Unfortunately, I ordered through the Chick-fil-A app for delivery. My wife who is recovering from 2 major surgeries wanted a meal for her and our girls. This seems very trivial, but we ordered a peppermint chip shake which is $8. It was missing and this was for my wife. Here is where I get really disappointed. I actually decided to call and complain after my wife was upset. It's not about the dollar amount, it was more about the disappointment. I rarely complain to anyone about stuff like this. I am a store manager for a different company and understand how customers can be rude or condescending over things that might be out of an employee's control. I also hold Chick-fil-A in high regards for customer service. But the employee on the other side of the phone was very short and rude. Almost made it seem like I wasn't telling the truth. Even a sorry would've been cool. But I actually left the phone call more upset than relieved. I don't think I'll ever eat at this restaurant again. I have been to this location for many years with my son who is a CFA Superfan! The food is good and usually warm and my orders are usually accurate. Yes, the lines are crazy so I generally order ahead on the app. I was happy to see the Curbside Option avi'l again bc it is a nightmare to fight the traffic and wait in the long lines. I was very upset tonight with my experience. It was dark by the time I got there and the line was wild. I did look around briefly for the Curb-Side Spots. I didn't see any and didn't want to get stuck in a line of somewhere else while hunting. I knew before that the spots were closer to the restaurant. So I approached the area with caution. I thought it would be smart to go through that little intersection before the bank and restaurant. A car honked at me right away since they assumed I was cutting them off in the drive thru line. I had to dart down the one way road since the drive thru line limited the space. I was so nervous another car would come through quickly and that we would wreck. Of course, there were no employees in that area at the time to help direct traffic or anything! My food came out in a reasonable time and I shared my concern with the employee. He said they are trying to find the best solution and that it gets busy at rush hour. I hope they can find a better way to handle everything since safety is truly paramount. read more

We frequent this Chick-fil-A for drive thru, dine-in and catering. Our kids love the indoor playground and it's so nice as a parent to be able to have them eat and play. Love the ability to order ahead on the app and have food brought to our table. Also love that there are healthier options available for kids and adults which is hard to find at fast food places. They are very, very prompt in their service and will do whatever it takes so that you have a pleasant order and experience. Came here with Andy H. during Customer Appreciation Week. We ended up coming on a day when they offered free chicken nuggets. Luckily, we got there at a fairly early time because had we waited 5 more minutes it was PACKED!!! We ordered our nuggets and a large fry. The employees are friendly and always offer a smile. We asked for Poly and Ranch sauces and we thought we heard the lady said that they were in the bag. The bag with our nuggets was pretty small and we didn't see any sauce and thought the box of nuggets contained the sauce ??? We politely asked "uh, we don't see the sauce". Then she said "They're in the BACK!" We noticed a little attitude, but we all laughed about it at the end... I like it where you're able to grab your condiments whereas other locations you have to request them. Drinks, however, you would need to have the employees refill them for you. The establishment is clean, but a little smaller than it's other location in San Marcos. The parking could get tricky esp if there's a long line at the drive thru. read more

Randy answered the phone apologizing for the inconveniece and immediately tried to send out one of their drivers. Mind you it was an extremely busy Saturday night so it was hard to find someone on short notice, I was on hold for a while so Carly picked up the phone and was super kind. Came by here a few times and I liked that they have workers outside in the drive thru lane taking your order and paying too. The workers are nice and because of them being out there, it seemed that they are efficient on taking the orders face to face and paying. I love the kids nugget meal. They handed our order we were short 5 fries we let the guy know they looked extremely irritated. They handed me then fries as we waited my order was still missing a Large fry I let them know so they handed me the large fry at the end. I still had to pull into the parking lot cause they didn't give me the sauces. I grab my large fry and I got the bottom of the pit of fries nothing but crumbs the ends of the fries such a bad quality of food this time. I paid $90 for my whole order to get such bad quality food. How have I not rated this Chick-fil-a here & i'm the duchess? Shame. on. ME. Well, this chick-fil-a isn't one of my favorites. Let me say that first. I understand there's always going to be teenagers working there but sometimes they can be a little rude :/ Customer service needs help - my husband has the best manners possible, using "ma'am & sir" regardless of age. But these kids don't care much, which bugs me a lot. No smiles, no eye contact, no greeting. The food comes out fast, like every other chick-fil-a. But for some reason, the breading on the chicken hasn't been all that great for a while (at this location). There's always too much to where the chicken isn't even cooked all the way on the inside (not appetizing). I'm all for those well-done fries though lol my favorite! as well as their lemonade & frosted strawberry lemonade. Oh, one more thing - I appreciate how they clean the benches and tables but my husband & I sat in a booth & our bottoms were both soaking lol This locations alright. We go just because it's the closest one to our home (20 mins away). I definitely prefer the one in San Marcos & Escondido. It's a plus that the owner is super awesome there too! read more
