Pathetic amount of slaw and a dried-up piece of meat.

Worst sandwich ever and it wasn't cheap. I was excited to order the new rib bbq sandwich, but when I got it home, it was terrible. The meat is very dry and overcooked. The coleslaw on it is a joke, there is about 7 little pieces of cabbage on it, which is pathetic. The pickles were sliding out of the bun. A very disappointing purchase.

Shake Shack coming to Pittsburgh was one of the best days ever. All of the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff greets you as you walk in, and the food comes out fast. The restaurant is super clean, especially for a fast casual place. This is right near my office, so I love coming here for lunch.

One of my favorite burgers in the area. The fries were decent crinkle cut with cheese. I got the special toffee pudding milkshake and it was pretty tasty. Order on the app before you go if you dont want to wait too long. The building is clean and service was excellent.

The food was fresh and yummy. We ordered online and picked it up from inside. The sticky toffee pudding milkshake was really good, but doesn't actually taste like sticky toffee pudding at all. The garlic sauce with that came with the garlic parm fries was not my favorite. The food was ready when it was supposed to be. The employees seemed nice, but I didn't interact with them much. The restaurant was clean and pretty empty.

We had a great first visit. The ordering system is a breeze & the food was good. I was presently surprised at how fast our food was ready. Crazy. Prize per meal average around $25.00 my boyfriend was complaining about the size of his burger but I thought it was just right. I don't need anything over the top. I found the size just right. for hungrier appetites, there is a double burger option. If you're in the mood for a good burger, check it out.

first visit ever! Ordering was done on a touch pad and was easy once we figured it out. ordered a single shake shack burger, fries, chocolate milkshake, Carolina burger, S'mores shake. the burgers were wonderful! great flavor and looked appetizing. paid extra 49¢ for malt in the shake...that was a waste as I don't believe it added anything. the s'mores shake was enjoyed. the fries were not piping hot. overall we enjoyed the meal. but we discussed a family coming here with kids that takes two bites and throws it away is so expensive. our little lunch stop cost us just over $39!! we could go to Applebees for less than that! while we enjoyed the burgers it is mostly once and done for us!

My favorite go to is the Delicious vinegar pop in piquillo peppers on the SmokeShack (with bacon) burger. The restaurant: Always clean and yummy smelling seating area, quick and easy ordering stations or cashiers.

This location of Shake Shack opened a few months ago, and is located in North Fayette, just over the border from Robinson Township. It shares a building with the new Chipotle. This was formerly the spot where Quaker Steak and Lube was, and is in-between Sam's Club and Chick-fil-A. This was my first visit to this location, and only my second visit to Shake Shack ever (I tried the one down in the Strip District about a year or so ago). I saw a promotion online for the "Chicken Shack Combo," for $9.99, which included a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink, so that is what I wanted to try. When you walk inside, there are four kiosks for you to order from, or you can go to a person with a cash register at the counter. I eschewed the kiosks, and ordered from the person, who was very friendly and polite. He took my order, I showed him a photo of the promotion, and he rung it up correctly, and my total was $10 and some change to cover tax. He gave me a number, and told me to choose a seat and someone would bring my food to me. My lunch arrived after a few minutes of waiting, and was delivered by a friendly, smiling, polite server. This was my first time trying chicken at Shake Shack, and I thought it was pretty good. The herb mayonnaise and pickles made the sandwich tasty. I thought the chicken was O.K. too. Not bad for a ten dollar lunch. After eating, a staff person came over and asked to clean up my trash. I was impressed how everyone that worked here was so friendly and polite . . . I'd come back again if I was in the area . . . Cheers!

I'm excited to have a Shake Shack closer to home! This location has a few parking spaces close to the door but it can be confusing to navigate. Ordering is mobile only - either via tablet at the restaurant or on your phone. If dining in, grab a number and be sure to get water/ketchup/napkins before sitting down. There is plenty of seating and an outdoor area that will be nice when the weather cooperates. Staff will bring your food to you (if you selected dine in and added your table number) or call your name for take out. My order took 13 minutes to prepare and there appeared to be two dine in and two take out orders ahead of me. I did not see food come out for 10 minutes and the entry started to get congested. Food seemed to come out all at once so I imagine there was a backup on the kitchen. I felt the wait could be improved but it was on par with other locations. Luckily, the food was fantastic. The burgers and juicy and the fries are perfectly salted.

Pittsburgh Sandwich Society runs a kitchen out of Strange Roots Experiential Ale which is a small locally-owned distillery. Once you enter, you'll scan a QR code to order online. Don't waste time like me waiting for a server lol. I ordered the In-An-Aht burger which features spring mix, their society sauce, American cheese and tomato. The burger was SO GOOD. All the ingredients had the perfect portions and came together beautifully. It was a perfect medium-well cook. The fries are hand cut and delicious. My only distaste was that fries were veryyyyy salty. +Customer service was amazing! +Limited Free Parking out front and in a nearby alley. +Plenty of tables for dine-in +Free boardgames to play +Beautiful patio with plenty seating I'm excited to return for the patio in the summer when I return to PA. I was actually quite impressed with how well it was prepared. Nice and flaky but didn't fall apart. The bun it comes on is well proportion with the fish. The only thing I could've went without, was the macaroni salad topped on the fish. However, the food here never disappoints. I'll be back.

We found an adorable part of town to walk through and then we spotted Moonlit Burgers and decided to stop for lunch. They have limited table service in the sense that you place your order with the cashier when you walk in and they bring your food out to you a little bit later on. They even checked on us a few times while we ate. Very nice staff too! The restaurant is a good size with lots of tables for two and few bigger tables as well. They also have a separate bar if you want something other than soda with your burgers. I ordered the Moonlit Smashburger and the hubby ordered a chicken sandwich; we also ordered fries and a drink to share. The cup for the drink was super duper tiny though, and we weren't sure about refills so we just took shallow sips. Next time we'll make sure to get two drinks. The smashburger was so good!! Everything a smashburger should be. The moon sauce was tangy and complimented the meat so well. And those crispy edges!! The fries were nice and crisp too and the hubby thoroughly enjoyed his chicken sandwich. We left the restaurant satisfied and full!!
