I very rarely write reviews but OMG, Arnie blew me away with unbelievable customer service so I needed to rave for a second. It is so rare for someone to make you feel so special and brighten your day the way he did. o8.o3.2o23 Someone took my order! That was not nice. I usually do mobile order during lunch time since there's always a crazy line at this location, esp during lunch time. My orders are usually ready, either already sitting at the pick up area or they were just bringing it out. Today, I waited and waited, and I saw a lot of ppl ordered salad bc I see the staff prepared many trays of salads and one staff is bagging them. So I waited for 10mins. I decided to ask if they can check my order. So they checked and that it was already prepared a while ago... but I never got it and I didn't see it at the pickup area. I saw one when I arrived but some guy was getting ready to grab it so I assumed it was his order. I also didn't see the tag bc I didn't have my glasses on. Anyway, they checked and told me someone else must have took my order. I heard the staff bagging the salads said oh I can prepare one for her right now. While the other staff was sitting putting the order in the system, he already got my order ready. That was probably a minute from finding out to bagging it. They deserve a raise! Just wanted to point out that ever since I've been to this location, the manager gave my friend a free dessert gift card for wearing a nice jacket and an employee gave me a free ice cream. For the last 3 years I've been coming to this Chick-Fil-A regularly. I'm always blown away by how kind the workers here are. I'm a PCC student. After class today I stopped by to get breakfast and in line at the drive thru I found out a friend's mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I had just started crying when I was pulling up to the window and the sweetest woman handed me my order. She said she hoped I had a better day and shared with me that her mom always tells her its okay to water your eyes because that helps the flowers bloom. Visited the Pasadena location, which to our surprise was empty. Granted, it was about 2:30pm so that is probably why, lol. The service was prompt but what I found impressive was the layout of the CFL. This is like the Jiffy Lube of Chick fil lay's. Essentially, it is one long drive way to the Drive Thru, so you will not be in stuck in the street in a large queue. The design allows for plenty of in store ordering, so I you wanna take a break and sit to enjoy your food, boom! Everyone at CFL is always courteous and accommodating. The perfect business model. Finding parking at this Chick-fil-A location may be a little difficult. However, I knew I wanted to visit again after two horrid experiences at other locations. I am glad I gave it another try, because this location is how I believe the others should have been run. I ordered my usual Spicy Deluxe with large waffle fries, and this one actually came with a normal amount! I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and the sandwiches overall tasted as expected. I have to admit that on the grilled chicken sandwich, the grilled chicken felt a little flat and wimpy. I didn't enjoy this too much. I generally also order Chick-Fil-A sauce, and I found the addition of a honey mustard packet to be comical - almost like a suggestion or reminder of my toxic addition to their signature sauce - but no I will not be changing my condiment of choice! read more

What's up: We were in the area picking up wine and wanted to grab some Chick-Fil-A since there was one close by. A mobile order was placed ahead of time but we turned into the wrong driveway and ended up trapped in the drive-thru lane. Guess our carry out option is turning into the drive-thru one instead! Parking: Parking was decent around 4:30 pm. We don't come to this location very often but apparently they block off their second driveway and dedicate it for drive-thru only. Makes sense, but would have been helpful if there were signs like "drive-thru only". So note to self, next time, use the driveway closest to the building. Environment: Despite the long line, drive-thru wasn't really that bad. It went fairly quick and the staff members we interacted with were friendly and easy to talk to. There are 2 lines for the drive-thru and placing your order ahead of time helps the line go faster! What was ordered: - Grilled Chicken Sandwich (tasty, but I like the classic chicken instead) - Medium Waffle Potato Fries (portion size looked a bit small, but it was nice and crispy) - Cookie (so yummy!) Went through the drive-through to pick up lunch for three. One of our items was the Cobb salad. I asked if we could get a second different dressing so could pick fav. Told me I could either exchange or pay $0.55 for a second one. It's not about the $, but it is about having a $40 drive through order and not getting a second dressing. I'm done accepting ridiculousness and am going to start voting with my $ and being intentional about where I spend it and where I don't. You should consider changing your policy. read more

