Just ordered my first number 4. Perhaps someone in corporate needs to review the menu.. this is not prosciutto

Giant BLT

Former Jersey Mikes supervisor here, 2009-2010. I got totally ripped off here. There's supposed to be way more produce, there was no juice or oregano. It might have been someone who was new or a lunch rush, but the first week of training is dedicated to making a sandwich right. At the end of the day, that's all that needs to be done, a proper sandwich. Yikes.

Eager workers to build your sandwich to your specifications. I usually request everything. Girls before were so picky and specific, the workers were more patient than me. Sandwich lasted and had a bunch of turkey meat. I would not go out of my way to get one, but if I need one for a late night snack, this place will do.

Not what I ordered.

I ordered 3 sandwiches, that I believed were simple orders. I got the #13, chipotle, and tuna sandwich. At least they got 2 out of the 3 sandwiches correct. Unfortunately, it was my sandwich they got wrong. My original sandwich that I saw them make was a mini tuna with mustard, added cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I ended up with someone else's order. Which was plain and a ton of onion. I took 2 bites and through the rest away. I thought I would be able to pellet it but the amount of overwhelming onions was too much to take. Waste of money! Between 3 works, I still couldn't get the sandwich I ordered or was craving. Disappointed To top it all off, when I tried calling, the number that is provided. Don't bother calling it doesn't work.

Second time in a row the bread was stale. Six sandwiches with inedible bread. I gave them a second chance, they won't get a third.

Jersey Mikes is always good for a quick sammy. Way better than Subway, but I still prefer mom and pop shops or delis over franchised chains.

Pillow Talk Cafe Pasadena - Egg Heaven and Tamagoyaki sandwiches

We had to circle the area a few times to find street parking. It would be nice if they had a designated parking lot in addition to street parking because some of the businesses around there had that. There was seating inside despite the store being pretty small, so my bf and I just ate inside. The cakes were pretty good! I got the Matcha Yuzu and he got the Kinako Chestnut. I couldn't really taste the yuzu until I tried only the first layer of cream. The matcha overpowers the yuzu a lot because there was two layers of matcha cream and one layer of matcha cake. Still really good and can taste that the matcha is high quality! As for the kinako chestnut, we couldn't taste the chestnut much but there were some chestnut pieces hidden in the cake! I would love to try the peach one as well but this place is quite far. Hopefully I'm in the area when they have the peach seasonal again.

Ordered UberEats and my order arrived in less than an hour!…read more Menu had a good variety of sandwiches, cakes, and drinks. Pricing was pricey. Most of the cakes cost $9+ and the sandwiches were $10+! Got the Egg Heaven Sandwich ($13) and it was pretty much an egg salad sandwich. The bread didn't taste fresh and was quite dry. I was expecting the bread to be soft and fluffy but that wasn't the texture at all. The egg salad was quite heavy on mayonnaise and had too much pepper for my preference. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the sandwich unfortunately. The Sunny Side Up (Coconut Mango Mousse Cake) - $9.50 - was delicious! Love how it was nicely packaged in a cute tin! The mango mousse was so creamy and I could tell it was made with sweet mangos! The cake was so moist and fresh. The coconut cream on top made it even more delicious! Definitely recommend! The Tiramisu ($9.50) was so good! It was so creamy and every bite was nicely layered with mascarpone mousse/coffee jelly and topped with cocoa powder. It wasn't too sweet and the cream didn't feel too heavy. The cake was very fresh and soft! Overall, I didn't enjoy the sandwich but the cakes were incredible and definitely worth getting!

My go to is the steak sandwich (honestly probably only place I order this because it HITS every time). The ingredients used are fresh and great standards! Steak is so hard but they get it every time! I learned early on that this is a PERFECT local spot to work remotely...get a cup of delicious coffee, breakfast burrito, and work till lunch and get a sandwich with ice tea! Also the ambience is so cute! I loved it so much I had two private work events here where I hosted my team a holiday event. The owner went above and beyond to make it perfect and adapted the menu and drinks to my liking which came out great! I love me a community business and local coffee shop! Looking forward to new items on menu to try.

I like interacting with people, especially after COVID and entering my food through a robot seems detached. Lucky for me I was eating with a friend today. We were able to share and try different meals. We had chilaquiles and a chile relleno burrito and we were surprised and it had meat. French toast too! We had left overs so portions are good size and fair prices. I tried a tiramisu drink and I had it customized. And she had pan dulce hot tea. Parking is in the back and wish I knew that and one restroom to share with everyone. We didn't have alcohol and we could've from all their selections. Food was 5/5, price fair and drinks are delicious. Next time we will try pastries and other meals. I will come back.

