Asked for extra pickles got 1

After spending 65 dollars on food. We did the mobile order and paid extra for ranch. We opened our bag and found for 6 meals 3 cups of ranch. We then walked up to the window where we were told we have to pay more for ranch and called liars that we we actually given more ranch. If you want the non chick fila my pleasure look no further then the 2040 N rose Ave location. Management giggles in my face. As a military veteran I always trust chik fila but not anymore. I am so sad it feels like a slap in the face

Always keep your chick fil a safe.

I've had an on-and-off relationship with Chick-fil-A. There have been months when I've eaten Chick-fil-A so often that I'm recognized (see the A-lister year). There have been times when I've eaten Chick-fil-A seven times for dinner during the week by buying an extra sandwich to have during their closed day on Sunday. I've eaten so much Chick-fil-A that I've gotten an invite to take a free backstage tour at their Atlanta location (initially a $10 value). I contemplated buying flights, a hotel room, and taking vacation days off of work until I came to my senses and realized I had a slight Chick-fil-A addiction. Then, one day, I stopped. I had eaten a lifetime of Chick-fil-A and wanted to eat other wonders of the world... And then, I had a craving for Chick-fil-A again. I ordered a grilled cool wrap but with waffle fries. Because I like to take something healthy and make it unhealthier, I stuffed some of the fries inside the wrap, making it more delicious. So, I'm a regular at Chick-fil-A again. But which location am I going to? The location here or the one near the Collection? Addicts never switch locations to avoid being recognized, right? I can quit whenever I want. I just choose not to.

Grace and the entire staff at Chick-fil-A were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I had a last-minute order for 20 people, and they managed to make it work. The food was delicious, and in true Chick-fil-A fashion, everyone was more than willing to assist and answer any questions I had.

This location gets super busy but when you can snag a spot in line on their "off hours" it's a pretty good location that doesn't disappoint. Chick-fil-a is a once in a while treat for me when I want something that quick on the go, yet still has "somewhat healthier options" for a fast food spot. Today I was starving as I missed my lunch and rolled upon around 4pm. Saw that the lines weren't insanely long and figured this was my best bet. I'd say there were about 7 cars ahead of me, which for this location really wasn't bad. I only had to wait a few minutes before it was my turn to place my order in the line. I want to not like this place (not getting into ethics, religion, politics, and funding on a good old yelp page) BUT the food is really good for a fast food spot and gosh dang those staff are NICE NICE! Lol. Is anyone else beyond impressed with the professionalism and manners of staff at chick fil a?! Like I am always impressed. I will admit that this keeps me coming back and while it's not my first choice I'd have in supporting a business, I can't help but give in every once in awhile because the food will be good and I love the staff because they are just so nice, polite, and my order ALWAYS comes out correct - from never forgetting a little side sauce, to napkins, and even little smart things that I didn't think to ask for, like wet wipes being in the bag. Dang this place is good! Service 5/5. My go to order at chick fil a for lunch will always be the kale crunch salad with grilled chicken nuggets. For the sauce I get the small packets of honey bbq to drizzle. For my drink always some form of an Arnold palmer or seasonal lemonade. If I'm feeling really bad for breakfast I'll do their chicken breakfast burrito with a side of creamy salsa and some hash browns. This is NOT a healthy option but it's freakin good lol. This spot and location was on point today, thought it fair to give them a good old 5 stars :)

