Sad perk, is that you can order online or use any rewards if you have the app. Walking in, the place is extremely spacious, many seats to choose from, and the ambiance was clean and fresh. It took a second to get someone to help us with ordering food at the counter but they were pretty busy. We got their Beef Loaded Nachos ($2.99) and their iconic Grilled Beefy Melt Burrito ($4.99). The sauces are available right at the counter. We got our food fairly quick, the nachos were incredible, love it every time and it's never a miss. I'd definitely share this with someone! As for the grilled cheese burrito, pretty disappointing, they burnt the cheese a bit and it wasn't cheesy, it blended more on the tortilla. However, the inside was pretty good but felt like it was more tortilla bites then the rice, meat, etc inside. Overall, I'll definitely come back and get the nachos again! Hello YELPERS! My first review of this location (unfortunately) wasn't the best, so I'm pleased to write this new review! I hope I'm not too late to post this review as I wanted to comment about my experience at Chick-fil-A from last Monday. I had most positive experience with a young woman named Jordan in the drive-thru! In fact, I came home and taped my receipt on the fridge reminding myself to do this review! I'd like to begin this review addressing the very lovely JORDAN! What a sweetie pie! The smile on her face was enough to brighten my evening and her kind and welcoming demeanor was even better!! It is so nice to come across people that you know love their job because it shows in their quality of work. Jordan, if you're read this- you need to know that you are awesome! Keep up the good work! Now, on to the food... its awesome! I seem to always get the same thing, but it's just so good- I just can't seem to switch it up. I'm the classic person that orders the original chicken sandwich, fries and vanilla shake. And the BROWNIE! GOODNESS!!! The brownie is incredible! I wish they were bigger!!! If you guys come to this location- I hope you're lucky enough get Jordan to help you out. And get the brownie! Forget about the extra calories--- everyone deserves a treat now and again :) read more

Amazing, you would think a Franchisor would be concerned about how their brand is being portrayed and how customers are being treated. I wrote the "customer service" department of Chick-fil-A, after a whole lot of BS filler (such as "your satisfaction is our primary concern, blah blah blah..........") I finally get the line that since I didn't include the name of the store in my complaint, they can't do anything, because it is the responsibility of the store (franchisee) to take care of the problem. That's Corporate-ese for "fuck you". Funny how you just take a peek at the ADDRESS below the header of this review.....it's 3475 Marron Rd., Oceanside, CA 92056. Not sure how that doesn't identify the store????? Obviously the store owner doesn't read these Yelp reviews, or he/she does and doesn't give a shit.....which may very well be the case. But I'm surprised at Chick-fil-A corporate - they don't want to do anything to fix it, it has to be the particular store. Ever hear of FIXING IT and then charging back the store????? Can't believe the incredible LACK of customer service.............amazing. read more

ITS WAY OVERPRICED!!! $12+ for fries and 4 small strips of chicken. We could all just go to a nice restaurant with good quality for for that price. I spend $12+ on a meal and I'm still hungry after. They try to say it's not "fast food" although everything is already cooked ahead of time and they are faster than McDonald's but somehow they aren't "fast food" they also say they make everything in house which is hard to believe because it doesn't taste like good quality ingredients in my experience. They should lower the prices or give people more of a restaurant experience for $12-$25 dollar meals (with a desert ) IM NOT SPENDING $12 on a fast food meal. IN N OUT IS WAYYYY CHEAPER & better quality. But for $12 I can go buy a nice chicken sandwich at an actual restaurant read more

Chick-fil-A is hands down one of the best fast food experiences you can have. Their chicken sandwiches are absolutely delicious with perfectly seasoned and tender chicken served on a soft bun. The waffle-cut fries are crispy and addictive, and the tangy lemonade is the perfect refreshing drink. What really sets Chick-fil-A apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist. Despite the restaurant's popularity, the service is efficient and the wait times are usually reasonable. Chick-fil-A consistently delivers quality food and impeccable service, making it a well-deserved 5-star fast food destination. read more

I was vacationing in Oceanside and I got hungry so I stopped by here and I have to say by far, the best experience I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. When I had gotten to the restaurant, I took a few moments to decide my order and I didn't feel rushed at all. Wow. Talk about efficient. Employees walk up to the cars in the drive through with their IPads at the ready. They take your order, swipe your credit card, and then you drive quickly to the pick up window and get your 'perfect' order. All this and they display the exceptionally polite Chik-fil-a attitude. Although he eventually took our order, he was not welcoming, barely communicated with us, and his attitude made it feel like he did not care about taking our order correctly. The cleanliness of the location was also unacceptable. The tables were dirty, and no one came by to wipe them down. The trash cans were overflowing, and when my daughter needed to use the restroom, there was paper all over the floor.