Beware of metered street parking on York Blvd. Best bet would be the residential streets near by,…read moresome have street sweeping (No Parking) during specific times 1 day of the week and some are metered. I found luck on Avenue 50 with no meters but street sweeping (No Parking) is from 8-10am Tuesday on one side and Wednesday on the other side. Easy walk to Ggiata. Probably wouldn't be coming back again even if a friend wants to grab a quick lunch, I would contest and pick a different spot due to difficult parking and food wasn't great. The J Stilly -for the price of their menu, you would expect the over all sandwich to shine.. They're not cheap. Decent size but not huge. Bread was what put me off. Bread is quite tough and dry, it was missing that bouncy moisture that amazing bread has. Maybe they don't have a great starter yeast? Content of sandwich was good, flavor was there. But the chicken also wasn't great, it wasn't too dry but wasn't good either. Also sandwich was quite wet and dry at the same time, too much sauce and bread sucked that it didn't soak up any of it.. The Spicy P - same bread issue. Since the chicken cutlet was deep fried it help with it from being dry but it also wasn't juicy. Also very wet sandwich, too much sauce? The Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap -this was great, one of the best chicken ceaser wraps I've had flavor wise. Tortilla also had a good chew to it. Since we ordered the crispy chicken one, it wasn't dry.

Once you walk in you can smell the sausage roll and meat pies being made fresh! They have a general menu of what flavors they have for the day or week not sure. I got the cha gio sausage roll, it's huge and comes with chili oil dipping sauce. So good and goes really well with it. Basically a big eggroll stuffing wrapped in a puff pastry. They do ask if you like them to warm it up for you in case you are eating it on the spot. I said no and took it home to put in the air fryer. I can't wait to go back and try other things they have. Service is really nice and quick.

Was recommended to come here to try the meat pies by our neighbors…read more It's a bit hidden behind some trees between CalOaks Pharmacy and Mathnasium on Huntington Dr. It's a cute little cafe/store that sells meats. Hubby got the Classic Aussie sandwich and the bread pudding, while my son and I got the Beef Pho meat pies and Popcorn Pork meat pie rolls. The beef pho meat pie definitely had the pho flavors and aromatics. This was absolutely delicious! The Popcorn Pork was good, not as aromatic as the pho pie. The flavor was lacking on the Taiwanese popcorn chicken basil flavor that it claimed. It reminded me more of a Vietnamese meat pie (pate chaud), which is peppery with a smoother texture that this one did not have, but it was still flavorful. The bread pudding was good but the texture was more dense reminding me of a banana bread loaf. I didn't care for the dollop of yogurt on top, which took away from the flavor of the bread pudding itself. Hubby said the Classic Aussie was good but was expensive for the size of the sandwich (small burger size). Hubby got the Long Black coffee which was good, but sadly my iced matcha latte was lacking in the matcha flavor. It was very pale in color and tasted mostly of milk. Service was quick and friendly. I will come back for the meats and try the other flavors of the meat pies next time.

Woah, I read some article about Loli Farms being one of the best rotisserie chickens in the city…read moreand not gonna lie, I was mildly skeptical. Have heard lots of other rotisserie chickens being touted as "one of the best" and they wind up being dry or just okay. Today, I came here on the way home to try it out and I'm so glad I did. The chicken is AMAZING--smoky, juicy, and tender without being overbrined or overcooked. Even the breast meat, after sitting in a hot container for 45 minutes, was delicious. The chicken travels well (fries do not of course) and I'm definitely getting delivery for lazy weeknight dinners. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even when I asked about their drinks cause I couldn't find a menu for it. The passionfruit is quite tart but so flavorful! I loved the chincha morada. I'm not familiar enough with Peruvian food to speak on authenticity but this was just GOOD food. Got a side of fried plantains and garlic fries--plantains are perfectly caramelized on the outside, yummy! Garlic fries are VERY garlicky and the fries themselves are on the softer side, kind of like Wing Stop fries. This was my first time here and the parking situation was quite interesting--no parking lines, try not to block others in, a real parking free for all. There's maybe 6 tables inside and another 4-5 in a covered patio outside.

I ordered a harissa chicken salad and the guy grabbed one directly from the fridge. I took it to-go and didn't think much of it, but when I opened it a little later, I found mold in the bowl (that's after I already started to blend the salad and ate a few bites). I don't know how much mold was there and how long has it been there, but felt very grossed out. Then I took a look at the date on the package - it was packed on 3/8, and today is already 3/12! Unfortunately I was already too far to go back to them. But I just can't believe they were charging a 4-day-old salad $13 pre tax as if it were fresh. I think I'd probably do better with fast food salad. Now I'm also worried about getting sick from the bites I took. I definitely won't come back. Who knows what do they put in their smoothies..: The additional star is for a wrap I got a while ago that tasted good.
