Staff was efficient and made our orders to perfection. We got the chicken nuggets and fries and the mixed salad with chicken. There is plenty of seating inside, and the staff maintained the cleanliness throughout the establishment. read more

"Okay, they have a play place, we can stop," I sigh a breath of relief that my kids can get some energy out on a sub-20° windy, winter day. Sometimes quick indoor playgrounds where I can get a coffee does the trick for mom and kids alike. I've never been to a chick fil a, and expected a standard fast food experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find the employees friendly, the bathrooms clean, and the play place well constructed for the kids. My son asked for seconds of the nuggets. I'd gladly go back when I need to be able to just sit somewhere for a little bit out of the house when the weather is bad for outdoor playing. read more

Can you ever go wrong with Chick-fil-A? (no) Short and sweet review, unlike my others. This is my go to location, lines move fast at each spot you go to, order is correct 99.9% of the time. I don't know if I've ever had an error honestly, wish more fast food restaurants could be this way, we see it's possible with CFA striving for excellence! Food is always hot and fresh and kindness goes a long way! read more

I stopped in this location to meet a friend for an hour. I had already eaten lunch so I just ordered a coffee and a chocolate chip cookie. Despite the always present large crowd, my order was out within two minutes. The staff behind the counter and those bussing the tables were pleasant and prompt. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and fresh and the coffee was hot and flavorful. I opted for a seasonal peppermint coffee and it wasn't sweet at all, in case that's what you're hoping for. My friend and her children enjoyed their chicken nuggets and sandwich. The kids took full advantage of the indoor playground while we adults chatted. Everything was clean and you could tell the staff was working hard to remove trash and clear tables constantly. read more

The best thing about Chick-fil-a is that no matter what location you're at, it's always the same experience - food quality, speed of services, nice employees, cleanliness. One thing I would call out about this location, which isn't the businesses' fault, is the intersection where it is located is right next to the ramp to get on and off the highway and it is usually jammed. So be cautious and safe! read more

Went through the drive-thru around 3:30 today. Even though the lines were on both sides they moved quickly. I ordered a number 1 and was asked if I wanted pickles, I said yes, medium fry-yes, and I got a medium lemonade. Paid for my order and it was out fast. Started on my way home. Then wanted to eat as I was hungry. Tried the fries, they were hard and crunchy like they had been sitting for awhile. Then took a bite of the sandwich. The bread was stale ,no pickles and the chicken was dry and over cooked. The best thing was the lemonade. I could possibly see this happening if it wasn't as busy as it was. But this was absolutely the worst meal I have ever had at chick fil a . Especially when the drink is the best thing of the meal. read more

Very nice lunch was had here... I was with a coworker and we literally had 15 mins to get in, eat and get out and we were able to make that happen on a busy day at lunchtime. The food was good, so was the service. I'd come back! read more

Food is good and it's a great alternative to the main stream fast foods joints. Their service is always friendly which is refreshing since that's harder to find nowadays. Their peppermint chocolate chip milkshake is amazing then again all their shakes are good. They have a large indoor seating area and olayland for the kiddies. One major drawback is the drive thru. It's ridiculous! There's two lanes and it's always busy. Use curbside and safe fuel. I find it funny they say this location is better than the other because this one is busy all day long. Just wish they'd be open Sundays read more

Food was amazing! I tried the chicken strips for the first time and the chicken was really moist. We got our food in about 3 minutes when they were really busy! Really clean tables and floor. read more

I odered the chicken biscuit at the drive-through for breakfast this morning and was expecting something similar to the Wendy's version, only better. It's Chick-fil-a, after all. Nope. Had I anticipated a dry biscuit with a similarly dry hunk of chicken on it, I would have taken them up on the offer of sauce. Who serves a sandwich that is bereft of moisture...butter...anything? I'm sure the excuse would be that people like to add their own sauce. Well, let a guy know that if he doesn't get the sauce and prepare the sandwich in the parking lot, he will be choking down a dry slice of the Sahara on his commute to work. Also, when did we start having to provide our name for an order? I guess someone at corporate decided that addressing customers by name would be a nice touch. Well, it really only serves to confuse things over an already crackly drive-through speaker. I want breakfast, not a new friend. For the record, www.chick-fil-a.com/locations/pa/robinson is infected with an Iframe virus, so beware if you search this store on the web. read more

Having eaten at many Chick-fil-A's this experience was disappointing and definitely below the normal Chick-fil-A standard. Food was good just the overall service was lacking. I would have put two stars, but there was one employee in particular, who was very kind trying his best. read more

