The absolute WORST Taco Bell around. Every time I come here, they forget half my order. Rude workers. I tried ordering online an hour before close and it wouldn't allow me so I drive there to tell them and the 'lovely' little girl working said rudely 'it's probably because we close soon'. Cool, no crap! Never can get a reply back, have written so many complaints and wanting refunds for wasted money they steal from me. Literal joke of a place. Terrible. Doesn't make food for door dash unless you're there. Meanwhile my dasher was there for 20 minutes prior.

Thieves and liars. Purchased a medium sized online order. Was shorted a few items. Called the restaurant who either wanted me to return the 20 minutes each way to pick up the missing items or receive vouchers in the mail. It's been a month and the vouchers have not been received. Called the store today to request an update only to be told vouchers will not be issued. Liars and thieves. Update: finally able to talk to home office customer support. Since the order occurred about 6 weeks into the COVID crisis, a refund or voucher for the missing items would not be issued. Told that essential businesses were not able to be perfect due to the stress of the virus. Interesting answer. Still thieves and liars in my opinion. If I pay for something, I expect to receive it. read more

I got food from this Taco Bell and three were ants in my bag and when I called and told them they said if I came back with the receipt they would take care of me. When I went back they said I was not telling the truth and gave me a hard time. They eventually did the right thing but It was not a pleasant visit. I wanted to order on line to save time and ur wouldn't recognize the zip code for Butler PA and kept defaulting to Oregon, so ok I went they drive through and was greeted with much higher prices. The nacho party pack came in a box that looked grease stained on the outside with very skimpy ingredients and was not hot. The soft taco supreme meal was also lacking much in quantity of ingredients especially when it cost close to $9.00. I can go to the local Mexican restaurant and spend about the same on a combo dinner meal with free nachos and much much higher quality. Customer service is decent, my interaction with one of the managers showed a good level of knowledge and takes her job seriously. But WTF is this so-called Cantina "Power Bowl"?? This anemic bowl of lettuce n a few bits of chicken n big blop of guacamole, a tablespoon each of black beans and rice, and the sheer nerve to charge me 5 bucks for this?? I mentioned this to the one manager I spoke to, she ran down a laundry list of what was taken away that WOULD have made it worth 5 bucks, didn't apologize, didn't ask if I might like something different, I accepted it hoping it would be better than it looked, it's not. Not sure what happened, but it was pretty frustrating tonight. I ordered 1 item, a taco salad add guacamole (which I had to pay extra for). Was in the drive through, it was an easy order, didn't think about it too much. Got back to the hotel, open the bag, no hot sauce (which I asked for), no guac on the salad, no napkins, and no SILVERWARE! WTH guys? I'm fortunate that I'm staying at a hotel that has a breakfast buffet and was able to walk down and get some napkins and silverware. The salad itself was ok, more filler lettuce than normal, like noticeably more, but without the guac and hot sauce it didn't hit the spot nearly like I wanted it to.... read more

Taco Bell usually is pretty good. The Butler store is ok if you eat-in. If you go through the drive thru however, you stand a very good chance of receiving the wrong order. They really do screw up often. It's neither that they are busy or that the orders are large... they just seem to really have a hard time filling drive thru orders. If you are traveling, go to any other Taco Bell. You will have a better experience. read more
