Ate at this location a few months ago and got sick. Really sick. It was the last thing I ate before bed (only ate rice way earlier in the day) so I'm confident this was what made me sick. Woke up with the worst abdominal pain of my life, nausea, throwing up and diarrhea. Was incoherent, couldn't speak and had to call 911 and take a trip to the emergency room. Eat at your own risk. I work close to this location, so I have come to get food here a few times. However, every single time I've ordered from here, it's been wrong or something was forgotten. The last two times I went there I ordered a salad but they gave me no dressing or toppings. I went there today just for them to forget my drink and the dressing for two salads I ordered again! Love Chick-fil-A as a whole BUUUUUT this particular location is just not the bees knees, and unfortunately it's the closest one to our house. We eat Chick-fil-A more than should be allowed a month (5-8 times) and we ask for extra crispy fries every time. (If you've never tried them order them next time!) to which the response is always an abrupt, cut off response of "you will have to wait for those, do you still want them" the answer is always yes :-). So we get the cone our car and then we go and wait for 15 mins to get our bag of food and 5/6 times out of 8 they aren't well done. Who really wants to wait in line and get them corrected? No one. So we just deal with it, because it's Chick-fil-A. But it's increasingly more frustrating. Especially when you wait in their long lines, order your food, wait again and then receive it and it's wrong. Then when I call and let the person know and ask if next time there's a way to ensure it will corrected they say no. Every. Single. Time. Maybe this is just a bad egg in the Chick-fil-A franchise. I have been to this location for many years with my son who is a CFA Superfan! The food is good and usually warm and my orders are usually accurate. Yes, the lines are crazy so I generally order ahead on the app. I was happy to see the Curbside Option avi'l again bc it is a nightmare to fight the traffic and wait in the long lines. I was very upset tonight with my experience. It was dark by the time I got there and the line was wild. I did look around briefly for the Curb-Side Spots. I didn't see any and didn't want to get stuck in a line of somewhere else while hunting. I knew before that the spots were closer to the restaurant. So I approached the area with caution. I thought it would be smart to go through that little intersection before the bank and restaurant. A car honked at me right away since they assumed I was cutting them off in the drive thru line. I had to dart down the one way road since the drive thru line limited the space. I was so nervous another car would come through quickly and that we would wreck. Of course, there were no employees in that area at the time to help direct traffic or anything! My food came out in a reasonable time and I shared my concern with the employee. He said they are trying to find the best solution and that it gets busy at rush hour. I hope they can find a better way to handle everything since safety is truly paramount. read more

We frequent this Chick-fil-A for drive thru, dine-in and catering. Our kids love the indoor playground and it's so nice as a parent to be able to have them eat and play. Love the ability to order ahead on the app and have food brought to our table. Also love that there are healthier options available for kids and adults which is hard to find at fast food places. The staff is always kind and helpful. Food is good! Staff is great. The only real downfall for this location is that the parking lot close the the restaurant is completely reserved for pick-up orders. read more

The food here is absolutely delicious! On top of that, the staff is extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with/talk with. They are very, very prompt in their service and will do whatever it takes so that you have a pleasant order and experience. Randy answered the phone apologizing for the inconveniece and immediately tried to send out one of their drivers. Mind you it was an extremely busy Saturday night so it was hard to find someone on short notice, I was on hold for a while so Carly picked up the phone and was super kind. She took down my order, I told her all I wanted was a grilled chicken breast to put on my sandwich but she insisted on giving me a fresh sandwich. Never had a bad experience with this location until today. Took the family to go get some dinner we ordered pulled up through the drive through window. They handed our order we were short 5 fries we let the guy know they looked extremely irritated. They handed me then fries as we waited my order was still missing a Large fry I let them know so they handed me the large fry at the end. I still had to pull into the parking lot cause they didn't give me the sauces. I grab my large fry and I got the bottom of the pit of fries nothing but crumbs the ends of the fries such a bad quality of food this time. I paid $90 for my whole order to get such bad quality food. I'm extremely shocked cause I have never experienced something like that. I worked food service if something is forgotten and it's catched before the customer leaves that ok. After going through drive thru, I had my order taken by Kaden who was very rude and sarcastic. At the beginning of ordering he already had a rude attitude. I ordered a Southwest Chicken salad asking for regular grilled chicken instead of the spicy offered. I'm so surprised with the low quality of my food today. I've gone to this location before and it was great! but there was something about today's food experience that didn't quite seem right. There was nothing wrong with the customer service it was fast and the people working the drive through were so friendly and polite (my mother asked for an extra cup of ice by the window and we got it no problem so thank you for that!) I got my food super fast. (I went through the drive through, the overall ambiance was good). I hate to be the person to say this, my food did not seem fresh at all. The 2 Large Fries that I ordered were not filled up and were not warm or hot at all. I was pretty disappointed with the food. The Fried Chicken Sandwich (with added cheese that was missing) was a big disappointment I took a bite and I just did not feel it was fresh, could have been so much better than it was. I ate the food driving on the freeway (I was not the one driving) so I couldn't go back and talk about it. I'm sorry for being that person I truly am but it just didn't feel right and I couldn't bring myself to finish the sandwich cause it didn't seem as fresh as it could've been. The new drive thru is so ridiculous. It's so slow and then people can just cut through as well. Great customer service otherwise.

This location has fast accurate service even though the line is wrapped through the parking lot every time we go. You are now able to eat at the outside tables. The waffle fries are a nice change compared to other fast food chains but I would recommend asking them to be cooked extra so they are not mushy. The Chick-fil-A sauce is also a must! read more

Came here with Andy H. during Customer Appreciation Week. We ended up coming on a day when they offered free chicken nuggets. Luckily, we got there at a fairly early time because had we waited 5 more minutes it was PACKED!!! We ordered our nuggets and a large fry. The employees are friendly and always offer a smile. We asked for Poly and Ranch sauces and we thought we heard the lady said that they were in the bag. The bag with our nuggets was pretty small and we didn't see any sauce and thought the box of nuggets contained the sauce ??? We politely asked "uh, we don't see the sauce". Then she said "They're in the BACK!" We noticed a little attitude, but we all laughed about it at the end... I like it where you're able to grab your condiments whereas other locations you have to request them. Drinks, however, you would need to have the employees refill them for you. The establishment is clean, but a little smaller than it's other location in San Marcos. The parking could get tricky esp if there's a long line at the drive thru. read more