If you're looking for a late-night meal, this place is a winner. The service is quick, and I love the convenience of not having to go inside. I highly recommend the Sticky Chicken Deluxe--it's packed with flavor and always hits the spot. Perfect for satisfying those late-night cravings! read more

All ChickFilAs really are great and this one is no exception. Christmas shopping season is in full effect and they are still moving people thru with efficiency and a smile. I was also impressed with how clean and free of trash the whole drivethru area and around the building is. Pride on display. read more

Was in town for work and where I'm from, there is no Chick-fil-A. So whenever there is an opportunity for it, I'll do it! The customer service is wonderfully refreshing, with most responses being "my pleasure." It's like walking into a polite bubble which is sadly, shocking. Some people love it here, some dislike it, but the food is delicious. I had four chicken fingers, waffle fries, soda, and their special sauce (a meal). FYI- They also have "entrees", but no yummy fries with those orders! Dinner was great! Hoping they come up to the 716 soon! read more

We decided to try out the new Chick-fil-A in bridgeville, PA. Food was delicious, of course. An older gentleman came in and asked one of the team members if they offered any discount for military. The reply was that they do but only for those in uniform and in the dining room. The man looked so disappointed, hung his head, turned around and left. So, is this a corporate policy, you may ask? I was lucky to see the owner/operator of this particular location on my way out. He informed me that this is a Pittsburgh region policy- veterans who would like the discount need to come inside and be in uniform. I asked what he thought and if he thought that was the right thing to do- to ask that that older veteran I saw earlier or my 70something Vietnam-Veteran father to put on their uniforms to come into Chick-fil-a to get maybe a 10% discount (I have no idea what the actual discount is)? **don't you dare try wearing your uni through the drive through or you will pay full price.** He replies- "Do you think it is fair that all these guys come and try to get it?" -don't totally quote me on this but you get the gist. I said "I'm sure you can verify in some way, like this place is supposed to be all wholesome but can't even hook up our vets? Isn't wholesome like your thing?" Owner/operator closed with "Sorry to disappoint ya." Anyhow, at least the salad was good. Large operations such as Home Depot & Texas Roadhouse have figured out how to make this work, wondering what the deal is with CFA. Chick-Fil-A : revolutionizing the drive through process but can't quite get a handle on Veteran discounts unless you march yourself in and do 75 full burpees while wearing full gear They should be ashamed!!!!! And a Christian restaurant to boot!!! read more

Reliably great food, quick service, and friendly waitstaff. I only did the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the facility's cleanliness or otherwise. I love how everyone is friendly and food and prices are reasonable. Given all this and it's proximity to the freeway and other businesses I'm sure that I I'll be back! read more

Chick-fil-A offered box lunches on their catering menu!! ! This was big hit for a meeting at work and such a nice change too. Shout out to "David" the catering manager who provided us with excellent service! We ordered packaged meals (box lunches) with a group garden salad and plates weren't provided with the salad. There were plates in each box lunch but they were "tiny". They are idea to place the sandwich on but not for a side salad. I will just remember to ask for extra larger plates next time or provide my own. No waffle fries with catering orders - but they do offer waffle potato chips. I was pleasantly surprised at what "is" offered on the catering menu. Who doesn't love Chick-Fil-A!? The catering order was accurate and wonderful at the same time. Thank you to Chick-fil-A!!! read more

This is the best chick fil a EVER it has amazing food it also super clean and the workers are super friendly

We came here for an early breakfast on a Saturday morning. The staff was very friendly. The service was quick. The space was clean. I am really impressed with Chick-fil-A's catering service. For a special office breakfast, I ordered thru the website catering menu 100 chicken biscuits and four gallons of brewed coffee for a pick up at 6:30am. This was the earliest pick up available. I was very worried about such a large order considering Chick-fil-A opens their daily service at 6:30am. There was a lot of people who would be super disappointed if the food wasn't at the meeting. So, I called the day before pickup and a team member found my order and assured me it would be ready on time. The day of my pickup, I was quickly greeted and within minutes I was driving to the office with all the food I ordered and more than enough supplies of coffee cups, silverware, napkins, sauces, cream and sugar to ensure all my morning guests had everything they needed. I am WOWed by the exceptional service. Thank you Chick-fil-A employees!!! read more

