The service that I experienced was friendly and very quick. My family and I did not dine in. However, I do appreciate all of the condiments and accompaniments for my meal having been provided to me in our bags without our having to request anything at all. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to express how much I love the whole grilled onion, and therefore asking for extra on my burger. The gentleman who took my order was not only very kind, but he was super attentive and made sure that our order was correct before its final submission. The amount of time that was spent in the drive-through area was minimal. It is so nice that they have their operations down. We got our food. We gobbled it up faster than we have ever done so before, or at least it felt that way. Not a single fry was spared. Yumtastic!!

An older female employee with glasses and pink/purple hair abruptly addressed me in what I perceived as an aggressive, condescending tone, repeatedly asking, "How can I help you?" "What's your name?" and demanding to see identification before I could retrieve my order. It wasn't necessarily what she was asking, but the manner in which she chose to address me. Her tone was unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering I was simply a paying customer attempting to collect an order. She repeated herself several times, loudly enough that another customer waiting to order witnessed the entire interaction. Fortunately, another employee approached, politely apologized, and asked how he could assist me. I provided my name, Preston, and he immediately retrieved my order from behind the counter without any issues. The contrast between these two employees was striking. One made a routine pickup feel hostile and uncomfortable, while the other resolved the situation in seconds with basic courtesy and professionalism. I understand the importance of verifying orders, but customer service should never make someone feel as though they're doing something wrong simply by entering an establishment to pick up food they've already purchased. Interactions like this can leave customers feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, or hesitant to return. I hope management addresses how employees communicate with guests. A little professionalism, respect, and courtesy go a long way, particularly in the hospitality industry.

She actually took the time to help me figure out what I'd enjoy. You can have great food anywhere, but it's the people who make you want to come back. Chloe absolutely nailed that.
