This is the most chaotic chick fil an experience that I have ever had. You had to confirm your order with three different people. It felt like going through TSA at the airport. The first person in the drive thru lacked friendliness and we kept repeating our order because he seemed confused about it all. The food came out well and the order was correct so I guess it worked out in the end. read more

Came to grab lunch drive thru had a trainee she was super polite and kind was fairly fast for being her first day out training and commutated great. Didn't make me wait to long. Restaurant looked pretty organized and clean from inside. The Chicken sandwich was just okay but the nuggets were crisp and fresh. They offer dips with the nuggets and the variety is quite nice. We did a take-out as it seemed pretty noisy inside and seating was full. The order came out in less than 5 minutes. read more

For as busy as this location is, how the drive thru is laid out is awful. There's not nearly enough space in the parking lot for people to drive into the line, to park, or even to wait for delivery drivers. Extremely crammed and awkward. read more

Just wanted to say thank you to Chick-Fil-A for being so generous today. I am an 81 year old great grandma living in a nursing home where the food is inedible. My girlfriend offered to bring me some lunch today when she was coming to visit me. I requested a salad from Chick-Fil-A. I couldn't wait to gobble it up but when she arrived we realized there was no dressing at all in the bag. I called Chick-Fil-A and spoke to a delightful young woman named Jackie she offered to replace my salad and immediately sent a driver to my nursing home residence. This a decent fast food restaurant, I'm not sure I understand the bad reviews. The service was fast and friendly. The food was good not mind blowing but certainly better than your average fast food restaurant. I had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo and chicken nuggets. Overall this was a satisfying experience. The drive process was very smooth and efficient. Overall no serious complaints on any level with Chick-fil-a considering that this only the second time I have ever visited this fast food joint. read more

There were ants in my vanilla shake. I took a video while moving the ice cream around with my straw, and I found even more ants at the bottom. I was disgusted and threw up when I realized I had been drinking ants. I will never go to Chick-fil-A again, especially this location. All I can say is, please check your shakes so you don't have to experience what I did. read more

If there was any other chick-fil-A closer to where I work I would definitely go to that location... The fast food restaurant is very nicely kept up and is clean ... the food at Chick-Fil-A is always great but the only disappointment and down side I have of this location is the workers... I am highly allergic to anything with dairy so I always like to order there Cob salad but I always ask for no cheese's and I am worried that they will put cheese in it and I will not be able to eat my lunch since I order grilled chicken and if anyone has eaten a cob salad at chick fil A the chicken are made there on the spot and is hot when they put it in the salad so that would melt the cheese and I would have to give it to someone else to eat it since I don't like wasting food .. I literally told the girl who took my order NO CHEESE PLEASE.. she repeated to me twice so I figured she got the order correct , well it wasn't.. by the time I drove back to work and had just 15 minute to eat and noticed she got the ordered wrong again because I checked the receipt for my order and there was NO CHEESE put in there .. this has happened several times for me... I will not be coming back there again.. they need to retrain there employees better when it comes to orderes.. read more

We all know what to expect when you go to a fast food place, but at least this location has associates that check if you need another ketchup or napkin or to take your tray out of the way, etc. One of the best service experiences you will have at fast food. And of course at this time of the year there is the Peppermint shake to add to the consistent food entrée of your choice!! read more

Can't go wrong with some good ol Christian chicken. Love me some chick fil a. This place never gets old to me and I find myself randomly craving it, especially on Sundays The lemonade milkshake things literally have me addicted. Otherwise the standard chicken sandwiches are always good. If you love pickles like I do, be sure to get some extra. The service is always quick and friendly here. I am digging the new mobile order lanes. Scan your code and you're in your way. So quick and efficient. Visiting AZ and went through drive thru for breakfast on my way to Mayo Clinic. I didn't know they had the English Muffin breakfast sandwiches. I had the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese muffin. The eggs weren't those disgusting discs that you get at normal fast food places, it was actually a scrambled egg. I was so impressed. I will look for this when Im back in FL.. I am a regular Chick Fil A customer and this has been by far. The worst Chick Fil A experience I've ever had on the app I've silver status because of how much I go in there and I expect to be treated with the respect of a valuable customer, however when I went into this Chick Fil A not only were all the employees super rude and seemed disinterested in my life and how I was doing all they seem to care about was just getting out of there cause clearly they did not want to be there and I'm sure that's to blame straight to the management because a good manager makes a happy environment. However, the food was all right. I'll give them that they did short out a little bit. I got large fries and it was only filled about 3/4 of the way, but besides that the food was very good, but the customer service was definitely not to what I would expect if Chick Fil A and I heard a total of zero my pleasures. read more

Had a craving for this spot so I made my way over here on a Saturday afternoon. The drive-thru was pretty busy so I parked in their curbside parking and ordered on my phone. I was able to customize my meal order and it was simple and quick. It was also easy to do and I appreciated the convenience of the curbside option since I don't love long drive-thrus. My order was ready in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. I like their waffle fries and I ordered the grilled chicken spicy deluxe, which was very tasty. I preferred it to their spicy crispy chicken sandwich but that's just because grilled is better in my opinion. Service is good as usual, and I'd recommend ordering prior to arriving if you want to get your food faster. They have a rewards program if you sign up with their app so that's cool. read more

Remodeling looks great. I go here often and it never fails that every order whether it be drive through or walk in is missing contents of the order... I thought it was just a drive-through issue, however, I made a point to go inside the past two times so my daughter could play on the play structure and still the same issue always missing food from our order that we paid for. At least when I'm in the store I can get the food back but when I go through the drive-through I have been shorthanded numerous times for items I paid for. Extremely frustrating. Kudos to Chick-fil-A for having Corona Virus era Drive-thru process down. The only thing I touched was my bag of food. The ordering process was easy.
