As for the Italian, it seemed a bit skimpy on the meat serving. And there were caramelized onions on half of the sandwhich that we didn't order? So that was odd but it tasted good! I especially liked the oregano and the oil/dressing! The chipotle chicken was a cheesesteak style sandwich with chicken, could've used some more flavor and was a bit dry. Not a bad experience but not one I'd go out of the way for based off this experience alone. The employees seemed nice but a bit frazzled- there was only handful of people in the store if that, but seemed as though they had some larger and multiple online orders. Inside it's a pretty simple sub shop with concrete floors and plenty of tables. The floor was extremely sticky and the bathrooms were not dirty but unorganized.

You can tell that one of the major goals in this restaurant chain is speed and efficiency, and they are very good at it. I have to say that the last 3 times I have visited, I have been pretty unhappy with what I received. The size of the nuggets and sandwich has been scaled down drastically, yet prices remain in my humble opinion, absolutely ridiculous. The nuggets are the size of pennies, not just the odd 1 or 2, but the majority. Just like everything since Covid, quality has went down while prices increase. Pretty disappointed that this restaurant is no exception.

The restaurant is fairly dated but that gives it some charm. The parking lot and access is fairly crammed in a the commerical area of Cranberry. We were hungry and went a little overboard with our order. We tried the hot dogs, burgers, fries, pastachilli and drinks. We sat at the counter and our waitress was awesome, a typical character - which is what I love about the Pittsburgh area. She stayed on us throughout our experience and helped us through the unknown as most people here looked like seasoned vets. I really enjoyed the burger, the fresh cut fries and their chilli sauce. The burger patty was thin and similar to smash burgers. My wife raved about the pastachilli which was just fusilli pasta smothered in their chilli sauce. Soda even came in souvenir plastic drink cups which we happily took. Even better -- our bill for 3 was $35 plus tip. We left more than full and had a great trip.
