I started to like chick fil a more and more. This is probably the 3rd time I had chick fil a in a week. I always wanted to try all their menu food items after first visit. I came into this facility and like what I always like to do since I'm a restaurant manager, I observed when I walked in. Look around pretending I'm the ceo of chick fil a. This place has good friendly staffs, it's at 10:35pm and still see their energy showing and associates hugging showing teamwork and synergy. I proceed to order something I haven't try yet. Which is this grill nuggets!! Mmmm.. so yummy.. this #6 combo comes with fries that tasted different than mcdondon or Innnnnnnout whatever burger is all about... or habits or boooger king. It's different!! Dip into this amazing sweet & spicy siracha sauce that no other restaurant has had so far. Close my eyes and let the taste sink in. Damn!! That's it!!! Then this grill nuggets I opened up like the picture, looks kinda wack with some charcoal burnt blacks marks that might cause cancer, but it's called "Grill" nuggets so they have to make those marks. So whatever, let me try one piece without sauce and taste that original flavor. God damn!! That juiciness and tender is so fxxxing good. I picked up 2nd piece and try again. Cuz I doubted that is cuz I'm hungry. But wait... Yes , it is fuxxxjng good, I slapped myself for order 8 PCs instead of 12. That nuggest melted into my mouth, went down to the throat and that after taste of juicy and bbq odor stays there. Just right on the dot. Then I quickly had it all gone like within a min, and no more nuggets to eat so I have this drink. I ordered sweet tea, but I sucked it up from straw and the sourness of lemonade came in all of a sudden. My sweet tea is not sweet lol but it's perfectly got rid of that oily feel inside my mouse and my thirst is gone with that sourness. I think this is better than sweet tea. Every time I have come to this location, I have never had a bad experience. I have come here plenty of times throughout the years and they never disappoint. The service is always consistent and kind, while the food is delicious. When I go to the drive-thru the staff is great and the service is very fast. There is a mini parking lot right behind it, which I have never had an issue with. The ambiance is always very relaxed and seems like a lot of PCC students at this location as it is right across. read more

The customer service was phenomenal!! The manager was super warm and kind. This day was my brothers birthday and made it even better!! The manager has everyone in the seating area inside sing happy birthday. Additionally, the manager and staff made sure we were all set with our food and drinks. This is a great Chick-fil-A. Food is consistently good. The only thing better, is the service. Predominantly, high school and college kids, their professionalism is excellent. My order was not right today. They left the milkshake out, forgot to charge me so after I had to go back and get it, the young man took care of my shake by comping it and delivering it. Going above and beyond the staff seems to be having fun behind the counter, getting food for folks. The energy is great and the customers are mostly college kids. My biggest issue is that this is the only chik-fil-a location that I have ever been to that does not do "well done" fries. My fries are always soggy/soft when I go here so this is a big problem for me. They really should start incorporating a crispy fry option (like every other location) or actually cook their fries better. read more

Got addicted to their deluxe chicken sandwich. The system was not syncing right with the online ordering system once. So I now ordered at the counter. They have marked off areas for their customers in the food court, but probably still need more tables for busy hours. Food quality is always food at every branch. Chick-Fil-A has always been a step above any other fast food restaurant chain. They always had the orders correct and the employees have always been great. Unfortunately this particular restaurant seems to continue to fall short. They've forgotten my food multiple times. They've given me the incorrect drinks (only realized that when they asked if they gave me the wrong drink when I had to go back inside to tell them they forgot my fries.) They forget to give the filling sauces or forget to put in the correct ones that I asked for. Quality control has certainly declined. At least at this certain restaurant. I wish people could just complete a task correctly and take a little extra pride in their work. Great CFA location that's close enough to LA. The drive thru/adjacent road/getting into the parking lot situation is a mess but that's typical. I decided to dine it on a Saturday afternoon and there were several parking spaces available. Service was excellent even with the person working still getting on the job training. My food (a #1) , including the waffle fries, were piping hot which is not always the case when coming to CFA so that made me like this location even more. Came in here around 9 am to pick up some breakfast sandwiches. Very busy inside with a lot of employees attending to the drive through orders. Oddly enough, though, why only 1 person working the registers? Had to wait 15 minutes to get my order in. This is supposed to be fast food, not slow food! Also, traffic going through the adjacent street (bonnie ave.) is ridiculous during lunch hour. Lol I decided upon their grilled chicken sandwich although, someone neglected to check on my order and slipped their fried chicken sandwich into my bag. Normally I gravitate towards a grilled chicken sandwich because the breaded chicken often offers a saltier flavor with it. Plus I have always enjoyed their grilled chicken with extra lettuce and tomato because in my opinion the