This is a really great Chick -fil-A restaurant It's extremely clean, has very nice employees, and great fresh - made - foods! You can tell the oil is frequently changed, because the waffle fries here have the perfect fresh taste that they should have. Their chicken nuggets do also. Not that oily, heavy, weird taste that some restaurants do, when oil isn't changed too often. Or just not changed as much as here! Valeria, our cashier, was friendly, helpful, and very cheerful. We think that she is a great addition to the restaurant. They also have a big, clean kid zone, which I've attached a few pIctures for all to see! My daughter from California was visiting and loves Chic-fil-A. They don't have any near where she lives. We Went here for lunch and really enjoyed it. I usually go through the drive thru. The service is amazing. They have a person walking around asking if you need anything and clearing your table. Of course our chicken nuggets and my kale salad was good also. Its simple with cranberries has a light dressing. Their food is consistently very good. I'm watching calories but their milk shakes are delicious too! This has to be one of the worst chick a fil I been to! First of all you got 2 lanes ok good. You place your order food. I pay cash, usually there is a register a little further up or pay at the window, but this one the guy said pay with me. He had a fanny pack on with money. I wasn't too thrilled with this as obviously way too many things can go wrong which they did. First how do you know how much I gave you and you put in your fanny pack, this is a major business that shouldn't be using fanny packs as registers. So the guy begins to tell me my total , I repeated it and he said yes then he gives me back the wrong change. I said wrong change and he said oh I gave you the wrong total. You tell me that after I already gave you the cash. Still I did the math for him and said ok even with new total you still have me the wrong change. He said no I didn't. One of the best Chicfila i've been too so far, the service was amazing and food was even better. Everyone greeted me and my family with a smile. All the workers repeated the order back to me to insure my order was correct. This isn't the first time Ive went to this chicfila the times before I was still greeted with the same smile. I hate going to any other Chick-fil-A establishment unless it's Scottsdale and 101 location. The workers here are very friendly (they are friendly typically at every other location but this location just goes the extra mile) I had a really old gift card and the cashier took his time to go ahead and manually type in all the numbers and was not bothered by how long it took at all. I was very grateful for him. Our order came out very quickly and had everything on the tray and under 3 minutes. I was very impressed. The best part? They are not stingy about their sauces. They gave us two of each flavored sauce for us to try with our chicken nuggets and had zero complaints or dirty looks on their face when we requested it. All the tables and chairs in the seating area are very clean. The bathrooms are also very well-maintained. If you have kids, they have a play area for the children. The food is delicious as usual. I've been going to this location multiple times per week for years. Dealt with a 20 year old "manager" tonight, (he told me he was 20, actually), who accused me of lying about a large drink I had ordered. I confirmed (after I was charged for the drink again at the window) with the boy at the outside drive through line that he did put it in the order, a large Dr. Pepper, no ice. He said, wait here, and I'll get a manager to take care of it. Obviously, the "manager" never came out. I waited 5 minutes. The thought of any restaurant haggling over the price of a drink is outrageous in its own right. But to have a snotty child accuse you of lying takes it to the next level: unacceptable. Call to corporate on Monday. Any restaurant franchisee that lets 20 year olds be the oldest and most senior person on the shift on a very busy Friday night is clearly very incompetent. Never going back. And I'm gay, and have no issue with the chain's owner's personal opinions. In fact, half the high school and college staff at this location are gay, including the 20 year old "manager". And that's wonderful. But as a writer for one of the biggest newspapers in the world, I'm not one to sit back and let a 20 year old "manager" accuse me of lying and get away with it. I'm actually going to do a huge investigation into their hiring practices. PS The lack of responses from the restaurant to any reviews shows they couldn't care less. read more

This is by far the most efficient Chick-fil-A I've been to! The drive-thru line was pretty long, but split into two lanes. The employees were quick to take orders down, and to re-check them for accuracy further down the line. I was in and out of the line in less than 5 minutes. Food-wise, everything came out just as I had ordered. I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich and waffles fries. The chicken was well-cooked on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. I've been here a bazillion times over the past four years. I live just nearby and this is the best fast-food game in the immediate area after Wendy's closed. Service here is fast, friendly, and precisely what you expect from Chick-fil-A. If there is a more enjoyable customer service experience to be had when ordering inside the restaurant, I've yet to see it. Lately, I've been a big fan of using their mobile ordering system. It lets you order ahead of arrival, letting you skip the line and pick up your order almost immediately after stepping in the door. One caveat I should note is that this only applies when you pick up your order inside the restaurant. My biggest complaint about this restaurant (and Chick-fil-A in general) is that their drive thru takes way too long during peak hours, especially lunchtime. My guess is that it's an unfortunate side effect of their extreme popularity and tasty food. They operate the drive thru at a pretty efficient pace, however, sheer volume of customers motivates me to avoid the drive thru at all costs. It's situated in a bad location for its operations, so there's no option for curbside pickup. I avoid this one usually, and go to the one on Raintree instead. Chick-fil-A is known to be extremely busy during food rush hours. This location on Mayo Blvd seems to have figured out how to keep wait times to a minimum. The food is (as usual) delicious and consistent. Management and staff are very friendly and helpful regardless of the time of day. Cleanliness is never lacking here as they keep the restrooms and dining area clean at all times and refill the condiment station on a regular basis! The owner/operator communicates via email with people and sends out offers for free food items on a regular basis! This is just another reason why Chick-Fil-A is rated at the top of "fast food" chains. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to others. read more

Have a problem with your order they will fix it with a smile and probably offer you something for free for the inconvenience. The line in the drive thru might be long but they make it fly by with their order takers standing outside. The spicy chicken is perfectly spicy and never dry, the nuggets are little golden fried pieces of chicken heaven and the sauces they offer, oh man, the sauces. I want to fill up a swimming pool with chick-fil-a sauce and float in it all day long while sipping a glass full of Polynesian sauce. I've never understood the hype. Yes I thought the food was good for drive thru, but based on my last drive thru experience now I definitely am not a fan. I ordered a protein style grilled chicken spicy sandwich. No cheese no mayo. They have me wait up front for it because I guess it was taking too long. Then when I open my food I see it's a friend chicken patty. I tell the girl and she looks at me like I'm crazy. And says well I can't take it back because of COVID. Ok? What does that have to do with me being starving and unable to eat my Sandwich I paid for... she comes back with a new grilled sandwich with cheese on it. Oh joy another mess up. I just peel it off. She says, I need your mess up sandwich back. Oh you mean the one you made it a point to say you couldn't take back because of COVID? So you can touch what I've touched and then not wash your hands and give other orders to other customers.
