Went to drive thru for breakfast.... Got there about 12 minutes before breakfast stopped. there was about four cars in head of me at the ordering speaker box. Waited, waited, waited.... Got to speaker box before 10:30 but there was the older gentleman taking orders an additional 2 cars ahead. Went past speaker box, watched him take his sweet ole time and then when he approached my car, he took off the breakfast menu to expose lunch menu. I told him I didn't want lunch that I wanted breakfast. He said it was too late, I said you took so long taking everyone's orders and messing around having them pay when I've been clear clearly in plenty enough time to get breakfast. He said it doesn't matter where you order it's whenever you get to me is when you place the order. Which is complete BS because I have been waiting in line at that point for over 10 minutes. So when I got to the window another 10 minutes later, which was only three cars ahead of me, I told them that I didn't want lunch I wanted breakfast and why do you have to wait so long to order. Manager said sorry we don't have any more breakfast except for one thing which I did not want so I drove away completely unhappy. Now the manager could do something about it they just choose not to. I'll ever go back here again because the guy that takes orders in the drive-through is always rude and impatient. When someone has been waiting in line for that many minutes you should definitely serve them breakfast. do you have the ability to just choose not to which I think is also complete BS. I was in line at least 22 minutes which is a complete waste of time especially for drive-through fast food. I left with nothing. Chick-fil-A this man is slowing down your business! That isn't good customer service, it irritates customers. Beware Chick-fil-A customers, they really don't want to serve you what you want only what they want. I love love love this place! They are probably sick of seeing me bc I am here so much. How can you go wrong? The chicken is amazing and so flavorful. I only wish I could get hash browns all day! I have never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until coming here. Rude girls outside taking our order and literally cutting us off. Didn't get our drinks right though we told them 3 times after she repeated it back to us and it was wrong. Kept getting cut off. Instead of asking nicely for us to pull forward as we are ordering the girl that is not taking our order rudely tells us to move forward. Chickfila's are typically very good, this one isn't. - Terrible design. The put this Chickfila on a very small lot when they knew damn well the line would be into the street at lunch time. Not only that, the drive thru blocks parked cars. - Every single time I go to this Chickfila between 12 and 1 PM Monday through Friday they have 1 person working a register. I expect all 3 of these registers to be manned during this time. Every time I walk in there is a line out the door because the staff is young and not paying attention. I have complained to Chickfila but they do nothing. read more

Tonight was military appreciation night at the Chick-Fil-A located on 44th Street in Arcadia /Phoenix. My family and I had such an amazing time at this location. As a SSGT in the USAF, we felt extremely honored that this Chick-Fil-A location would provide my family of 5 with a FREE meal as a "thank you" for our service. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful unlike any other restaurant we have visited in the area. We would highly recommend this restaurant for not only dine in but also for catering! Amazing! Shout out the manager here at this location Jossilyn I believe her name was? Not only is the service at this location always on point but I called 3 minutes before breakfast ended asking if they could reserve some for us and sure enough they did. As inconvenient as that may have been the manager was still kind and went out of her way to prepare our meals and deliver them to our vehicle (even after we held up the drive through) the employees at this location are cheerful and happy. tried this location for the first time tonight around 9:50. my friend opened her drink, after drinking the whole thing, to find something small and black. soon realizing that what she was seeing was an earring back in her drink. that she had already drank all of. considering there is a global pandemic, i'm almost positive someone would be able to notice a whole earring back falling into a drink. you will be hearing about this soon. hope your employees decide to pay more attention and make sure they are cautious of what is going on. there is proof and pictures coming your way. was not a small earring back or clean either. read more

Busy Sat. breakfast time of day they had new person on radio, cars backed up thru parking lot. New guy on radio isn't sure what he's doing, only 1 car ahead of me at window to pay, tons of cars behind. Guy at window says 1-2 min wait in front parking spot. No spots, cars waiting everywhere. Girl walks out with someones order, goes to first car, it's not his, she turns to go back INSIDE. I tell her there are cars waiting all around. I end up calling from my car about my order, girl on phone says they're "backed up a bit". I'm waiting 10 min in car out front of restaurant. Finally a guy comes out with our food before any of the cars that were already waiting before me! We leave, my son starts to eat his chicken minis and says they're COLD. We get to Arc High School (1 block away) and my chicken burrito is COLD. Terribly run location. read more

I'm not so much of a fast food eater, but I wanted to comment on the management of this place. I met the owner when he came by our school to talk about fundraising opportunities. What a nice, thoughtful man! Talking to him made me want to go to Chik-fil-a for only the second time in my life. My sandwich was good (I just wish I knew that you had to ask separately for things to be put on it!) so it consisted of only chicken, bun, and pickles. The waffle fries were delicious. This just opened down the street from my house. I stopped by the drive thru because I was craving a vanilla milkshake. When I ordered, the very polite young man on the intercom informed me their milkshake machine was broken. I didn't want anything else so I drove forward. I was stuck in the lane because a minivan was in front of me and ordered for the whole soccer team apparently. I was just going to drive off once the van left but the young man at the window waved me down and gave me a free chocolate chip cookie. And it was warm! That was such a nice gesture and something that creates customer loyalty. It was a small gesture but it made a huge impression because they obviously have excellent training in customer service. I absolutely love Chick-fil-a. We live around the corner from the Arcadia location and we go there often for a quick bite to eat. It's always clean and they have fresh flowers on tables. Unfortunately the past few times the food has been stale. Tonight the nuggets came back cold and chewy, like they have been sitting in the bin for a few hours. I politely asked for some new nuggets, they apologized and brought me fresh ones. Fries were also cold and stale. I just dealt with the fries. Service is okay. Lots of young kids working there so just wonder if they keep a close enough eye on the food. Never seen the manager there. At other locations we've always seen the manager very involved and helping the staff. Hope they make some changes so it becomes the chick-fil-a we know and love. read more

Only one register working and the worker was taking an order for a group of 10 people, one at a time. Ten visits, ten wrong drinks. The visit before tonight I ordered 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea and as usual it was an Arnold Palmer. I asked the drive thru worker if it was tea and mentioned that I hated lemonade and he said yes I am sure. It was not. Tonight was the final straw that spawned this review. I ordered from the person with a tablet in the parking lot. She was great - I confirmed my drink order and let her know that they get it wrong every time. She put in the notes to make sure it was tea. Got my order and it was 100% unsweet tea. The guy in the drive through a) was a little passive aggressive telling me goodbye a few times when I was trying to taste my drink to make sure it was correct. b) when I told him that there wasn't any sweet tea in it, he said there was c) he wasn't the one who made the drink and when he asked the person that did they said it was unsweet d) when they remade the drink, a man in a manager shirt was refilling the ice and I told him I was now 10 for 10 getting the wrong order. He said "oh do they give you Arnold Palmers" and that was it. Two stars for food and minus three for frustration read more
