Great food, but consistently receive awkward and bad service when I dine in at the cashier POS. I prefer not to mention their name. I'll stick to drive thru. read more

Negative star for manager name travis. I got notice to pick up the order at 8:50pm. I showed up at 9pm. Order not ready. I waited till 9:15. Asked staff. They then print out the order out and said it got stuck in the system. Customer called me asked if I'm picking up the order. The manager travis said order " coming out it a actually fast. " there were 8 staffs at counter standing around at this time. I told travis need to get order done faster. He then asked for customer's name and said he ll mark so that I'll never come to this store again. Some manager you hired or trained. Unbelievable customer service read more

This Chick-fil-A is located in a small plaza next door to In n Not, Wells Fargo, and a Del Taco. Around lunch and dinner time the line is very long. It is hard to even get to the line because the line to In N out blocks the entrance to CFA. While I was in the drive through line, I noticed that CFA had employees standing OUTSIDE of the window handing orders out. They really went the extra mile to move that line and my hungry tummy appreciates it. The drinks were handed out first and that was nice. I have read other reviews and I think they were still working out the kinks of this system but it seemed to work for me. The food is always on par and delicious here. They are also very generous with their sauces - McDonad's could never!! KETO FRIENDLY OPTIONS: Grilled nuggets: 12 ct, 2 carbs, 31 g protein Grilled Chicken Sandwich (without bun): 3g net carbs Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich (without bun): 3g net carbs Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken: 10g net carbs The nuggets were small but they were enough to toss into some greens. read more

I just wanted to let you know what an amazing experience we had today with all the coronavirus stuff happening how well your staff implemented safety protocols from handling money separately to taking our order and wearing masks and gloves to the delivery of the food through the window in a clean container touch free. And the sauces were in a separate clean bag. This was the best food service coronavirus cleanliness I have seen anywhere I will definitely be Telling all of my friends and family to go eat at Chick-fil-A just because of how well you guys have handled the experience. Thank you so much we will be a long time customer because of the steps you guys take for our safety! Job well done A+++ this was the best! read more

Have been to Chick-fil-A previously At a another location in Murrieta California where I had great service and a clean atmosphere. This location was not too busy but the order service was slow and unfortunately my order was mixed up. We did not get our full order and when I looked behind the counter there were papers all over the floor they would be lucky to get a C rating in LA County. Will I go back yes just to see if they've cleaned up the mess. read more

Weird to leave a fast food restaurant review (to me) but I go to a few different chick-fil-As in the area and this one is definitely my favorite. Best food, most friendly staff, and I recently started using the app ordering and picking up in the drive-thru. Really convenient! read more

Dude this chic-fil-a is ass, I'm finally writing a bad review because this location straight sucks major gorilla donkey balls, management needs friendlier people taking orders in the car lanes every single time people with attitudes like bro if you don't like working here get a different job, the chicken sandwich came with 90% lettuce and smashed Af!! like duuude at this point might as well go to kfc for the same service read more

During the pandemic, there plenty of important safety regulations that need to be followed. However some businesses use the pandemic as an excuse to be lazy. So many think that they can hide bad customer service behind the phrase "out an over abundance of caution.." I expected more from chick fil a. Usually their reputation for customer service is well deserved. I've met many extraordinary people here. However, I can not include the manager, Savanah in that list. Her customer service is horrible. I was not told there would be no refills for safety reasons. I'm okay with that. Makes sense i guess. So I asked her to put the exact same amount that I drank into a water cup. Nope. Wouldn't do it. There is no safety reason why she couldn't do that. The pandemic is hard. Thought chick fil a would lift my spirits but nope. To this chick fil a a few pennies saved on an inch of fruit punch was worth more than good customer service. Usually have a good experience at chick fil a (weir canyon). Feel bad that I didn't write about those times. In the future I will. There are a lot of nice people at this chick fil a... Usually. one good thing about this chick fil a is that you can order inside. I don't think you can order inside at weir canyon which sucks. Not being able to order inside forces you into a dehumanizing line, so it's good that you can order in at orange. read more

Best Market Salad. Service is great too. As far as I'm concerned, they have the best shakes!

