First and foremost the food is hot and delicious! It looks like the commercials and taste like it looks, yummy!!! I was surprised at how much better my Monster Tacos tasted at this restaurant! There was a lot of meat and veggies in it! And the fries were fresh out of the fryer! The lemonade had just the right amount of ice which left room for a lot of drink! Thank you very much! our visit was NOT an epic fail, but came pretty close. on positive notes, Max (an Australian Cattle Dog) devoured his Cheeseburger without complaint and my CLUCK DELUXE (fried chicken fillet, brioche bun, cheddar cheese, bacon, guacamole, sliced tomato, iceberg lettuce, and mayo) was solid. sadly, (unlike the photo on their menu) the chicken didn't even cover the edges of the bun (in the website photo it sprawls out all over the place), but all-in-all still pretty good. a couple of mornings ago, i had the CLUCK which is more basic (bun, cheese, pickles, and spicy mayo) and also pretty good. the boy's Extreme Bacon Double Cheeseburger was no bueno. the bun was run thru the vertical toaster not once but twice facing the WRONG direction. the outside top of the bun was burned and the inside top of the bun wasn't toasted. REALLY? there's also half the bacon on the EXTREME DBC that's on the ULTIMATE DBC. not to argue semantics, but that doesn't seem right to me. the Curly Fries were even worse. i'm pretty sure they were left over from lunch a couple of days ago. i grabbed a handful from the bag before i pulled out of the drive-thru and they were just plain nasty. i tried to resuscitate them in the air fryer and got 'em warm but they were still nasty. i know Covid's been hard on everybody but Jack do you think you can get your guys to turn out decent food? read more

I think I went to a Jack In The Box about 20 years ago and I never had the desire to go to one again. I remembered why tonight. I was waiting for my daughter and Jack in the Box was the only fast food restaurant I could find. There were no other cars in the drive through, yet I I still had to wait quite a while after I paid my food to come out. I ordered five chicken nuggets, a small fries and a bottle of water. The bottle of water was good. The fries were unsalted and tasteless. I got five somethings, but they were not chicken nuggets. More like some very small white rubbery I have no clue what, dripping in oil and covered by batter. Needless to say I threw them away. read more

Had another issue at this location! Last Friday (3/14/25), I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a free fry since it was Free Fry Friday. I got distracted and forgot to select large fries; it was set to medium by default. When I arrived at the speaker, I asked if I could get a large instead of a medium. The lady told me no, that it was already prepared. I asked why it couldn't be changed. she just kept saying that it was already prepared. I told her to open the bag and just add some fries to make it a large! Like, how hard is it to provide decent customer service?! She then said I would have to pay an extra .32 if I wanted a large. I pointed out that they were the FREE fries, so why would I need to pay? She replied that I would have to make the change on my end. I mentioned that it didn't show anywhere for me to do that. She said it was fine, just come to the window. I should have asked for clarification, but it seemed implied that it would be a large. It wasn't. It was a medium, and my kids were upset about getting so few fries to share. I have no idea why these workers are so unwilling to provide decent customer service. She should have said "Yes, that's no problem". Instead she argued with me repeatedly and wouldn't do what I asked. Please retrain your workers to say yes instead of just no, no, no. I know, it's a fast food joint and stellar food quality and/or service is not really expected for most folks. But I hate stupid management that cannot think of offering the slightest effort toward customer service. Lunchtime, long drive-thru line as you would expect. In line maybe 10-15 minutes before getting up to the order speaker. Make my order and am promptly told that there are no hamburgers or anything else that isn't deep fried because they're having a maintenance issue. I was recommended to order chick strips, french fries or tacos. None of these I wanted. Here's the rub - you KNEW you could not offer more than 1/2 of your menu and here are a line of cars waiting. Did management ever think of one moment to go outside and tell the drivers in line of your limited offering. Waiting until they've already been in line 15 minutes and then when you find out, you have cars in front of you and cars behind you, you're pretty much trapped and cannot get out. It's amazing when you go to In & Out the level of customer concern you get there, management even go to "managers' school", but here at Jack In The Box, either you're taking advantage of the situation and getting people who didn't want tacos or chicken strips to order them since they're trapped, or it just never crossed your mind to let customers know they would be unable to get what they wanted. read more

In all honesty, this place has horrific quality control. Items are frequently missing out of the orders, and in some cases, it is the main sandwich/item of the order. The food is frequently not warm, and it seems as though no one gives a damn. The customer service is poor, and the employees are not held accountable for the horrific manner by which their business conducts. Attempting to rectify a poor situation leads nowhere with corporate or their regional entity. If I am dying of starvation, I will never step foot into a Jack in the Box so long as I live which is probably a blessing due to the fact that it truly is poor food. I was helped by Cynthia that was understanding and friendly in explaining to me that the offer can only be used online. After my bitch wife cheated on me, took the house, and drained my bank account I've found comfort at Jack.