I love the chicken cold wrap and avocado ranch dressing at Chick-fil-A. And their waffle fries are always good. However today a little more salty than usual. We like to eat here because the food is good but also they have a nice play place that my son enjoys to play in. My husband and son went to the bathroom and the floor right before entering was really wet and slippery. This made their shoes slippy until we left. This issue was addressed by the management at this location and they are going to try out new floor cleaner. I would say that is pretty awesome on their part that they actually pay attention to reviews and want to make customers experiences as good as they can. read more

We were on our way to the Mall at Robinson and were planning to go to the location inside, but decided to go here instead. It was around 2pm on a Monday and was pretty busy, but the line moved fast. By the time we ordered, they were able to give us our food before we even got our drinks, lucky us. It's clean, service is friendly, and the fried chicken of course is outstanding! We got a Chick Fil A Deluxe and a Spicy Deluxe, the lettuce, tomatoes and cheese give the sandwich extra flavor. Oh, but how can I forget about the pickles? There's just something about pickles and fried chicken that just works. My waffle fries weren't as crispy as I expected, could've been some extras left over from the lunch rush, but nevertheless I still enjoyed them. Try them with mayo for something extra tasty! read more

This is the one that used to be further down she closer to the mall. It relocated up near Sam's Club. It's move is definitely a needed one as it's far easier getting out then the previous location. No issues otherwise. Food and service are both what you'd expect from Chick Fil A. The biggest things is that the move makes accessing it a little easier. It does in my opinion at least. read more

Slowest chick-fil-a I have ever been to. We came here at 8:30 pm and both lanes are backed up and there were no people outside like chick-fil-a is known for. So you had to wait until you got to the drive thru screen which had both lines wrapped completely around the building. Then the order also came out incorrectly. And due to COVID, we weren't able to go inside to get the order fixed so we just had to deal with it. Absolutely do not recommend. Drive to the next city if you want chick-fil-a. read more

I love Chick Fil A. It's my favorite fast food restaurant. The workers are always very pleasant and trained very well. I have been to the new chick fil a 3 times and had the same issue each time. The new drive through is poorly designed. It does not flow. It splits into 2 lanes and when you get there everyone kind of guesses which lane to go in...as a result, someone who you are 4 cars ahead of may end up in front of you. Then the 2 lanes merge in to one lane and so far it causes nothing but confusion. The process simply does not work and it takes 3 people working the drive be thru to make it kind of work...should go back to basics. Also, the plaza it is in gets very congested. You have to drive through a crowded parking lot of another restaurant to get to this location. Again, nice people, good food, just not a great process 4/19/19 - update - it seems process has been fixed. Drive thru much better. Location still tough to get to but overall better. Terrible service! I mean very, very bad. They were stingy, they were giving me dirty looks, they forgot half my order and would not open the window. My love for Chik-fil-A is a true one, if I could eat here everyday I would. No seriously, I could eat 3 squares from this place for the rest of my life and not even think twice about it. That being said, I have visited my share of restaurants and have to say that this location is up there when it comes to service and quickness (who am I kidding, all Chik-fil-A restaurants have great service). My food is always fresh and I don't think I have ever had to wait an exuberant amount of time to receive my order. Absolutely use the app to order, they also have some great coupons! read more

I'm writing a review today because I'm not sure why every time I come to spend my money here they don't prepare my order the way that I asked for it. I always ask for my food to be made hot and fresh out of the grease. When I get my order, it's the total opposite. For example I'll order a 12ct combo without salt on my fries. I would get dried out or cold nuggets with salted fries or if the fries are unsalted, they would be cold (who wants cold food). I think that the staff should serve the food the same way that they would want their food if they were at an establishment when they are in the role of the customer. I'm not sure if I'm being misunderstood because I have an accent or what ‍ and whenever I say something, the staff member(s) are always looking at me as if I said something wrong. I wish that I could give them 0 stars because this is an ongoing issue. In a nutshell, please give a customer their food the way they are asking for it to be made please. I'm not just speaking for myself when I say what I'm saying. I'm not returning back to this location ever again. Out of all of the Chick-Fil-A's that I've eaten at over the years across the U.S., this is by far the worst one. read more

Honestly , I don't love fast food but this restaurant is very close for me to get to for lunch. The reason I love this restaurant is because I always get my food fast and it is always correct. It's always hot and very good. The food is the same no matter which location I visit but the service here is excellent. The ladies taking my order are fun and friendly. They always make me smile and laugh. The are efficient here ! The drive thru is always busy and they have people taking orders outside most of the time to move the line along. I don't love fast food but I do enjoy this restaurant! Lastly they have wifi and a play place for kids and not many places have both of those ! read more
