly made with magic (or butter, which is basically the same thing). The proprietor was friendly, knowledgeable, and doing everything short of brewing the beer mid-conversation. Honestly, if he'd started juggling pint glasses, I wouldn't have been surprised. Long story short: the beers are top-notch, the food hits the spot, and the vibe is low-key awesome. Allusion has earned a spot on our regular rotation, and possibly a spot in our hearts.

The brewery is a couple of doors down from a DMV license testing so people come to practice. Sad that we'd rather watch amateur parallel parking versus professional baseball. We will be happy to be back.

My wife asked me if I heard of this place and I said yes, she said we got to go there. That was music to my ears. We stopped looked around and they have a small bar where everyone is gathered around. They have a long bar that was vacant. We got a flight of beers, ipa, jalapeño, Irish ted and a lager. The jalapeño beer was awesome. We got a four pack to go. I asked who was the owner how long they been here and he said 8 years. The one owner said that this was his last day. Found out that they sold the brewery to new owners. They will stick around as the new owners get going. But the name will change in due time. I'm happy we got to check it out under the original ownership. The one thing is inside everything is quite older. It could use some modernization. We will come back once the name changes and we have another Brewery to mark off our checklist.

The brewery itself is spacious and the concept made me feel like we were hanging out in a friend's basement gameroom/bar. That's a good thing. Definitely has a vintage vibe happening. We met with and were served by one of the Petrucci brothers and we got to talk with him at length about the brewery, their pours, the area, etc. Super, super friendly and nice guy. Now let's talk about the pours. I have to tell all of you that the beers are spectacular. We loved each one that we tried. If you're up for adventure, this is worth a drive from Pittsburgh. Looking forward to the next time we have to make our way out to Beaver County.
