I been here few times and i would say this place is aw some as far as service and food. Costumer service is On top and not comparable with any other fast food. Clean environment good for family. read more

I gotta say their chicken nuggets are to die for. But at roughly $8 per meal and 5 tiny bites of chicken, its hardly a tummy filler. Good flavor, but highly over-rated. bok bok. read more

Worst Chick-fil-A that I ever had. They might need to review their food process procedures. The pics tell all. A buck found! Thank you Chick-fil-A! read more

Once again small-town uneducated people never fail to amaze me... We walked into this Chick-fil-A and what do you know the manager was standing right there and his name was Larry Woshburn I walked in with my service dog who is clearly marked and he asked me if it was a service that we told him yes and then he persisted against my girlfriend to ask her more questions so after we presented him with the bad she also continue to put up a negative fight this was a horrible experience and I will never be coming back to the Chick-fil-A again!!! read more

Chick-fil-A - This is a picture of Larry w ! The worst manager and most rude to people with service animals!! - Fast Food Near Me - Orange, California

Well, um.... not sure... its just ok, sure.... yeah that's it. This was my first time here. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and 8 piece nuggets. The sandwich was pretty basic with no type of sauce whatsoever, and c'mon, everyone loves a little sauce ;) The nuggets were fairly wimpy and more soggy than crispy. For a fast food place that specializes in chicken and chicken only, the chicken was not that great. The restaurant was amazing aesthetically-speaking. Keep in mind I only went through the drive thru. But still, it looked clean and modern and had an impressive play area for children. I can finely say I have tried Chickie fila, and now i can also say I probably won't be back. read more

Chick-fil-A was the perfect way to end my visit in Orange. Actually it would have been perfect any time any day. Don't associate this chain with fast food because their items are made with top-quality ingredients. I went with my usual Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich, which tasted like real meat rather than a fake compressed patty, and the waffle fries, which tasted like real potatoes. But a little-known secret is the lemonade. It's freshly squeezed everyday! I'm not sure why Chick-fil-A doesn't advertise this more. While many customers drive through, I like to take a moment and sit in the restaurant. The ambiance is quite relaxing - classy wall decorations, funny cow slogans, servers who pull out your chair for you and refill your drinks. Most of all, I've never seen servers in a "fast food" store smile so much. Trust me - smiles are hard to fake in the restaurant business. For moms, Chick-fil-A is a great option. I noticed several young mothers ordering relatively healthy kids' meals and then letting the kids play in the playground outside. There was even a hand-sanitizer dispenser by the door to make hygiene easy. Nice to see some new soups - I'll have to try those next time! read more

This is my favorite location by far (I guess that says a lot about me =/ ) Like other locations, the hospitality is on point but it seems like this one goes one step beyond if you will (one time I fucked up my own order and they gave me what I really wanted...no questions asked). I have brought many Chick Fil A Virgins here and they have all been amazed by the service and the quality of the food. The food is way awesome. I usually either get the nuggets or the spicy chicken sandwich with a chocolate shake. I will say this is the only location that gets my shake right when I ask them to "hold the whip cream and the cherry, please." They have been offering recently free "snacks" on mondays starting 6/1 like how they were doing free breakfast on fridays, however I do not know when this promotion ends. Damn the company-wide policy about being closed on Sundays. read more

Fast and friendly. Even though they have horrible social positions (very religious, anti-gay, etc etc), they do make a pretty good chicken sandwich. read more

Absolutely love this Chick Fil A! They're always really nice and courteous, especially on Wednesday's when school lets out early and everyone and their mother is there. The managers are always really nice and attentive. read more

I admit it, I have a sog phobia. If anything is slightly damp or mushy (that should not be), I generally lose my appetite. On our way to LA the other day, we pulled into the drive-thru to grab a couple of sandwiches before we hit the road. As I always do, I ordered the Charbroiled Chicken Sandwich and asked for it to be "DRY." My simple request obviously confused the genius with the headset. She proceeded to ask me if "DRY" meant that I didn't want any lettuce or tomato. I explained to her that I didn't want any sauce, and that I wanted the sandwich "DRY." She repeated back to me again, and I quote, "our sandwiches aren't dry ma'am." I seriously had to hold back from strangling her through the window. My husband was then convinced that my "DRY" burger would be nice and damp from their spit. I think Chick-Fil-A should perhaps use their Sundays to have mandatory common-sense training. Holy crap! On a side note, they have good food, and my husband LOVES it. He is still mad at me for this review. read more

Im bummed I came expecting this location to honor many other promotions on rainy days I want my rain check free sandwich No go owners Very disappointed read more

