Honestly, BW3 is great for a true sports bar and game watching. This night though it seemed like the bartender was overwhelmed...she was friendly but seemed to be overwhelmed between the bar and her tables. The food came out pretty fast. I got mild boneless wings (6) and a side salad. I missed the photo op bc I was hungry and tired. All and all, I won't hold the service against the place as it seems to be common with the workforce these days (I.e., not enough people showing up or working) or it could have been an off day for the server. It's been since pre-pandemic since I've had this chain. Came for the bogo wing promo. Ordered half their hottest flavor and half Thai curry. Unfortunately they gave me the wrong flavor but I didn't make the fuss to refire as the first round took quite a bit despite being the only person at the bar at 345 on a Thursday. Their loaded chicken dog was solid for $5 and tots for $3. For all the wing flavors they have, it would be nice if it came with a customary dipping sauce. The wings themselves were fine. The hottest by the 3rd one were lingering with heat. The breading felt like standard chain wings and reminded me quite honestly of Applebees endless wings (moderately cheap and frozen). The specials are nice but bogo made the price reasonable. But I'd rather do endless for $16 at say caliente as they are cheaper with more quality. read more

Came in an hour and a half before close on a Saturday night and the bar area was dead. We were able to sit wherever and our bartender was friendly and immediately took our drink and food order. They were more than accommodating with substitutions, when they advised us they were out of onion rings. Our food came out quickly and was piping hot. Our drink glasses were never empty and we had plenty of napkins. Couldn't have asked for more! The restaurant itself was pretty quiet with only a few other groups seated in the dining room. A friend invited me to meet him to share a meal and watch a game at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I've been to other locations in this chain before, so I was totally down! When I arrived the place was packed, but he had been there a while and managed to get us a decent table. Tip: There are screens all over the place, so it's almost impossible to sit and not be able to watch a game while you eat :-) We shared an order of street tacos, some potato wedges and some wings. The food was pretty good, the beer was cold, and the service was friendly and fast. Ordered takeout on 11/18. Just some boneless wings and fries. My order said pickup by 5:30pm and I was there at 5:28. Waited over 8 minutes for some girl to come give me my food. Drove 10 minutes home, and the wings were cold and chewy. Now I don't expect them to be "right out of the kitchen" hot, since it's takeout, but they weren't even luke warm. They were very chewy, and cold. Almost as if they were leftovers from my own fridge. My second problem is, they were not busy at all. Like 2 or 3 tables. Stopped going here about 3y ago due to poor service. After 3y figured maybe they got their S together but NOPE. Don't waste your time here. Food quality and service both unacceptable as of 2/25/24. Place was very light, not more then 1/3 occupied, many open tables and no wait time. No game going on either. Just to explain: seated 2 adults + 3 kids in table meant for 4. Ok, tight fit, whatever. Order taken quickly, regular food nothing out of ordinary. Drinks were Pepsi, spring, 2 lemonades and a water. No drinks came until literally after eating about 1/2 the meals and asking for them. Nacho appetizer came at same time as the meals. Payed $2 uncharged for guacamole that never came. No part of 2 kids meals even showed up. While asking for the check the manager approved the waitress for them to be "removed them from the bill". How about 2 of the 5 people didn't eat! Uh, it's illegal to charge me for goods not provided. Manager never came over. Boneless wings/fries came to table cold. They ran out of ranch. In my opinion entire meal should have been comp'd! On way out we asked the waitress if they were short staffed or had call-offs. Her answer: "no why". Must just be poor management. I won't be back. read more

Other then the rudest of the staff. The condensing manor of how they treat people if they feel like you have wrong them. What I mean by that when I say this is. We wanted to be seated away from people due to Covid and my job. Not my server but a customer had gotten an attitude over the request instead of simply saying it's not available. As we sat down we wait as everyone else. I had asked a question about the food we were going to order and they had brought it back incorrectly. When I mentioned it to the server she did a stop pause and respond. Like "oh... your order... was wrong.." it was the servers first day and I didn't want to cause any trouble but my fiancé wanted the correct order. From there on we were ignored. Never offered refills and then didn't bring out of food until it was cold. I had given my waitress my money and check and it has been ten minutes and she still had it ... they sat me next to the register... had gotten a gift card for this place and I will please let my family know not to do it again. Me and my best friend went here for a late evening craving. We ordered off their happy hour menu for drinks. I loved my margarita. One of the best I have had in a while! I was not expecting it to taste so good. We ordered from half off traditional wings menu. We ordered hot and bbq. They were great. We also got some of their queso dip appetizer. Our server was VERY attentive and kind. He helped us out with the menu and convinced us to get some dessert. We ordered the cheesecake bites and they were amazing!! This is a great Buffalo Wild Wings location. The staff is friendly. We had Kelsey as our waitress, who was awesome!! My mom is not the biggest chicken wing person but she is obsessed with their new cauliflower wings!! They are such a great vegetarian option, and now we will be able to bring my sister who is a vegetarian and usually struggles with wing places' menus. I however, love wings and love the wings here! Dorian is prerry much the best at customers service ever. He works front desk at my hotel and is a server across the street at bww. He suggested bww to a few of us in the lobby asking about good late night places to eat and he was right . If I could give 0 I would. We ordered food at 6:30pm online. It said it would be done by 7:20. When we arrived it was 7:20 exactly. There was a line for takeout out the door. It was so bad DoorDashers we're backing out of orders because the wait was so long. We ended up getting our food at 7:30 - not bad except we were missing most of our order so we had to go back inside and get the remaining items. All and all we got our full order at 7:50. Most of our food was cold and hard. We got a burger, it was only a burger and bun and it was supposed to have so much more on it. I made the Robinson BWW my go to Football spot this past season and I went every week. I had nothing but good experiences. The bar tenders were super cool and chill and I never had any issues getting a drink or getting food in a timely manner. I've never sat in the dining area only at the bar so I have no experience with other areas of the restaurant. Im definitely going to go back for Football season this fall. read more

Our waitress was fantastic. That's where it ends. We ordered a chip dip trio for an appetizer. It took well over 20 minutes to come out. After another 15 or so minutes, our waitress informed my wife they didn't have any lettuce to make her wing salad. She gave her a menu and left her a few minutes to order. She ordered tots and boneless wings. After about 10 more minutes my Nashville chicken sandwich came out (which was good) and my son had already eaten his Mac and Cheese. When we asked for napkins, we were given little square bar napkins because apparently they ran out of napkins and the manager was out getting more. How does a wing place run out of napkins and why is the manager getting them. Where's corporate? We waited another 15 minutes at least for my wife's tots and wings which during that time we decided to just have them boxed up. The tots were burnt to hell and back. Her meal should have been moved to the top of the deep fryer queue and it should have been comped. I don't think we'll ever go back to this place. Been coming here for many years. Took a break from work to go grab some lunch. Not very many people there. Sat at the bar and put my food order in right away. Came up quick but fries weren't seasoned as ordered (or at all ) and wrap was more lettuce than chicken etc.... Once I ordered never saw bar tender again until I was finished as she was spending way too long w the few customers she had chatting. Not sure she has much experience in service industry.
