I frequently go to this location for breakfast as it is close to work. I always use the App to order and everything is always ready when I pick up. Staff is always nice and greets me as soon as I walk in. The store is kept very clean and the food is always good.

My favorite fast food overall 2025 edition! I have been eating this food for years and my go to food gets better each visit. This is my favorite location yet. Please respect the land and enjoy. - Sergio

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants due to the chicken nuggets. I like how they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They're always good when they're hot. I usually get the waffle fries with my meal. I have found recently though that the waffle fries has the skin still on the potato. I'm not much of a fan of having the skin left on my fries. The waffle fries usually come out hot and crispy as well, which I like. The restaurant is really fast at getting orders out and they have someone with a iPad to help with speeding up the line when there are a lot of people. I do miss the dress as a cow day, which was a lot of fun. When they had dress as a cow day, the lines would be really long, but they still were able to get through the orders quite fast. They have a lot of different sauces and I think my favorite is probably the buffalo sauce. I used to like the ranch sauce, but not as much anymore. The Chick-fil-A special sauce is also interesting and I like it as well.

Crispy crispy perfectly seasoned waffle fries

I've been several locations all over the valley from the east side all the way to the west side and this location is always consistent. The food is always fresh and crispy , never greasy. I've had some soggy soft spicy chicken sandwiches where the chicken adheres to the bread. It's basically a steamed soft spicy chicken sandwich. But not here! The actual batter is spicy and the chicken is seasoned well. Better than Popeyes , it tastes good as is. This location makes the best food, they know how to cook :-) . My 4 year old gets the kid's meal and wants an extra side of nuggets because 5 isn't enough lol . Employees are very nice and always have a smile. Play area is really cute and clean. Great service and food all around.

Grilled chicken sandwich- Very thinly sliced chicken

Not sure they use the same ounces of chicken as other locations- seems like they cut the chicken in half. Very thin and unfulfilling. They also would not give me a side of lettuce and tomato, so I asked to put it on the sandwich then. Trying to give the order while moving up the whole time- the guy repeats order and I shrug as I didn't hear him as he spoke too fast- move up to another guy who heard him and he apologizes and offers to repeat it back slower, he went even faster- Get to the window and I tell him no way our order is ready as we just put it in. We pull around and wait- they forgot our sauce and nuggets weren't in the bag (yes we paid for them). Slow down!!!! Its ok to slow down!

IMO- this is one of THE BEST casual dine in/out restaurants in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area…read more Z's is super cute but also high quality, fast, and efficient (even when ordering for pickup or drive thru). The portions are big and the food is delicious- some of the best Mediterranean I've ever had. Their homemade hummus and taziki is insanely good!!! There's several menu items I'm eager to try but hard to stray away from the classic chicken or lamb platter- YUM.

They have done such a great job decorating this little place. I had presumed that it would just be a plain room with some kitchen tables found in, but they've got woven basket lighting fixtures and huge bougainvilleas in the corners. It really does have a Greek look. The menu is quite extensive. They serve specialty coffees and pastries and breakfast in addition to traditional Greek food. They even had hariatiki, traditional Greek village salad. They do have selection of wines as well. The girls at the counter were so nice and they even came out to the table to check on us throughout the meal. Have you ordered a gyro pita, and it was really large. I ordered a village salad with a side of gyro meat. Imagine my surprise when I got a huge bowl of gyro meat--certainly more than I thought I would get for $6 on the side. My salad was big and absolutely packed with olives and feta. It was served with fresh pita. Everything was delicious and plentiful. This place is definitely a gem and we will surely come back. The pastries looked amazing, too, so if I'm in this area in the morning you can bet I'll stop in for some of their coffee and a pastry.

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

All sweet. I started with the Deviled eggs. So good! Love the flavor profile. JJ took my order for a crispy chicken sandwich eve style, ie lettuce in stead of buns. I asked why they call it Eve. Turns out because Adam and Eve wore leaves. Love that! I was going to go no spicy aoili and no apples sub tomatoes but JJ said the apples are actually quite good so I decided to keep 'em. Everything was delicious! The sandwich got a little messy to hold after my first few bites but that was to be expected so I started using my knife and fork. Also got to try the shattered potatoes! So good! One sauce has a hint of jalapeño. The other a hint of feta. I like to touch of both together and I especially loved the potatoes that were a little soggier, less crispy. The cucumber salad that came with my sandwich was okay, it was a little bland and I didn't love the dill but it was better with lemon and salt. Brooklyn was coordinating outgoing food and was fabulous! As the kitchen got busier she offered to jump in and help in Allegra took over for her. Allegro was such a darling, a very warm spirit and very attentive of everything around her! Just loved my experience here. I'll definitely be back.

I opted for the kale salad with grilled chicken, and my husband got a chicken sandwich. My salad was heavenly, and I just wish the portion sizes were bigger because I was still hungry. Sitting outside was pleasant, although there were some very angry sounding birds hanging about. My husband even got defecated on by one! We're just glad this happened after we ate and nothing landed in the food. Parking was a bit of a struggle. The overflow lot is like a block away and half our party didn't even realize it was there. So some of us parked in the lot of the establishment across the street, so then we felt like we should go there for dessert, which ended up being a total win but wanted to mention I had to get parking and a full stomach from the place across the street.

I was not going back to the McDowell location while much closer. I decided to come to this location on Indian School and will say customer service is way better. Frustration at the register I have a Rubios gift card from my birthday that I used at the McDowell location originally $30 card had $5 and change left. It was from Prezzee but it only has a number & pin. The gentleman at register was not familiar with it and didn't know how to enter it. He had to get manager and she clicked something that was to let me enter it. Long number punched it in says not supported but card was used at the McDowell location with no problem other than it had to be punched in. My issue is that it is 2026 and that is just crazy that these are the digital gift cards between Prezzee and Rubios. They should have a scan capability. The manager did attempt to make the experience right which is why I'm doing 2 stars. Nerada manager kind and not really her issue, complaint due to the technology of the digital gift cards. But the 1st McDowell experience and then coming here & the gift card fiasco just set the tone. I apologize if spelled the managers name wrong but I'm good. 2 not so good experiences I have made decision it just isn't worth the frustration. The food is decent but I'm very cool on Rubios there is that experience that just says yeah no. Never again. Here is my only suggestion for your customers that do come in you need to have trash bins at both exiting and entering doors. When sitting in front of restaurant you have to go to back door off patio to throw away trash. Not good.