Employees here are probably the friendliest out of any fast food restaurant. Service is super. The food is hot and fresh. It gets crazy busy and congested in the parking lot with In N Out next door. Try to pick a slow time to come. The only bad thing is the drink station isn't self serve. Sometimes you might have to wait a bit for a refill. read more

Today I had ordered through the drive thru and the young man that took my order was very pleasant. But when I drove up to pay, the young man who helped me was clearly distracted by 2 of his female coworkers who were chatting it up behind him and hugging each other. At first I thought, that's cool everyone here gets along. But when I got home, he had forgot to pack my salad dressings and other sauces. This is probably the 3rd time an employee at this location has forgotten to pack either salad dressings/sauces. A month ago they forgot to pack a sandwich as well. I love the chain, but this location is very disappointing. I hope at some point management gives some type of retraining. read more

This Chil-Fil-A gets two stars, mainly for just being a Chik-fil-A. The chicken and ingredients are still quality, but this particular one lacks in other areas. Firstly, at the drive thru, they're noticeably slower than other Chik-fil-A's. When you do reach the receiver, the staff is no where near as warm and welcoming, nor at the window either. The food is typically luke warm to cold and I only live 5 mins away from this one. The cheese is already hard... meaning this isn't made fresh. To compare, I can drive to the one in Brea and have hot fresh food still by the time I reach home, and that's an extra 10min drive from my place. All in all, I'd rather drive the extra miles to get better quality and service, than go to this Chik-fil-A. read more

Outstanding customer service from Jennifer tonight. Arrived a little before 9pm. I drove up to the window got my meal an by the time I came out of the drive thru to exit she came up to my car saying they had accidentally given me the wrong drink. I didn't even notice since it was so dark out but it was really going above an beyond with service! Thank you ! read more

Awesome service every single time. Food is on point. Never disappointed. Try the wraps with Sriracha sauce. BOMB

Do not order the chicken strips. It is the worlds smallest . Also the customer service wasn't up to par as most chick-Fil-a !

I have never been treated so poorly by a chick fil a restaurant and we are frequent visitors. Awkward and awful service by Larry. He is passive aggressive in his communications. He decided that we requested too many sauces and decided to in a very rude way, literally take it back. We were embarrassed and needless to say, will not come back to this location again. Sad. Just to say, we ordered tWo sandwiches and 30 piece nuggets. Honestly so unnecessary read more

I'm not a really big fan of fast food. That said, in a time crunch before heading to the airport, Atlanta-based chain Chick-fil-a (Chickflix) came through for me with some tasty and cheap eats. What I liked was that it was really clean inside and they offer a bunch of different types of sauce packets (honey, BBQ, honey mustard, Polynesian, honey roasted bbq, mayo, etc). I ended up making some Frankenstein sauce mix of honey, Tabasco, mayo, and honey roasted BBQ that went PERFECT with my waffle fries. My spicy fried chicken sandwich tasted good, not really greasy. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and crisp. Way better than KFC's spicy chicken sandwich. For fast food Chickflix isn't that bad. For all you health conscious tofu and granola eating, yoga and spin class Californian's FYI - Chickflix removed all trans-fat from their menu. read more

I usually am happy with chick fl a but not this time! I went in morning and wanted reg meal but there was a 10 min wait! Is that even true? So I got breakfast meal with coffee! To the girl working the drive thru window tonight, please be more kind to customers. We asked how much a cookie was at the window and wanted to add it to our order. You apparently snatched the card out of our hands and seemed like it was a huge inconvenience to you. We also thanked you as you gave us the bag, but you didn't bother to acknowledge us. Usually Chick-fil-A has the nicest employees, wrong night for Chick-fil-A I guess. read more

Yes yelpers, you are right all along, as I thought you would be. I've always been intrigued by this place, not so much because it was fast food, but because of all the rave reviews of the place. Let me tell you, my curiosity and hunger were satisfied today when my father and I went to lunch here today. If there are any doubters out there, this place was able to compete with the In-N-Out that was right next to it, and gave them a run for who's the busier fast food place. Love the chicken sandwich, we got the crispy ones, but they serve a grilled version too, We got the deluxe version, which included lettuce, tomato and cheese. It's like the same shoe but it's shiny, with a bell, and a bow to top it off. We've been eating awful unhealthy food lately, so we opted for the coleslaw instead of the criss-cut fries. That was pretty damn good. I disagree with people who say the chicken wasn't anything special. The thing was tender, and juicy and crispy. The condiments were numerous and it was out for people to just take as they please. I liked the Honey BBQ sauce. That was like the sugar cube to my absinthe. There were many other things on the menu that I didn't get to try. My stomach is right on the level of my rib cage and thus, cannot expand bigger to the size of Takeru Kobayashi's, the hot dog eating champ. There's desserts, shakes, salads, other sauces, other side orders and mouthwatering breakfast items, that they only serve till 1030. The two things I have a gripe about this place: 1) They're closed on Sundays. Why? I asked someone there. If you wanna know the answer, go ask them and find out. You won't get it from me. Oh, and 2) they're closed at 10 PM, I think. How are you gonna compete with In-N-Out if you close at that time? Grrr. I reserve the 5th star till I taste more of your wares. Till then, I give you 4 stars. I love you though, Chick-fil-A. You'll get your 5th star soon enough. read more