sandwich is fresher tasting and refreshing delightful-ness . But alas I pulled a fried chicken sandwich out of my bag and I have to say, since my gastric resection and subsequent pouch due to my stage 2 stomach cancer certain foods and especially seasonings tend to be far more intense. I ordered a Cobb salad on DoorDash... I didn't receive the dressing for my salad even though I ordered it along with my salad. So what do I do? I obviously drive to chick fil a to get it... which defeats the whole purpose of me ordering the food to my house. I'm in the chick fil a line for 20 minutes... it wasn't even packed!! I guess the people in front of me had big orders and chick fil a was also getting their order wrong too.. I told the girl who was going to take my order what was wrong and that all I needed was the dressing.... She told me to wait until I get to the window. I couldn't even get close enough to the window because a car was holding up the whole line and it wasn't moving. I finally flagged the guy that was standing at the window and he finally gave me the sauce. It took me 30 minutes to finally get the dressing when it only took 15 to get it delivered to my house, but of course with out the dressing. Excellent service - fast and friendly. Ensuring that your experience is a good one! Clean restrooms, and a spacious lobby. Plus with WiFi and outlets, this location is ideal for studying. Drive through can get busy during lunch and dinner, which results in a long line spilling along Bonnie Ave. I recommend ordering carryout or curbside pick up. Good service, good food, and reliable. Crowded around lunch, especially on weekdays because the city college is right next door. However, service at Chick-fil-A is always fast and always friendly, which I appreciate. Ordered the deluxe sandwich and medium waffle fries. The sandwich came out and I was satisfied with everything except the cheese, which lay on top of the chicken as a cold, unmelted slice. The chicken was juicy and soft, not stringy or chewy at all, and the little batter bits on the end were nice and crunchy. The buns, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles were all fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Their fries are my favorite because the quality is always consistent. The fries are lightly salted and crispy. I've haven't frequented Chick-fil-A's around the world, but at least this location really looked for certain service-minded people, and has them well-trained.  Kudos.  "My pleasure" and "Have a nice day" are the sentiments and salutations from the staff.  Almost sickening of how nice the young workers are (but a model for others in the service industry).   I ordered the 4 count/strip meal with wedge fries and a large soda.  Sauces are aplenty, and you can order as many kinds as you want.  The chicken had a tasty batter, light, seasoned just right, and were perfectly cooked.  When one's biggest issue is that the wedge fries were too large to dip into the ketchup, but hey, there pretty good regardless. In this category, it's certainly one of the best around.  It's fast / proficient.  After you order, the staff brings out your order, brings you more ketchup or sauces, refills your drinks -- that's more than a fast food experience. Service is consistently great! Ambiance and cleanliness are always in excellent condition. Food is always good (a given). The only thing I ever complained about was the water being too hot, my toddler is unable to wash her hands. I told one of the staff named Arnie and I was assured that they will look into it. I love Chick-fil-A!!! I mean who doesn't?!? Always greeted with smiles, orders are always right and to hear "My pleasure", how could anything ever go wrong, right? Well..today I was a little disappointed. I ordered the 8 piece nuggets and to my surprise I practically got only 5 pieces and I say practically because 3 of those pieces should have never made it to my box. I opened my box and laughed so hard to even think they would serve the pieces they did. I even took all the pieces out of the box hoping that it was a joke or and the other 3 (better pieces) were underneath the others. I had a good laugh but I was so sad at the same time to feel i was "gypped" (Look at the 3 corner pieces) Ok, when a company listens to their customers that company deserves allll the success in the world. I went back to Chick-fil-A today and ordered the same exact thing as I did the last time. To my surprise..(well, I wasn't really surprised) they fixed the issue. Let me start off by saying this... we need more Chick-fil-As! If I had to choose a favorite sandwich based fast food chain, it would have to be Chick Fil A. They typically are very clean, provide good service, and overall is a nice place to dine in. I've tried the normal chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and the grilled chicken sandwich. The last time I was here was during the E Coli out break of romaine lettuce, I wanted something with greens on it so I didn't want the normal chicken sandwich. I asked what lettuce did they use for the grilled chicken sandwich and they assured me it's some type of leafy green that is not romaine. As my sandwich came out, it was not romaine. The sandwich was delicious, the chicken was moist and there were sauces to make it your own. They also provided me a wet wipe to clean my hands, but there was also a restroom if need be. The restroom is accessed with a code which is on the receipt after you buy something, I believe this is what keeps the restrooms pretty clean. They actually provide service even though it's a fast food place, I've had my drink re-filled by the staff, the staff follows up on my meal and makes sure everything is okay, and they even take your trays away. Overall, a solid fast food restaurant with good value. read more
