I left photos.Anybody want this saggy nasty piece of floppy bread. I use the 2 top halves of the sandwich to make a 1/2 a sandwich because the other 2 pieces of bread are so soaked with. I don't know what II just can't eat it. Also ordered extra pickle. Spear did not receive that and the order took 1 hour to get here. It's father's day so i'll give them that one. Terrible service. We placed and order to go. Got home and the order was not correct. Sent a message to them was told the manager would contact me. TWO months later they sent me a message stating they wanted my address to send me some free coupons. That was in Feb. this is now the middle of June still no coupons. BEWARE STAY AWAY read more

Well, I thought they weren't that great the first time I went there 6 years ago, but the last time was far worse (and it will be the last time). They sent me a coupon to get a FREE SUB W/ANY PURCHASE, but when I got there, they insisted I buy a combo to get the free sub, so I didn't use that coupon. I did buy a sub though. It was one of their new 'cold' subs, which wasn't 'cold.' They nuked the bun, the lettuce was brown and it sure as heck wasn't worth what I paid for it. False advertising- combo meal charges do not match advertised combo added prices. One combo is $2.99, others are a buck or $0.50. But when I asked for the cup of chili and drink combo advertised for a buck the charge was $4.69! The lead behind the counter insisted the sign wasn't the whole story and he didn't explain how the math worked, but he did use a very LOT of words to say some convoluted things about how the charges were right and the sign was only about part of the story. Fresh ingredients and a clean environment are offset by a lack of care what their word or their advertising means, and a lack of care how their customers feel after the bait and switch of a combo advertised LITERALLY for "+1.00" but the charge is $4.69. Not great training about how to handle pricing misunderstandings or disgruntled customers by owners, or franchise holders, creating a bad vibe (overcharging and unc for what could be a successful place. Otherwise a great sub shop with fresh and tasty ingredients. read more

First time here. I had a Hook and Ladder, and loaded potato soup. The soup was hot, and I added the supplied oyster crackers. Although it only had 2 chunks of potato, the soup was good. The Hook and ladder was turkey and ham, with melted cheese. My first 2 bits were just lettuce and dressing. The meat was quite lacking on this one. Not sure I saw or tasted any cheese. I did ask for no pickle, but got one anyway. (I LOVE pickles, they don't love me.) It was $8, so not Abad value for a lunch. read more

Horrible ! Just waited at the store for my order for 35 minutes. when I first arrived there was no line and I went directly to the counter To order. I had only 2 sandwiches and a salad. Than 25 minutes into my wait I went to check on my order and the worker proceeded to hand me a bag and said " oh sorry it's been sitting here". I left only to realize I had the wrong order, went back into the shop and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes! very poorly run. I will not be going back there. read more

This location just opened about a week ago so needless to say it was BUSY. They have a "hot sauce bar" with I would say about 50 different hour sauces to try and they're all number 1-10 in heat. The inside is nice and clean considering it was packed inside. I got the Italian Combo. The sandwich was delicious and served warm. I got a bag of chips and a foundation drink to complete the combo. Everyone working was very friendly and courteous. I'll be back! read more

Pardon my language, but HOLY BUTT IS FIREHOUSE SUBS AMAZING. I don't even know where to begin with this Heaven! I have tried every sandwich on the menu, and, despite me not liking many things in them, I found them EXTRAORDINARY. The interior is amazing, as though I was really in a firehouse ( Go figure, )! The service is so nice, and the deals and pricing is better than any Diabetes-serving McDonalds I have ever been to! Their bread is always delectable, their meat is always hot, and their toppings are always fresh, and they will forever be perhaps one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. The food is ok. The subs are just a little better than Subway (which isn't saying much), but not nearly as good as Dibella's. Since Subway is catching up in price, I'd pick this first if I didn't have to go far out of my way. I was tempted to remove a star for the stupidity of the employee that served me, but it's just one employee, so that may not be fair. They gave us a number, which I put on our table, only to have the kid come up to me while I was pouring drinks and hand me all three subs ... so then I'm supposed to carry all three subs and drinks to my table. Subs are excellent. Seriously the best sub I've had in years. Visited twice within the last week. Similar to other reviewers I'm a little confused why it's a 15 minute wait for food even when it's not busy. Also was a little annoyed on our first visit when the guy taking our order was more interested in a conversation his coworkers were having than taking our order. We also had to repeat things several times because he kept breaking away from taking our order to pitch into the other conversation. Seriously though...fantastic subs. We love Firehouse Subs. Unfortunately the nearest one is 30miles from my home. Not always convenient to get there. Tried to order online but couldn't get it to work. My only complaint is the service is very slow. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to make a sub or two with the number of workers there. This is consistent no matter the number of customers or time of day. Speed up a little and keep up the good work. (As I waited for my order, another customer said"I hope they get to fires faster than this.) read more

We tried them tonight, but were very disappointed! We called a order in for 3 large subs and asked for the dressing to be on the side. Unfortunately they put the dressing on all 3 subs. :( By the time we were able to eat them the buns were a soggy mess. We might try them again, but right now DiBella's has our vote. read more