June '24 - Drive Thru Breakfast Menu until 1030am

Chick-Fil-A is on Rose Ave, next to Wendy's & across from the Walmart Super Center. It shares a small parking lot with Wendy's. I usually steer away from here Bec this Chick-Fil-A Drive-Through is usually busy. I don't care for the drive-thru set up. The line looks long Bec of the cars going out on the busy main road on Rose, sometimes causing some traffic. They have 2 Drive-Thru Lanes, but during this visit only 1 was being utilized during breakfast hours. If you have the Chick-Fil-A App, you can order ahead & pick up inside the store, for prompt service. Just know that if you park in the lot, it's best to park near the Wendy's side or near the La-Z-Boy side. Otherwise you may be blocked in from the drive-thru lanes. Customer service at the Drive-Thru was fine. Employees still say "My Pleasure" which they've been doing since I've gone years ago... If you have time to eat here, there are plenty of tables inside to dine at. Just remember what I said about the parking sitch. This was my 1st visit for breakfast. I tried the Greek Yogurt Parfait & saved an extra side of the Fruit Cup for later. A lil pricey for the parfait imo but it's good... Idk why I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Muffin. It sounded good at the time & I think I wanted to try theirs. I was disappointed in myself for ordering it. I still ate it ofc... But, next time I'm getting a Chicken Breakfast instead! Lols.

Spicy chicken meal with waffle fries!
    Michael S.

The new spicy grilled sandwich is very good. I like that the spice is morning the chicken not a sauce. This is a very well run restaurant with friendly and helpful employees the waffle fries weee hit and delish! The only problem is the parking lot and drive through which is dangerous! I live that they provide a wet wipe to clean your hands before or after eating.

Not the best chick fil a in terms of convenience because the parking is literally right in front of the drive thru. If it's lunch hour, it would be very hard to find parking and/or very busy to get into the drive thru lanes. Still, chick fil a chicken is good, the customer service is good, and it is what you expect.

The food was great hot and fresh and the service is great. It's nice and quiet so you can come and read a book here as well and calm.

Standard visit for take out breakfast. I love how CFA always puts out beautiful flowers on each table, it really makes their restaurant comfortable and inviting. Breakfast is also a great time to visit because it's not as busy as lunch time. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Let's get one in Camarillo soon.

But it is different when you need to escape the chaos and a "bad" day/week. Not only it is the confort food we seek, but it's the atmosphere! Adam, our FAVORITE MANGER, always takes the time to stop by and say hello. We met him as a server and since then he was one of our favorites! Another favorite person is Josiah. His energy is so positive, it turns our frowns upside down and we leave this place feeling like we received the hug we needed for years. He wasn't our server tonight, but he stopped and made us feel like we were family! And I cannot forget Kat and Viktor. Our server was awesome and took care of us. Viktor took his time to check in on us. Please come by Lazy Dog in Oxnard, when you are celebrating something, but more importantly, when you are not having a great day, you will leave feeling embraced!

