I downloaded their mobile app for their free breakfast which consisted of a) egg white grill b) hash brown scramble c) chicken biscuit. I chose the egg white grill as it reminded me of the egg mcmuffin from the royal arches. The service was fast and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. MMMMmm now I'm craving a burger. I drove to work and ate my free egg white grill. There is nothing special about this breakfast. First of all, it's overpriced at $4.09 cents for a measly sandwich. I'm a small person and the sandwich felt small in my tiny Asian hands. The bread was yuck, the egg was plasticky and the chicken was bleh. It was too salty for me but thankfully I washed it down with some coffee. I gave my coworker half of it. I was really looking forward of enjoying this but it was very disappointing. The culture of this company is wonderful and their employees' customer service is impeccable. Just need to get some TLC on their food. This branch anyways. My husband ordered a number 2 , my son wanted grilled chicken nuggets and I got a side salad. Drive through was quick and the food came out pretty fast. We parked in the Walmart parking lot to eat quickly before we had to get back on the road and we both took a bite of their fries and YUCK. They tasted so nasty. Cold and regretful. I ordered 2 chick fil A chicken sandwiches, 2 medium waffle fries & grilled chicken sandwich @10:30am sharp on chick fil A app in their parking lot, so I could walk in there & get my order right away. To my surprised I received my order @10:50am. There was only one or two people ordering and 3 people waiting for their app orders upon entering. Not super busy but it was kind of hectic between the employees & the kitchen staff. I heard kitchen staff telling something in Spanish to staff at the counter or vise versa. To me it was something out of ordinary to see something like this at this location which I've been coming here regularly ever since this location opened, but I was like "yeah stuff happens". I came home and I and my husband started eating then he found out that one of 2 chick fil A sandwich was Spicy one. He has zero tolerance when it comes to spicy foods. I'm a Doordash driver. If you don't know anything about how we're paid, we don't get hourly pay. We're paid per delivery, and it's generally about $5-6. This location abuses us drivers. Chick-fil-A has partnered with Doordash for delivery, but this location is an independently operated franchise, and they do not follow Chick-fil-A's corporate policy for us. Instead of treating us like their normal pickup customers, and having the orders ready and waiting, they won't start making the order until we get there and check in with them, which costs us money from our already miniscule earnings. Worse, literally every time I've been there, I've been admonished to go wait in line behind all the walk-in customers to check in, rather than to come to the pickup window. Despite the fact that their pickup customers can simply walk in, find their food bagged and waiting on a shelf at the pickup window, tagged with their name. Doordash has pre-paid for these orders, they should be treated the same as other pickup orders. A big component of our pay is a peak lunch/dinner bonus we make per delivery, but if we decline an order we lose our bonus for the whole period. Today I had to decline an order from this location and it literally took $4 out of my pocket, because I lost the $2 bonus I was going to get from the two orders I'd already delivered. On top of that, if we do allow this business to abuse us this way, we risk getting negative reviews from our customers because the delivery takes so long, and generally our customers are unaware of the fact that this is out of our control. And if our customer ratings drop below a certain threshold (Varies by region, but generally around 4.5 out of 5) we get deactivated and can no longer drive for Doordash. So the policies of this location's owner are actually threatening the livelihoods of honest drivers who just want to make a living. Please consider not ordering from this location through Doordash--both for the sake of the drivers and because your order will be almost guaranteed to be late--and letting the owner/operator know what you think of his policy. read more

I love that this Christian based restaurant is so busy. I love that they are closed on Sunday. I think the staff are great, they are always so happy and polite. My daughter loves seeing the "big cow". I love the Christian music they play. How much more can I love about this place?! They serve awesome chicken and yummy sauces. First off.. the customer service at this store is really good. Nothing wrong with them. I saw some customer wait a few minutes for food because he dind't like something with that and the manager completey apologized and offered him a free coupon for next time. Good to me as problems happen all the time, its how they handle it that matters. I actually don't like this food that much because its just chicken. I feel like the dollar chicken sandwhich from mcdonalds or even jack in the box is on par. The only thing good about this place is they have a bunch of different sauces