This was my hometown go-to restaurant when I was a teenager. A lot has changed since 2015! ;) I normally wouldn't go to Pizza Hut when I've visiting town as I also crave J&S (my initials) for their meatball sub, spaghetti pizza and grilled chicken salad with the rolled up meats and cheeses, but this was one of the stores offering their nostalgic Taco Pizza which used to be a regular menu item back in the day. I prefer mine on thin and crispy, but to each their own. The bean "paste" they spread on the crust is so good. Then after baking, they top with lettuce, tomato and cheddar and holy F'ing S, this thing is good! I wish the pizza buffet would come back as that was an amazing way to spend an afternoon. I can't eat like I used to, but I did a pretty good number on that taco pizza! Pizza Hut needs to bring this back for everyone! Maybe Cinco de Mayo every year? read more

Place was empty when I walked in....it's 1:24 so it's understandable....ordered 1/2 dozen wings and a white personal pan pizza(I remember this Pizza Hut was one of the few places open during Covid and the same thing was quite tasty).....waited a mere 12 minutes for my order in a one man operation...very quiet...no tv and no music...pizza and wings were very tasty... read more

I've always been ok with Pizza Hut, but my Wife really enjoys it every now and again. I decided to order a standard pie with extra cheese, black olives, onions, and pepperoni. When it arrived, I thought I may have gotten the wrong order as I saw pepperoni, but not much else. I thought it was possible that they just didn't add the onions or black olives, but I looked closer and saw a few pieces of onion on some slices. I did also see a few black olives here and there. When I say few, I mean 0-3 olives and onions per piece. The pizza itself came off like cardboard as it didn't have much flavor. We've gotten pizza from this location two other times and it was ok, but this was definitely a step down in quality. My Wife, the person that gets an occasional hankering for Pizza Hut wasn't a fan this time either. I think it'll be quite a while before I get pizza from this location, but I'll be sure to adjust the rating if we do stop here and the food turns out better the next time. read more

I ordered the dinner box online, and a side of wings. I'm not too impressed. The pizza was alright. I always order it with extra sauce, because I hate dry pizza. It seems as though only half of the pizza had enough sauce on it. The other half was just so dry, and tasted like bread with cheese and pepperoni. The breadsticks were a little hard and dry. And the wings seemed over cooked. The sauce on the wings was delicious, but that's about it. The staff was quick and friendly when I picked the order up, but I expected better for what I had paid. I added another star to my review, because the manager of this location followed up with me, and apologized about the dissatisfaction. I do understand that right now a lot of places are struggling due to staff shortages, and the pandemic. I've ordered from this location in the past, and haven't experienced this before, so it's most likely due to the current issues. But thank you for reaching out, Pizza Hut! read more

I had the lunch buffet and salad bar but the salad bar was gone if you wanted salad they brought you one out. You could have as many salads as you wanted and also unlimited pizza on the buffet. Never again. A large 16-slice pizza is the size of a small at every other place that I've ordered pizza. The slices were 1-inch wide! This is not a slice. There was barely any sauce on the pizza. Tasted like a pre-made crust. Absolutely awful. read more

The Natrona Heights Pizza Hut couldn't have been more accommodating for our needs. We made a very large order of personal pans, and they filled that order without difficulty and packaged just how we asked! They only had one server, Carol, who is an older lady. We waited 15 minutes before being waited on and over 30 minutes to get our pizza and still no breadsticks. When she came over she blamed the kitchen for not making them, meanwhile we saw her frantically go tell them to put it in. She could tell we were extremely irritated but we were still polite with her even though she got a MAJOR attitude with us. Overall it was an awful experience and we would not recommend this location. There are other locations close by such as New Kensington or Cheswick. read more

I give this Pizza Hut a five star rating because it surprised me. I do not visit Pizza Hut too often anymore cause if I get take-out then I'll probably get a pizza from a local take-out Pizzeria. On occasion it's nice to go to a sit down Pizza shop which there are not many of anymore and sit down Pizza Hut's are becoming more rare. Should I take off a start because this place doesn't server beer, maybe, but I'd rather have a big ice cold glass of Pepsi, so for me, no star removal. Have you gone to another Pizza Hut thinking it sure doesn't taste like it did in the 80s. Well, for some reason, this reminded me of Pan Pizza Hut Pizza from the 80s, surprising. Not sure what they do different that makes it taste like old school Pizza Hut, but it did. After ordering online and waiting an hour fifteen (delivery was stated to arrive within 40 minutes), I called to see where it was. This wasn't an easy procedure, as this pizza hut does not answer their phones. They intend to take full advantage of their phone system, and the fact that if they ignore it, it will redistribute the calls to a national level. However, if not placing a new order, and selecting option two, which checks the status of an order, it rings only the physical store. They also ignore that however, until the phone system gives up and simply hangs up on the customer. I called for 30 minutes straight, and had a call log of an insane ex lover on my cell phone from it. Eventually it seemed they got irritated enough and answered out of exhaustion from hearing the phones ring so much. A girl answered, and I asked to check the status of my order, now going on an hour and forty minutes. The girl on the other end responded with "there ain't no drivers here, so it must me close", I immediately requested her manager, who came on and after hearing my story, was very apologetic... I had to request a form of reimbursement to make things right, he wasn't going to offer it, and he hesitantly complied, offering me a $20 credit to the next order... stating that it would be on my user account within their store level system, yay, more from this location....But it was going to be free, so how bad could it be? Well, it's entirely useless, as for the literal past hour + I have been calling in similar fashion to the first time with no results other than briefly speaking with pizza hut national, who has some interesting things to say. Apparently he could see all their reviews, both in house and out. He brought up the fact that google, yelp, yahoo, allmenu, and their own site was loaded with negative reviews, and its likely this location will have its franchise pulled from them. Thank freakin God for that, what epic and useless assholes. And they dare to charge a mandatory gratuity and delivery fee on orders, go to hell! read more