What a phenomenal job these team workers and managers do to run this show. Always a lengthy line that is so coordinated, never a long wait, delicious foods and workers that finish off with my pleasure! The food is always cooked to perfection here and their lemonade is quite delicious. Why no pictures, because before I could get to it my bf already started eating. Lol... sorry next time! What I will say is rain or shine and I mean heat... these workers are always outside to treat you. I personally could not do that. Since we've only gone here during COVID, we also take the drive thru and the staff are INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. They always make us feel welcome and are very efficient and organized. The line in the drive thru is pretty long, but it moves relatively fast most days. The food here is great, and my kids love Chick-fil-A. The food is served hot and freshly made to you. Location/Parking: Located on the SE corner of S Bonnie Ave. and Colorado Blvd. Believe it or not, but this location use to be a Burger King. Well how do you doooo, John. Great fun fact! Before covid, there was a decent amount of parking for everyone. For now, it's basically a drive thru. If you want to eat right away, just park along Colorado blvd or any surrounding residential street. Just be vigilant of the parking restrictions. For the most part, they're mostly 1 hour parking, but later in the day it's freeeee. Wait Time: Don't let the long line drive you away to somewhere else to eat. It doesn't really take that long to get your order. Ambiance/Decor: I did eat inside before and it is relatively clean with modern furnishings. Service: Service was great. The last time I was here the staffer literally walked me through the whole process while I was in my car from ordering to getting my food. She was very nice, friendly, and attentive. Didn't take long to get my food. Very gooood! Food: Must get the deluxe sandwich which consists of a boneless chicken breast, green leaf lettuce, tomato, american cheese (there's other cheese options to choose from: pepper jack and colby jack), and served on a toasted buttered bun or a multigrain bun. Ingredients were fresh and the chicken was moist and yum! The nuggets aren't bad also. It's about the sauce life. Make sure you load up on the sauces. My faves are the garlic and herb ranch, chickfila sauce, and honey mustard. Crispy waffle fries are must get. Crispy and yum! You can ask them to don't put salt on them. I've been coming to this location since they opened, but I FINALLY tried their breakfast menu for the first time. I got the Chicken, Egg & Cheese Biscuit and it was absolutely amazing just like all of the food at Chick-Fil-A! But I can't believe what I've been missing all of these years. I got the combo which included Hash Brown Bites and a drink of your choice. This location is constantly busy, but the drive-thru moves pretty fast, so you don't end up waiting very long. The food quality is good, but the accuracy has always been a concern for me. Make sure to check your items before leaving. Probably 5/6 times we got the kidseals, there was no kids activity (book/toy/etc...). It was particularly upsetting when I had even explicitly asked if activities were included anymore, and we still recieved nothing. Other times, it does not seem unusual to have a missing side whrn they are ordered individually. I have left survey feedback mentioning missing items, but no reimbursement occurs. read more

And the sauces...I tried a few and can't decide which is my favorite they are all so unique and tasty. Due to COVID restrictions they have everyone wait outside. I have not been here for a while, but I got a reward for free mini chicken biscuits. The wait was a long one at 6:30 am. I ordered the biscuits and hash browns. One order of hash browns. When I finally got to the front, the bill was almost $15. I said, "No, I have free biscuits." The associate said I had ordered five. Uh no. Then the manager stepped in and insisted I ordered five. I said, "Maybe five come in the little box, but it's just me. I'm not ordering five orders of hash browns." She's mad and still arguing with me. Talking about that's prolly what I ordered. No, I did not, but whatever. It was a waste of time, because the ants at work got to those biscuits before I did. I did eat the hash browns though. I would like to start off by saying yesterday I try to go to other Chick-fil-A... and that one had horrible service from an employee not the manager. There's a reason this store has so many reviews and seem to be true for my first time in the area. So here it goes.... I understand that you're busy here. How hard is it to make my fries fresh and a little extra crispy? I'm not sure what the problem is, but I guess when I pay for something I even offered to pay extra.... And I got a big note. The owner says no.... So Mrs. owner I hope this message finds you and understand that not. Everyone is wealthy enough or capable enough to own a Chick-fil-A but I am capable enough to spend money at the restaurant I choose... I just so you know I will never be coming back here because the customer what they want... at least that's what you've trained your managers to be... this is customer service that the world is really going to the dumps..
