I just ordered a Cobb salad with avocado lime ranch, medium fries with 3 chic fil a sauce. As I was leaving I noticed I had no chic fil a sauce so I had to ask for them. Then I got home and realized they never even gave me the ranch dressing for my salad. I didn't know that Chick-fil-a needed reviews because it's bomb.com! I love this place and love it even more bow that they came out with an app and you can order and pick it up inside or have surb side service, and have a time for pick up. Chick-fil-a you doing it right. You can't go wrong with anything you get there. But I'm not a big fan of the change in wrap they had a few years back and the sauce change as well. I liked the original but the avocado lime ranch dressing is pretty good. Go and enjoy a piece of heaven. Eat more chicken, save the cows. read more

I don't like that their chicken tortilla soup is only seasonal. I wish they had it all the time, it's so delicious but I guess I will deal with the chicken noodle one for now. YUM!! & Theyre always giving away food it seems! Examples: Free Chicken Sandwich coupon from VC fair, the every 10th car in the drive through gets their order free promo, the few weeks before new year's, whatever you order bring in your reciept after the first of the year, get that entire order free promo, the awesome deals with their coupons.. I also think that this place treats their employees well too. Good pay, off Sundays. That's awesome. They are pricey, but for the service and quality of food..Totally worth it. read more

Let's start with the good! The food is freaking great! This is the first time in 8 years that's I've had chick fil a. It's exactly what I remember and what I've missed for so many years. If you're curious, I got the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a Dr. Pepper. The last time I got it I was stationed in Jacksonville Florida, I remember going there with my buddy on our lunch in uniform, and we would get excellent service and always would get a little discount for being in uniform. Today I was in my volunteer attire for St Johns hospital, and I was on my break getting dinner before I went back to the ER. If im being honest, im a little bummed that I didn't receive the discount because I wasn't in uniform, so I jokingly asked but still got the same kind reply. I'm sure it would've only been a buck which isn't going to change if I come back because... I'll be back! This situation got me thinking why is it that when servicemember takes a uniform off do they lose out on such perks? What about the spouse's whos significant others are deployed? Even though we take off the cloth, were still service members and we sacrifice every day both in and out of uniform. It would be awesome if chick fil a could change their policy to recognize this. read more

The food is good, but they seriously need to tone it down with the "my pleasure" after every thank you. How about only needing to say it one time and it being at the end of our interaction. The employees are required to say it, so it comes out unnaturally and fake sounding. read more

I always go here and I usually get nuggets or the spicy sandwich. It's always really good and fast even tho the lines are usually long. There was only two times that they put pickles in my sandwich when I said I didn't want pickles but I had my receipt so I got another sandwich when I went in, the girl I spoke to was pretty chill about it. The employees r all usually really nice, this other time they made an extra Oreo shake so they asked me if I wanted it for free :) I always get a decent amount of sauces but if not I just ask for more without an issue ! I had been DYING to try Chik-fil-A forever. On my way home from Ventura, I went and had a regular fried chicken sandwich with pickles, tomatoes, provolone cheese and some cross cut fries. OMG, the sandwich was amazing!! The chicken was like some down-home chicken straight out the deep fryer. The sandwich was so perfect and it made me want to go back again. The next day I went and had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was good but nothing special. Because of the grilled chicken sandwich, I gave this place a 4/5. If you've never had Chick-fil-A, make the trip and go. It's the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Sadly there aren't that many in Los Angeles County (sad face) read more

I am very glad a Chick-Fil-A has moved into the community. Compared to other fast food joints, this place has a few differences that made me feel glad to eat there. 1- They have delicious chicken, no matter whether nuggets form or in the sandwich. Moist and not too salty. 2- Great service. Positive and patient cashiers. Brings food to the table. And the last two times, cleaned up our food for us. 3- Sweet southern style iced tea! Enough said. 4- Their lettuce is very dark and green, not the cheap white parts of iceberg lettuce that some other joints like to use. 5- Baptist founded, closed Sundays. 6- Free refill on ice tea, maybe other drinks. Went several times. Always get two chicken sandwiches and it is very filling. Ice tea opt. depending on whether I needed to keep awake the next day. Only downturn is some may find their foods too oily or salty. Otherwise, always a favorite whether we are in the area! read more

Went to Chick-fil-a in Oxnard today at 10 am. The young man at the register must have been a new employee. He entered my order and husband's order separately. Not sure why, as I didn't ask him to do so. He scanned the bar code for my order on my phone but said he couldn't scan my husband's order. Instead, he gave me the receipt and pointed to a website where I could enter the order to get points. I had to make a stop in the ladies room and it was disgusting! I have two observations to share- First, as I walked to the ladies room I noticed the floor was slippery in the area where the orders are placed, as well as in the eating area. The floor wasn't wet just slippery, every step I took it was the same. I came to the conclusion that I was walking on a layer of grease. Secondly, when I entered the ladies room it was gross! One stall had not been properly flushed, or it may have been out-of-order and stuff was floating! I used the handicap stall which served the purpose. As I was washing my hands, two workers came in, looked at the nasty stall, ignored it and walked out. I didn't linger to see if it was cleaned-up. We will NEVER go back! This was our first visit to the Oxnard location as we have only been to the Thousand Oaks location. Chic-fil-A breakfast is the best out of any of the fast food chains.... and I'm a bit of a fast food breakfast connoisseur so....The food always fresh, hot, and tastes great. I also like the way they have relatively healthy options as well for the days I feel like not doing myself so much harm. They have the best customer service to....always friendly, professional, fast, and accurate with the order. I've never had a wrong order. And when I get done with my meal I don't feel nearly as gross as with other fast food breakfasts I've had so they probably have less cancer causing chemicals in their cooking style that others but that's purely speculation.
