Short answer - go to another location if possible. My husband and I came to this location, after a bad experience being optimistic about it. The lady taking our order trying FOUR times & the person helping her train just keeps sending her back...not actually making sure we are being taken care of. They keep make us going forward. We get the window & are now barely paying and finalizing our order. We had 20 cars...that we counted go in front of us. It's quite ridiculous. I think Chick Fil-A is one of the best fast food spots because the food is just out right good. Some of my favorites are the lemonade which is really good, the plain chicken sandwich, all the sauces they have and the waffle fries are decent. My only complaint is that there aren't many locations like McDonald's or Jack. Also I may not agree with their beliefs and it sucks that their closed on Sunday. They also have some pretty funny commercials but you don't see a lot of them like McDonald's. I completely disagree with your politics but I believe everyone should be entitled to their own opinion and your views really have nothing to do with your delicious chicken. The OG sandwich (#1) is just awesome, it is plain and doesn't have anything on it but a pickle (which I take off anyway) but the flavor is amazing. My biggest guilty pleasure!! I seriously come here about once a week. There's just something about the chicken... but dang, it's so incredible. I only eat a couple of sandwiches from here because I'm stuck on them. I'm not a fan of the grilled chicken sandwich, it's very blah. But the spicy chicken is where it's at. WHAT do they put in this stuff?! My favorite thing I've discovered lately is that you can get your sandwich well done (extra crispy). It takes a little longer sometimes but it's worth it. The waffle fries are to die for with ranch and Chick-Fil-A sauce to dip in. My only gripe is that sometimes they have inconsistent accuracy with the orders. I can recall a handful of times I've gotten home excited to eat my spicy chicken sandwich, only to find it's not spicy.. or it's grilled.. etc. Such a bummer. From now on, I check the bag before I leave. Other than that, the staff is always courteous, replying to each "thank you" with their customary "my pleasure". Cute. Love them! read more

My favorite fast food place!!! (well a tie between them and In n Out Burger, haha!) This place has it right! They take everything to a whole new level of fast food quality. Everything from the food, the service, the experience. This location also hosts a lot of events that are fun for the kids and community in general. During dinner the cow guy comes out and says hi and it's fun for the kids. The environment is always clean. The play area is super nice for the kids. They are higher in price than your typical fast food restaurant but you pay for the quality as well as the comfort of knowing what your eating is quality as well. They send out coupons too every few months that are no purchase necessary which are always my favorite. :) They are closed on Sundays which is usually my biggest eat out day but try to make it out there whenever I can on the weekdays. read more

I come here every once in a while for dinner, usually get the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo. The wait time is usually less than 5-10 min depending on how big of a order you have. If you are getting a salad, you could have your order by the time you get done paying. The sandwich was pretty good, though the waffle fries seemed kind of off. I was tempted to go for the seasonal peach milkshake, but those are hard to drink when you're thirsty from the meal. I've had the asian chicken salad with the honey sesame dressing before, probably one of the best fast food salads I've had. I think it'd probably be better with the grilled chicken over the crispy nuggets that it comes with. I'd probably get that one again when I'm not in the mood for the waffle fries. read more

I tried Chick Fil A one day after going to church and having the pastor describe an original Chick Fil A sandwich in mouth watering detail, but it was Sunday and they were closed which was torture for my then pregnant self to have to wait till the next afternoon to finally try this amazing (sounding) sandwich! It might have been pregnancy hormones but it was love and I swear I was there almost everyday to indulge my craving. I have only ever been to a different location once and did not like that location as much. At this location the staff is so friendly and helpful, they will come around and get you a drink refill, extra napkins or sauces so you don't have to get up. The dipping sauces are out where you can just grab what you want and as many as you want not having to ask the person at the counter for an extra. I am sure this probably costs more because some people will throw away unopened packets or just waste but it is so nice that it is an open option! There is an indoor kids play area with glass windows and seating right by the windows so parents can can an eye on their kids and still enjoy their food (sadly many parents just seem to forget their kids are in there). The food is amazing. We now opt for getting grilled chicken as it does not have MSG in it the way the fried chicken sandwiched do. I alternate between the regular grilled sandwich and a spicy grilled! The spicy grilled is not on menu but if you are willing to wait a few extra minutes it os well worth it! The waffle fries are fantastic tol, my younger sister is always asking me what they cook them in or add on top because they are so much better than any normal french fry. Only complaint is that out order, especially when it was to go, was often in correct. They are always good about making it right and I discovered that it was one specific staff member who seemed to get our order wrong so I just started double and triple checking that our order was right (smart idea no matter what). Fast forward two years, we no longer live in a state that has Chick Fil A anywhere in it so when we come to visit family I have to get my fix and it does not disappoint! read more

So listening to the Mighty 1090 radio station and they mentioned Chick-fil-A is serving fish for a limited time. Whaaaat? I know what they do with chicken so I was thinking how amazing would be the fish? I verified on the website https://thechickenwire.chick-fil-a.com/food/does-chick-fil-a-serve-fish-during-lent that they are indeed serving fish! So I went to this location and as it's been a while (pretty much stopped since they don't do spicy chicken biscuits anymore, hmmph!), I see some things have changed. Long line, but they had staff taking orders along the drive thru line and I was even able to pay for my order while still in line, which was moving pretty well. Came near the menu section and saw they have roof coverings that have heaters pumping some warm air down as you sit for a moment in line. Very nice! Almost felt like camping there! Anyway, BUMMER! This location doesn't serve the Chick-Fil-A Fish sandwich! Awww maaaaan! I was so looking forward to it! Settled for the spicy chicken sandwich combo instead. Sandwich and waffle fries were the usual goodness, the staff was the usual Chick-Fil-A friendly but giving only 4 stars because they didn't serve the fish sandwich, and still don't do the spicy chicken biscuit. C'mooooon! Bring it back! And make that fish sandwich available! Until then, even though the food was good and staff was great and the heater warming was a nice surprise, I still don't see myself coming back anytime soon. Oh wait. They get two solely because of my loyalty with them. I ordered on DoorDash. I didn't receive many of the sauces I ordered. I asked for hot sauce, buffalo, chick Fil A, and Spicy Sriracha and only got the last two. All the food arrived cold - not warm, COLD. I went to this Chick-fil-A for lunch today with my two kids (3yo and 7mo baby). The manager took my order and walked me to a table since he could see my hands were full with my baby and the stroller. Then my baby ended up pulling our tray of food off the table and everything splattered all over the ground. One of the employees came to help, got us new food, and even added on a cookie. I've been to one other Chik Fil A before. I liked it. Today my son suggested we have lunch here. We both ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries. I was really impressed with the chicken sandwich. Sometimes they can be too dry, but these were crispy, tender and juicy. The fries were done very well. Not too dry or under cooked. Really a good compliment to the sandwich. One interesting thing about this place is that they serve the sandwich dry. They have a table with a large variety of condiments from the basic mayonnaise to a buffalo sauce. Plus several more.You order your food and they bring it to the table. This review is mostly based on how crowded it usually is and the line moves quite fast considering that. The quality of the food is very good even though there are lots of orders to fulfill. The food is consistent every time I go. The line starts as three lines and eventually diverges into one. It was kind of a free for all when that happens and I would suggest a traffic guard to help facilitate the lines when it eventually turns into one. But I understand there may be limited team members considering how busy it is. Overall this location is very good. The team members are very friendly! read more

This has been our "Chik of Choice" since it opened, but never more than it is now that we use the drive-through. "Back in the days of eating in the restaurant" we would look out at the long line and say "UGH" What we did not notice was cars were moving at an incredible speed of service!