I got suckered into going back last week. Ordered the spicy chicken and it was super good. ughh i hate being wrong. the chick fil a sauce flavor is so complex, yet unhealthy. the best of both worlds. their coca cola is on par with mcdonalds coke... the highest compliment a person can bestow plus the employees are so nice! they don't have to be, you know? I remember being an employee at 16-ish. Was a major asshole. I hope these workers make mad cash. read more

Chick-fil-A, oh how your stores are neat, "Eat mor chikin" and less meat! Peanut oil is what keeps your bird so moist, Oops, an overload on Chick-n-Strips, bring a hoist. A classic Chicken Sandwich is simply divine, Waffle potato fries, not for sharing, they're mine! Lemonade from scratch so refreshing and cool, the thought of visiting makes me drool! Sadly, the Krispy Kreme that once stood here saw its demise when carbs become a diet faux pas a few years back. A Chick-fil-A was a worthy replacement to the dying donut brand and a welcome sight! As typical with other stores, the place is kept clean and the staff are very accommodating. Only negative, tried the cole slaw once and will avoid in the future, too sweet. Eat mor chikin! read more

Literally the worst chick-fil-a location I've ever been to. Quality is terrible, sloppy, and they get something wrong on our order Every. Single. Time. My wife and I made a running joke of it to see how many orders in a row they can get wrong before one comes correctly. Mind you we're just ordering normal menu items for the two of us lol. Completely apathetic and incompetent staff. So far - five incorrect orders IN A ROW. Why do we keep going, you might ask? At this point we want to see how long the streak goes. Once they get an order right, we will stop going. read more

I just LOVE it when they say: How may I serve you or its my pleasure, haha! Love it! 5 stars just for its my pleasure :) Great location, food better than the two Tustin locations... Some great lower calorie options, greens are always fresh, quality salads for fast food... Oh yeah, everytime I go here I get some awesome coupon for a free meal. One time I got a coupon to repeat the order that I got that day some other time, that was like $25 in free food! I mean really what other fast food places do anything of the sort?!?! read more

I love this place sooo much, I swear I would eat there everyday if it was reasonable. And this is coming from someone who prefers to avoid fast food in general. The location in Orange is the only one I have been to besides the one near South Coast (just once), and let me tell you, this one has INFINITELY better service. Everyone is so sincerely pleasant and helpful with all their "my pleasure" and "may I refresh your beverage?" business. It's always a nice place to sit down and nom, and chances are you won't even have to get up to get your own refill. My go-to is the Deluxe Chicken sandwich with provolone and no pickles and an Arnold Palmer with sweet tea. ALWAYS hits the spot. Fell in love the first time I saw that clean, bright green leaf lettuce. I've always said that this is the only fast food place where the food actually looks exactly as good and fresh in real life as it does on the posters and advertisements. Almost all of Chick fil-A's sandwiches (and entire menu, actually) are under 500 calories, and if you want an even healthier option, the Chargrilled Chicken sandwich is just 300 hundred calories. THREE HUNDRED. For a fast food restaurant, you really can't get any better than that. And honestly, if you haven't tried the waffle fries with polynesian sauce, do it, please. Now. And thank me later. read more

"It's okay, honestly I didn't care for it" ...when I told my daughter what I thought about her beloved Chik-fil-A, her mouth dropped like I said something blasphemous. But it's true! The chicken nuggets were nothing special. Sorry Chik-fil-A fans. The nuggets l tried where good size white chicken meat dipped in batter. Texture was thick, but as far as taste, not much, just peppery. Dare I say it, like KFC's. The dipping sauces you had to request and they didn't taste any different from other fast food places either. Oh well so much for the food. This locations Chik-fil-A is pretty spacious and the place was spotless when we came. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. I have no regrets trying it. It was fun getting to check this place out since we don't have this chain in Vegas. read more

I stop at this CFA on my way to Disneyland. They've always been so nice and the service is awesome. They made a tiny mistake and were so apologetic about it... not just once, but several times. It's obvious that taking care of their guests is a priority. I was there during a quiet time but it looks like their dining room is ready for a large crowd with lots of tables and a playroom. Also, their bathroom was so clean, and smelled clean. It's always a pleasure stopping by this location. read more
