Went there 9-5-25 ordered the chicken soup i couldn't believe how good it was. They shred the chicken so every bite has chicken in it. (it needed more carrots) but it was super good. Better than Panera chicken soup and cheeper. Also ordered 8 nuggets & side salad, they were good also. So if you're looking for a great soup for $5.00 go there first. They were busy but no waiting inside. The help was really efficient the whole place was running smoothly. It was very clean considering how busy they were. And no begging for condiments they were there help yourself. I will be going back for 2 chicken soups. read more

I'm a huge fan of Chickfila but hands down this is the best location I've ever been to. I went in between breakfast and lunch with my husband and everything was freshly made. They have their sauces in the lobby so you can have as many as you want. While we were eating they brought fresh flowers to the table and even came up to us to ask for a refill. 10/10 for the service in this restaurant. It was very clean and organized as well. We ate EVERYTHING it was so good. read more

Recently remodeled this year and the experience is even better than before. So many ways to order your food. Drive thru, mobile order for pick up at the drive thru, inside or at your table. I really like the way you can order now at the table with the QR code. Very cool! Food is always good! read more

Today my hubs and I were out doing errands. We stopped here for a quick lunch. I had the grilled chicken and he had the chicken sandwich meal. We shared a peppermint milk shake. Service was super fast and the food was hot and fresh. We got our order quickly. The place was constantly cleaned by many employees. This is what makes me want to go back. I absentmindedly left my purse there and went on with our day. I was across town when I realized it was missing I called they had it. We drove back and got it. Everything was in it, all of my cash, my Christmas gift cards, everything! Amazing honesty! read more

Thank you Brandon, Victoria and Zoe!!! Thanks for making this my favorite Chick-Fil-A in the country. Awesome food and people!! Love the breaded chicken sandwiches, nuggets and strips. Today I came to this fine establishment with the expectations that this meal would be good but not the greatest.... Little did I know Josh would be working. I ordered my food and Josh was there with a smile and kind heart. Josh got me everything I needed and made sure my meal was not just good but OUTSTANDING!!!! Josh is the best type of worker here and an amazing human being. Thank you Josh for everything you've done for me. 100000/10 must come here and talk to Josh. read more

Last night we ordered $167 worth of food. The past couple times I have ordered the side kale crunch salad, which is seven dollars. They never put the package of nuts in, paying top dollar for a side of kale I look forward to the toppings. All five orders of French fries were uncooked. Like almost raw. I just can't believe I paid that much for crappy food. I think I'm officially over Chick-fil-A. I order the 12 piece grilled nuggets and for over a dollar a piece sometimes there is just a crumb of a nugget. I'm paying top dollar do not short me on my grilled nuggets, please Update: below they offered me some coupons for my experience and so I reached out to them and they still have yet to respond read more

Ok I don't know what the craze for chicken sandwiches or chicken fast food is? But there's always a line and this one is soooo busy. I always see tons of cars and it's just always full of people. So I went to try it out. I've only had chick fil a one other time and it was a long time ago which I don't remember. Now I gotta see what the craze is about. Came later Saturday and it was busy. I ordered some nuggets and chicken strips. They have a bunch of free unlimited sauces! I tried 3 and liked the buffalo one best. I will say their chicken strips are really good. read more

I simply want to say that the consistency of great customer service at Chick-fil-A is something to be admired by all businesses. This one in particular was extremely courteous, even when I came by close to closing time. As a former restaurant employee, I know how annoying this can be, but I was in need of some quality food after being down the street at Tri-City Hospital waiting for a loved one to get out of surgery. In that moment, I needed a pick-me-up after a long day, and C-f-A did not disappoint. read more

Who doesn't like chick fil A? But this review is for the cashier who put me on a new breakfast order here! I usually don't eat breakfast here so I was indecisive and she helped me out. read more