I have had a few issues with the drive thru, this last one took the cake. I ordered food for myself and children in the drive thru, before we went to Disneyland. I ordered a salad, kids ordered stuff. We get to parking structure at Disneyland park and I pass the food so we can eat before we go inside. I HAVE NO FORK WITH MY SALAD! NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDN'T EAT DINNER. I called and called and nobody ever picked up. I threw the salad in the trash, I had no way to eat it. Waste of money, and I should be refunded. What am I going to bring it on the tram? Into the park? This isn't the 1st issue I have had there. Makes me not want to go there anymore. read more

This has to be one of the most crowded parking lots in the city of Orange. The Chick-fil-A is right next to an In-N-Out which is great but makes parking difficult. With that being said, the employees are incredibly kind even when they are super busy and as always the food is good. It's right off the freeway which is nice as well read more

During this whole COVID-19 period, I've been eating out less - mainly to save money but sometimes I do go out on my lunch hour to somewhere within a mile from work. Today, I decided to drive the extra few miles to go to Chick-fil-A in Orange because I was craving the Chicken Club. While the parking lot is shared with In-n-Out next door, you don't have to get in the long drive-thru line - and Chick-fil-A's drive thru line was sooooo long! What I love, is even during this time, I still have the option of going in and ordering my food. I was literally out and back in my car within 10 minutes! And unlike some of the other food places where the food isn't very fresh, Chick-fil-A is still rocking the freshness AND the Grade-A+ service! I was so satisfied after my meal! When you leave, everyone says bye and to have a nice day. This company could not be any better! Love you guys!! read more

The customer service was terrible. They were so focused on hearing and listening to their friends on the radio that they couldn't get my order correct. I got to the window and they were again so concerned about having fun that they were not respectful at all. I will never go back to this establishment ever especially knowing that they stand for Christian values that exemplify respect they didn't exemplify that value at all. Super tacky. Please hire some adults that want to run a business professionally instead of playing. Find grown ups that care about their job. Sadly, I read through many reviews after my review and it made me sad that management hasn't changed anything. I wasnt the only customer that has felt this way and nothing has been said about those customers complaints. This is my local area and I won't even go to another one of these restaurant and will let people know about this service so they stop going as well. I know this won't affect your business, but I hope you'll hire better people with better customer service skills. read more

I was very disappointed in my visit. I had gone to eat there once or twice during my lunch with a coworker & decided to stop by this morning to redeem a reward I had from downloading the app & cool I get 8 nuggets. I had ordered my sandwich, 12 nuggets (because why not share right?) along with my 8 free ones. I pull up to the window, I pay, she hands me my food & says my sauces are in there. I drive off & once I get to my destination guess what?? 2 sauces! I GOT 20 NUGGETS , MY SANDWICH, FRIES & ONLY 2 SAUCES??? read more

I've gone to this Chick Fil-A often. I like it because of the customer service. My wife and I have had the occasional issue with our order and once we had gotten home before realizing. They offered to comp our meal the next time we visit. Food is standard Chick Fil-A fare. read more

This was my first ever time in a Chick-fil-A! I was very pleasantly surprised. The obviously make an effort to dress up the place, with flowers on the tables and soft instrumental-only christian music playing. More, the location was very clean and spacious. One thing I didn't like about the physical space was the moving booths. For whatever reason, the booths are not affixed to the floor and slide around whenever you get up or move to suddenly...annoying and noisy. The food was what I understand is typically of the chain - very good chicken sandwiches (on nothing special buns which are kind of a waste of calories). I was also bummed that the packets of house ranch was just eh. But! I was very very very excited that they offer diet dr pepper on TAP!! Overall, what you come to this chair for - chicken and waffle fries - were on point. Bonus: this location mails out BOGO coupons! Thats what got us in here and we will be back as soon as we get another. read more

YUM! I can't believe it took us this long to try Chik-fil-A. We stopped in for lunch last week and noticed right away that the place was packed. Good sign! We were greeted by 2 people before we even made it to the counter and I noticed that the restaurant was really, really clean. Hubby and I both had the chicken salad sandwich, which was absolutely delicious! White meat chicken, chopped eggs, mayo and I think onion and/or celery on wheat bread with a perfect lettuce leaf and super red ripe tomato slices. He had a garden salad but I tried the cole slaw and did everything but lick the bowl clean after I was done, lol. It tasted like something that was made in my grandma's kitchen, not in a fast food restaurant. We went back for dinner tonight and got the same sandwiches, waffle fries and an order of chicken nuggets with buffalo sauce. Soooo good! We also brought a basic chicken sandwich home to the kid and he said it was delicious. The people working the drive thru were SO polite and friendly and our order was exactly right, except for a missed order of fries, but we noticed it before we drove away, so no problem there. Oh man....is there a 12 step program for Chik-fil-A-Aholics?? read more