I am not about to stroll into Oxnard and pretend I am some linen-shirted coastal ethnographer with…read morea tote bag full of artisanal certainty. I had never been here before. I was merely a road-battered pilgrim, six hours removed from Oakland, washed ashore near the freeway at the velvet fringe of Ventura County, in that glossy new development called The Collection, where every building looks as though it was approved by a committee whose mission statement was: Let there be ambient lighting and retail optimism. My dinner choices arrived like mildly desperate contestants in a televised pageant. Cheesecake Factory told me the wait would be twenty-five minutes and that they would text me. Reader, I assume that text is now trapped in a ravine somewhere, being nursed back to health by quail. Then there was some steak place whose name dissolved from memory before I finished looking at it. So into Lazy Dog I wandered, hungry, tired, spiritually fragile, and very open to persuasion. And I have to admit: the place has a certain charm. From the back at night, Lazy Dog is weirdly enchanting. The warm lights, the patio glow, the bottles shining through the bar, the whole thing looks like a lodge designed by someone who wanted to seduce exhausted motorists into believing life is still full of promise. Yet the actual entrance is oddly easy to miss. The restaurant is basically playing hard to get. A chain restaurant with mystery. A flirt. A woodland princess in practical shoes. Inside, the vibe is part upscale sports bar, part polished suburban den, part "let's make everyone from picky teenagers to diet-conscious moms to semi-hungover road warriors feel included." Buffalo Wild Wings, but after therapy, better lighting, and a semester abroad. The seating is not what I would call voluptuous. You are not sinking into a cloud of velvet mercy here. But the room is lively, social, and good-humored. It hums in that specific modern way that says yes, you may order tacos, noodles, a burger, or a cocktail with fruit in it, and no one will judge your lack of culinary allegiance. The cocktail situation was fun. I had the raspberry sangria, which tasted less like old-world wine-country sophistication and more like Hawaiian Punch got hired by a vineyard. It was bright, sweet, cheerful, and only slightly ridiculous. A prom queen in a stemmed glass. I did not hate it. I also did not see God. 3/5. Service was reliable, friendly, and sincere, which in today's dead-eyed hospitality landscape feels almost mystical. No fake grandeur, no attitude, no emotional frostbite. Just kind, competent people doing their jobs without making me feel like an interruption in their evening. That deserves respect. The menu is broad enough to make you nervous. Burgers, Italian-ish things, Thai-ish things, tacos, bowls, pizza, noodles, probably a diplomatic treaty if you ask politely. Usually a menu this sprawling suggests culinary panic. But Lazy Dog somehow lands on the right side of chaos. Not transcendent, not revolutionary, but steady in a way that is more useful than many trendier places would like to admit. The fried hard-boiled deviled eggs were the surprise star. In theory, this is the kind of appetizer that sounds like America whispering, "What if we made the picnic more reckless?" In practice: very good. Crispy outside, creamy inside, faintly absurd, and impossible not to admire. 4.5/5. The shrimp tacos were also solid. Bright, fresh, avocado doing its usual California diplomacy, pickled onions bringing color and sass, and the whole plate looking just photogenic enough to make younger foodie civilians feel seen by the algorithm. 4.3/5. The shrimp Thai noodles were decent too. Not an oracle, not a revelation, not the kind of dish that makes monks ring bells in the mountains, but flavorful and more than respectable after a long drive. 3.8/5. That may be Lazy Dog's real strength. It is not trying to be a sacred culinary temple guarded by tattooed sommeliers and fermented foams. It is trying to be open late, fun, dependable, and welcoming enough to make a tired traveler feel the night still has one last good chapter in it. And after six hours in the car, that is not nothing. That is grace with parking. So no, this is not the hidden gastronomic throne of Oxnard. But it is a lively, late-night, good-energy landing pad with charming exterior glow, sincere service, fun drinks, and better food than a cynic might expect. Would I come back? Absolutely. Mostly because Lazy Dog fed me, comforted me, and acknowledged the passage of time, which is more than I can say for Cheesecake Factory. Also, points for being open until midnight, because some places close early as if adulthood itself should have a curfew. Lazy Dog, by contrast, understands the nocturnal needs of the weary, the under-caffeinated, the gossip-prone, and the mildly glamorized freeway drifter still chasing one last decent meal before surrendering to hotel-sheet oblivion.

They're open all day, so you can come in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which makes it super convenient. As soon as you walk in, you'll notice a beautiful display of wine bottles, and you can clearly see the full bar ahead--definitely sets the tone that the drinks are going to be just as good as the food. Fabiola was our waitress, and she was incredibly sweet and attentive. She answered all of our questions (and we had a lot!), making the whole experience even better. We all started with coffee--because how could we not at breakfast? Unfortunately, their espresso machine wasn't working, so I went with a regular black coffee with creamer. It was actually pretty good! We didn't order any appetizers, but they have plenty of great options to choose from. For my meal, I ordered the ribeye sandwich, and wow--the meat was so tender and juicy, full of flavor, and the portion was perfect. I could honestly eat this every day. My sister had the chilaquiles, which were highly recommended by the staff, and they definitely lived up to the hype. The only thing is we wished they were a little more saucy, as they were slightly on the dry side. My sister-in-law ordered the big breakfast, which comes with two of everything--huge portions and definitely worth it. Now let's talk about the pancakes... they offer both regular pancakes and Mexican-style pancakes, which are thinner--but honestly, so much better. I cannot stress enough how amazing they were. I absolutely fell in love and would come back just for those alone! Overall, such an amazing place. Highly recommend!
