Bugs in drink
Cassidy B.

Very disappointed and grossed out. There was not only one BUG. But the more I moved my straw, the more I found.

Bug in my salad

Dead bug in my salad can't believe this. So disturbed. I know things can happen but this was really gross.

Ask the Community - Chick-fil-A

Is it really that hard to let people know if the dining room is closed or not? Just put it online like the Scottsdale and Shea location. Instead you chose to suck

Hi Samuel! If you go to our website, or look on the Chick-fil-A app, it will give you the most up to date status on the service levels we are providing at the moment. Thank You!

Does anyone know why they weren't able to make salads today?

There is a large recall on romaine due to a bacteria. Some CFA are making salads with green leaf lettuce until it is cleared. Some aren’t making them at all.

The food is excellent. The atmosphere and service (by Megan) was excellent! I started with one of their zero alcohol refreshing drinks with yummy sour black cherry, pomegranate, lime and ginger beer. Lovely!!! We shared their green salad which was full of fresh and varied flavors with their green goddess dressing. Moved onto sea bass that was perfectly cooked in top of creamy and flavorful potatoes and charred broccoli. Added Mac and cheese Finished with their donut hole and a latte Wow

Perfect for the outdoor weather and people watching. Unfortunately we were sat right next to the server stand but they didn't use it much so it was not too disruptive. Our server, Jameca was friendly and attentive. She brought our water and iced teas right away. I ordered the FRENCH DIP - Brie, Arugula, Caramelized Onion, Horseradish Mayonnaise. $22. This was quite tasty. I really liked the combination of the arugula and Brie on the sandwich. I upgraded to the truffle fries. Sadly the fries were soggy and tasteless which was a disappointment. My husband ordered the CALIFORNIA TUNA MELT - Toasted Ciabatta, Swiss Cheese, Green Apple, Vine Ripe Tomato, Arugula Salad. $18.50. He said he really enjoyed it and would order it again. Unfortunately the Cole slaw was terrible. No flavor whatsoever, just appeared to be shredded cabbage. Overall we had a good experience. They need to work on their side dishes but the mains were tasty.

The salmon was cooked perfectly, which I was pleasantly surprised about since a lot of quick food places overcook proteins. Second time ordering from here I got the roasted chicken, which was also good but I liked the salmon better (personal preference). 3. The green goddess dressing is really good especially if you like dill. 4. They use real olive oil since I got that as a dressing and can taste that it's not a cheap replacement, but in fact the real thing EVOO. 5. Very clean and homemade tasting bread that comes with the salad (you have to select it during the ordering process for no extra money). Cons 1. The first time I ordered a salad here with romaine and arugula the greens to toppings ratio was great. The second time I ordered, I received too much arugula and spring mix compared to the amount of toppings they put on. It was mostly greens.

I first heard about this place from a friend who lives in Tucson but didn't give much thought to it until I actually saw the restaurant a few months ago while I was at another store in the shopping center. After multiple visits, I can conclude that I enjoy more of their cold sandwiches than their grilled/hot ones. My top three picks in no particular order would be the Baggin's club, high Baggin's, and the chicken rojo. All are different in their own way, but what they do have in common is that they are jam packed with ingredients and bursting in flavor. I haven't tried all their soups and sides yet but from what I've tried so far, I would say the tomato basil bisque has been my favorite. It accompanies well with many sandwiches I've had. The only thing I didn't care for much from here were any of the sandwiches with chicken. Their chicken was a bit too dry for my preferences. So far, I've yet to have a bad experience here. The staff are always warm, friendly, and patient. They try to get your orders out in a timely manner, but they do get busy at times. I usually take my food to go but they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options if you want to dine in.

My wife and I enjoy making salads at home or occasionally ordering a salad to go from a restaurant,…read moreand we were excited when we first learned about MAD Greens way back when. Compared to other similar restaurants, we really like the food options, the quality of ingredients, and the promotions though the prices are more than the other places we used to frequent. MAD Greens offers salads, grain bowls, wraps, Mac & Cheese bowls, and more. My wife and I both enjoy the create-your-own salad which includes your choice in greens (and/or pasta), protein, four toppings, and salad dressing. My favorite is pasta and mixed greens with grilled chicken, egg, parmesan cheese, corn, Craisins, and balsamic vinaigrette. I have also had wraps, Mac & Cheese, and prepared salads in the past. We have also ordered MAD Greens through the app/website and also through Uber Eats in the past. We were disappointed that the option to order pasta as a base with the greens was removed from online ordering though the restaurants themselves still honor this as an option. We still find that using the app is beneficial when using the rewards program as you earn $10 credits for every 100 points earned (1 point per dollar spent) plus you get a $5 credit for your first purchase after joining the program. MAD Greens regularly has different promotions and even sends out Buy One Get One Free or 10% off coupons tied to your reward account. There is also typically a Buy One Get One Free coupon sent out for your birthday (or half-birthday). They have a current challenge/promotion where if you make three purchases by late January, you get a free meal. They also had a great Black Friday gift card promotion of a free $10 eCard for every $25 gift card purchased. That means if you buy $100 of gift cards, you will get $40 in bonus gift cards. Amazing! I certainly recommend MAD Greens for those of you who enjoy a healthy meal that tastes good with loyalty perks for each purchase.