This year has been a hard year for us in Southern California.... Disneyland raised their prices way beyond affordability, gas prices have fallen so I can no longer say that Starbucks is cheaper than gas, Kobe is retiring from the Lakers, and the El Niño has yet to come.... Yet we receive more bad news... The cashier Ryan will be leaving on Tuesday from this location. With almost 2 years of impeccable service, I have never know a fast food cashier as wonderful as Ryan. As you may know, I frequent fast foods quite frequently and you meet a lot of great people... Ryan was one of the best. I wish him the best at In-N-Out, which is conveniently across the street. I'll see you soon. Thanks for the memories. It's the end of an era of the greats. read more

This review is just for the service. I had never been to a Chick-fil-A with horrible customer service but this location & Thomas changed that. I went in around 4:50 with my sister & BiL. We were inside waiting in line to get our our taken. There were 2 cashiers taking orders. Right as the man in front of me was done ordering, Thomas says next and right as I'm about to start walking toward him, a man cut in front of me and beelined to the register. I said "excuse me, i was next." And they both ignored me. My sister and i both repeated the same thing & the cashier finally looks up & says, "i was saying 'next person' & you didn't come". No apology, no remorse. He literally only called me over ONCE & it was obvious the man had cut me off. There was what looked like a manager RIGHT THERE, & we got no apology from him either. This experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. It's no wonder this location only has 3.5 stars compared to other Chick-fil-A's with 5 stars. read more

Why do I keep coming back when every single time something is messed up with my order???? Most of the time I check my bag before I drive away regardless of the line behind me. Always friendly and professional service. It's more than a meal/food; it's an experience. The people who work there are simply nice and want to make sure you enjoy the experience. That may be true of the whole franchise but this particular spot seems a little more cozy/friendly than others, even with the huge volume they serve. The lunchtime rush seems to always be handled quickly, smoothly, and orderly. read more

For what it is (fast food), it's REALLY GOOD! I forgot I was eating fast food. I've been eager to try this place and finally was able to yesterday. I had the chargrilled chicken sammich, some waffle fries, and a fruit cup. The chicken actually looked like chicken, and there was a huge piece of fresh romaine and a tomato slice. I put the honey bbq sauce on it - good stuff. Waffle fries weren't greasy and they were quite scrumptious. Fruit cup was pretty good too. I bet their chicken biscuit sandwiches are awesome. This place reminds me of In-n-Out.. everyone seems happy to be working there. I'll go back when I'm in the area. UPDATE: Today I went for breakfast after taking my cat in for her kitty hysterectomy. I had a chicken biscuit sandwich and it was so so good. I didn't even need to put any sauce on it, it was that good. My mom and I were also blown away by how incredibly friendly and helpful the guys behind the counter were. The store was beyond clean. I kept asking my mom "is this really a fast food place??" because it was such a good experience. I don't know if all Chick-fil-a's are like this, but now I'm curious to try others to see. read more

Great experience. Katie went above amd beyond... tou hed every table make sure everyone's meal was going well. Even brought my meal and also suggested the Shricha sauce. What a great team they have here. Just great! read more

Pulling up the the drive-thru line quite challenging... it's a busy shopping center. But they usually have a security guard who directs traffic and it helps. Always sweet and courteous and as for the food, always hot and yummy!! Yes it's pricier than other places but I'm sorry, it's pretty good quality food. I love the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich or the chicken tenders. If you eat inside, they have a cute little play area for little ones. read more

September 1st, 2018 I walked into North Orange FSU (#01892) around 9:50 pm, I used my rewards to order a Grilled Chicken Sandwhich (calendar) and the 8 piece chicken nuggets (regular rewards). On the side ordered a drink and fries with my selected sauces. About 20 to 25 minutes had past and my friend that ordered after me, got his food first. I asked if my order was coming out or what was going on, my order had been giving to another person. I gave them my receipt so they could see my order and try to fix the issue. They said i would have to wait another 10 minutes to receive my order and i told them it was fine. While walking back an employee had the audacity to comment "This is what happens when you guys walk in late". After hearing that I just asked to cancel my order, just to find out I wouldn't be able to get my rewards back for later use. I did get my money back to the card but just wasted my rewards for no apparent reason . One of the employees named Franky was trying to fix my issue more than the manager on the floor that night. Overall extremely unsatisfied. Never has this happened to me in any other fast-food restaurant and that says a lot because this company is known for their outstanding service and politeness. I do understand that I walked in there on a Saturday night at 9:50 pm and knew i was late, when the closing time was 10:00 pm and they have to finish their closing procedures. This is why i ordered to carry out instead of dinning in, I could have easily just decided to dine in and take my time to eat my desired meal. read more

Unfortunately we decided to go through the drive thru at Chick fila North Orange. We headed home without checking our order. I was extremely disappointed when I opened up my chicken biscuit and the biscuit was clearly over cooked and dry and the hashbrown container was closer to half way filled.