Excellent service!! I went through drive thru and have never had an issue with my order so there was no reason for me to check it. I get home and have the wrong nuggets and no mac & cheese so I phoned the store. Ms. Teri apologized profusely for the mishap however I was at fault for not checking also. She corrected the error by personally bringing the correct nuggets and missing Mac & cheese to my residence. Bravo Chick-fil-A . You have a customer for life!!!! read more

Consistently great service and food. I order the 5 piece kids meal and substitute the fries with a guilt-free fruit cup and ice tea. They don't have Splenda packets and if you ask for it, they will pump it in for you. Nice!!! read more

My favorite chicken nugs! This place is my go-to for chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and waffle cut fries. Their chicken looks and tastes as chicken should--not weird, grey sponges like other fast food joints. The dipping sauces are also a real treat, especially their Chick-fil-A sauce, a creamy honey mustard, and their Polynesian sauce, similar to a sweet and sour--more on the sweet side! Customer service is great. They're fast and friendly. The kid working the register at the drive-in even asked "just one sauce?" when I asked for "one Chick-fil-A and one Polynesian sauce" to go with my nuggets. Thanks for looking out for me kid and for hooking me up with a few extra sauces! read more

Love Chick-fil-A as a whole BUUUUUT this particular location is just not the bees knees, and unfortunately it's the closest one to our house. We eat Chick-fil-A more than should be allowed a month (5-8 times) and we ask for extra crispy fries every time. (If you've never tried them order them next time!) to which the response is always an abrupt, cut off response of "you will have to wait for those, do you still want them" the answer is always yes :-). So we get the cone our car and then we go and wait for 15 mins to get our bag of food and 5/6 times out of 8 they aren't well done. Who really wants to wait in line and get them corrected? No one. So we just deal with it, because it's Chick-fil-A. But it's increasingly more frustrating. Especially when you wait in their long lines, order your food, wait again and then receive it and it's wrong. Then when I call and let the person know and ask if next time there's a way to ensure it will corrected they say no. Every. Single. Time. Maybe this is just a bad egg in the Chick-fil-A franchise. But reading through comments, it seems to be a common occurrence they get orders wrong. read more

this chick fil a location has the best service! they called me when i filed a complaint through the app and refunded my meal even when the corporate email told me they couldn't help me. also, when you eat inside, the orders always come out so fast. i love chick fil a quarry creek! read more

Came here for a quick lunch the other day. SERVICE - The cashier who helped us was nice. FOOD Spicy Chicken Sandwich - I prefer this over the original because I like spicy foods. The thing I love about Chick-fil-A is consistency. The food is always good and the service is always excellent. Whether it filling up your drink or brining got an extra sauce they always do it with a smile and are so darn polite. It makes me want to comeback over and over. We don't have one in Hawaii yet but it's opening early next years i sure do hope they can bring that same energy here! read more

Zoe is a delight! Very attentive will definitely be coming back here next time I'm in San Diego!

Stopped into this CFA yesterday with my sister and brother-in-law and we had an incredible experience! Zoe was our cashier and she was so friendly and helpful. We'll be back again and again :) read more

I want to place a review for this particular location which I frequent about once a month. The food is what one expects from Chick-fil-A. However, I want to mention the type of service that this restaurant provides; it is simply excellent. The staff is always polite, ready to address your needs. But this experience simply stood out: I was going to go through the drive through and when I arrived, they handed me the food and I handed them my debit card. The staff person told me that "it's not going through". He did not say "declined" only "it won't go through". I did not realize that I had not transferred money from one account to the other. Still, the gentleman told me "no worries, today, it's on us, enjoy the food". I was stunned mainly because I was not sure why my cars was not going through and also because they were willing to give me the food anyway! I told him, "I will come around and pay you". He insisted "no, no worries, it's on us". Still, I knew I had money in my account, I pull over the other side, checked my balance and saw gag I was short. I transferred money right away and went inside to pay. I thank them and was stunned by how professional they all were about it. This is a fast food chain, mind you; their customer service training is exemplary. read more

