I've been here on 2 occasions and the chicken has been fairly solid. Both times I ordered the chicken sandwich. The first time it was wayyy too spicy but the second time was spot on. I love these chicken sandwiches! They are absolutely delicious! The sauce and coleslaw really bring it all together. I have only gotten the hot and that was a great level of spicy, not overkill, but this depends on your tastebuds! You'll have to enjoy spicy foods to get to hot. I tried a friends damn hot and that was too hot for me. She had a hard time eating it herself and sniffling as she did, so for those who love the extreme, go for the damn hot! The only thing I would change is the size of the chicken, it's generous! Almost too much for the brioche bun, still delicious, but My preference would be something just a tad smaller! I believe a good experience deserves a written review! BUT So does a bad experience :( I walked in and ordered my lunch to go. I stood off to the side with 6 other customers. Understandable, I realize staffing issues can cause delays. The kitchen worker was struggling to keep up with preparing orders including on-line orders. He looked like a pleasant gentleman until the woman on register ran back to the "open" kitchen and jumped all over him, pointing to the screen and the boxes he had lined up trying to fill. I've only been to Chikn in Cranberry to be specific, once. I was skeptical based on some of the negative reviews, however even after I would say a 50/50 shot, I had to try it for my own opinion. My daughter, her friend and I went on a Sunday evening and it was steady but not too busy. The chicken was perfect and the portions were much larger than we expected. The chicken filet on the sandwich was about 3 times the size of a Chick Fil A sandwich. I ordered 5 tenders because I can never gauge the size of tenders by restaurant. Sometimes they're a little bigger than nuggets which is really upsetting, however in this case they were huge. Basically the size of a decent drumstick. Their comeback sauce is really good in my opinion, however, the girls said it would have been really awesome with Chick fil a sauce. This is by no means a knock off of Chick fil a despite my comparisons, rather a solid performer in their own right along the lines of PDQ, Zaxby's and Cane's in other states. Four stars for value though because I do think it's a little on the expensive side but should be well off in Cranberry. Regarding the reviews that say the sandwiches were a mess and so forth, I haven't read through all of them, but I believe they are mostly in relation to takeout orders. I for one think takeout is in it's own category because I don't trust anyone to do takeout correctly. So, if you want to really see how this place is, just eat there at least for the first visit. Again, in my opinion if you have a sandwich on your menu that people order as takeout frequently with sauces, coleslaw, etc, the bun, sauce and coleslaw should be packaged separately so the customer can build it upon arrival to avoid a mess during the car ride. read more

Dude in the back glared at us as we walked in. We ordered, waited for our food, and began to look through our food since we've missed the extra sauce we ordered before. Not sure if something changed, but I guess you don't receive sauce on the side anymore, as the same guy explained to us that the sauce "comes on the sandwich" and that 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 is 4. While I appreciated the math lesson, a simple "we changed our policy a month ago" would have been way simpler, and way more polite. He knew what the problem was before I even asked him for help, but was still a prick about it.