so you can "change" how the sandwhich tastes. Kind of whatever to me since a normal chicken sandwhich is like 3 bucks. What other drive-thru and order-counter having establishment has employees that check on you routinely to make sure your meal and drink situation is all good? My friend and I went during a Mother's Day event they were having the day before Mother's Day for which we had RSVPed for online the night before. The corresponding email asked that we bring a printed copy of our invitation (for a FREE Mother's Day breakfast meal!) but neither my buddy nor I had functioning printers, only our phones with screen shots of our invites. SO NICE of them to accept us not having the printed invitations! SO NICE of them to provide us with free breakfast for being mommas! They deliver the food to your table, say what?! The food was YUMMY! Friend got the breakfast burrito, I got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, both of us got accompanying hash browns and a drink. S'GOOD! Several times we were visited by really likable staff members asking us how we were doing and if we needed anything else, which seemed so bizarre as we were at a table situated right next to the room housing a children's playground (you know, like the ones fast food joints usually have to keep the kiddos at bay) AND near a window facing the entrance of the drive-tru lane. This review is a two part review. First part is from my daughters point of view and second is my own Daughter: this my favorite restaurant. I am 7 years old and I've been coming here since I was 2. I'm here 2-4 times a week and I try to make all the special events they have here. My favorite was the Father/Daughter date night. It was so cool! But I also really liked the Frozen night cause Elsa and Anna were here and I got to take a picture with them. Their chicken is awesome and I can play for hours in the play structure. I love chick-fil-A Parent: People... Really... Can a parent eat at the same place 2-4 times a week over the course of 5 years if the place weren't outstanding? Clean, staff is very nice, free refills and they come around to offer them. Your child's meal toy can be traded for ice cream at no charge. That Father/Daughter event my little girl mentioned? Let me tell you. They decorated, had waiters but more like butler style, meal included desert and then there was a horse drawn carriage ride around the parking lot. How many fast food joints do you know that do all of this....and it's cheaper than McD's but with much better quality food. I was just there about 10 minutes ago and the staff was so disrespectful so girl thought I said Amber, when I clearly said Edwin. Even the manager corrected her and said "Edwin." Aside from that the lady that helped me was so rude, as soon as I entered she gave me this dirty look. Upon giving me my order I noticed she did not give me any napkins or a receipt. Then I said "thank you" like any good customer would and she did not say anything in respond. This is rude unacceptable behavior, then I had asked for no cheese and there was cheese in my order, and they put this small piece of chicken that looks so disgusting and slimy. Can I just say that - visiting from Honlulu- these people know how to provide the friendliest service! All of the servers, young or older know how to be polite, kind, respectful and happy! All of the servers were ready to help when something happened- another guest spilled soda, instead of waiting to have someone tell them what to do- 3 servers were there ready to help out! 1 Mopped it up, 1 Asked if they could get a refill or a new cup, and the other was there if anything else happened. These people could show Disney or any other family resturant how to run a clean, family, friendly buisness. They were always polite- if you showed them any or an ounce of kindness to them and said 'thank you' they respond "my pleasure." They freindliest politest nicest resturant I have almost ever been to in the world. Just for that kindness- I will eat there whenever. Food- wise. I like the chick-fil-a home sause or the house ranch the best. I was eager to see what the Polynesian was - and it is a sweet side sause closely related to a sweet and sour in a Chinese restruant (I didn't like it on frys- it would be ok on plain chicken). My siblings and their friends came with me to do a Man vs. Food Challenge here. We went on a Wednesday Night during "Nugget Happy Hour," which was All-You-Can-Eat Nuggets (8 per box), fries, and drink for $10.99. What a steal. I ended up almost breaking the store record (64 set earlier in the day) by eating 60. YES, 60 NUGGETS. The nuggets weren't what I expected. They were literally chicken breast chunks with flour and salt for a batter. They were too salty for my palate and they were almost overcooked for pretty much the whole night. The Polynesian sauce was OKAY, but it's not the same as the S&S Sauce at McDonald's. The fries were actually pretty good, but they need salt to taste. The drink selection needs to be bigger. Only 5 to choose from. The service here was great. And it was nice of them to come to our table to see if we needed more. They even delivered it to us each time, one by one!