After attending the race expo for the Carlsbad Half Marathon over at The Shoppes of Carlsbad Mall, I drove over here for lunch. The parking lot was a bit crowded so I ended up parking in the larger adjacent parking lot and walking over. Per the usual, I found a table and placed my order via their mobile app. During the ordering process, the app notified me that I had a free reward good for 8 pc grilled nuggets. Score! In addition to the free nuggets, I ordered the spicy southwest salad with grilled nuggets and a large lemonade. All of the food was delicious and every employee that I came across were all nice and very courteous, just as you would expect from any Chick-fil-A! read more

This location is great. It lives up to the Chick Fila name. Service is good. Food is good. I say this because the other chick fila locations in San Diego run by the Ciervos, have some kinda issue. Especially the one in La Jolla. Look at the reviews. Awful. Two and half stars. They own the locations in Esco, San Marcos, and La Jolla. It's a family, but the La Jolla location is owned separately. But even the store manager at the San Marcos Location, Jazzy was rude, as she laughed on the phone. I really don't know what is going on at the locations owned by that family. This location is top notch and wondered why, ahh , I see now it's a different owner. Good culture comes from the top. read more

All the employees are extremely nice/friendly. Everyone works hard, delivers great customer service. Downloaded their app. It's the best thing. I respect that, give them by business at all locations. read more

Came to this location today around 12pm and I was assisted by Sarah (based on what my receipt shows), but she was a very friendly, professional, customer service focused employee in all aspects. Her service, speed and courtesy was amazing. Being in public safety, she also thanked me for that and exceeded my expectations for a quick service restaurant. If I'm incorrect in the name, she seemed to be a lead or supervisor and is a petite, Caucasian female. She is an asset to your restaurant and company. Please thank her for me! read more

I didn't catch her name. But want to say maybe a manager or lead. Blonde hair super nice. Anyway, I received an email about a bingo in the restaurant. First time going and it was a blast lol. Won some prizes and as always the food was yummy! Coffee was omg! Perfect. Thanks to the bingo lady and Chick-fil-A for the invite read more

One star because the way the have the drive-thru, curbside and pick up is so ridiculous. The drive-thru line is so long, which is fine but when the "front" of the store is in the "back" it's hard to pick up your order (that you placed for pick up online) because you can't get your vehicle back there. The closed down for a long time but who ever built it this way was really not thinking straight. There is so many "curbside" parking spaces but no one is here cause again it's in their side parking lot. I hate coming to this one, just close it down, rebuild it and things will run a lot smoother. read more

Andrea taking orders was top notch customer service. She was an absolute delight. Will definitely be coming back

I have relished the Chick fil A for years, but yesterday they dropped the ball. The chicken was over cooked , the bun was very dry and over all a dud. On top of that there was not a hint of salt on the fries. This was the first time went there on the lunch hour and that may be the problem. read more

When I entered Chick-fil-A Oceanside for the first time today, I was very impressed. The decorations for Christmas were tastefully done. There were fresh Christmas flowers at the entrance. It felt cozy and homey when I entered this location. Aaron greeted me at the register. He was friendly and bubbly. It seemed like he really liked his job and really like being there. That was refreshing! As I sat waiting for my food, I saw two fresh carnations in a small vase on my table. What a nice touch! There were fresh flowers on my table at a fast food restaurant. I was impressed! My food was delivered sooner than I thought it would be. The food was very tasty as usual. I always enjoyed their grilled Chicken sandwiches. Gavin delivered my food and asked if I need anything else. He seemed like he really cared about the customer service that he was providing to me. I appreciated that! A little later I saw Gavin going to each table to see if anyone needed anything else. You don't see that kind of treatment in other fast food restaurants. I took notice of that. When I was ready to leave, I asked Gavin who was the manager of this location. It just so happened that Terri, one of the managers was standing by my table. I let her know how pleasantly surprised I was to have such a great experience at Chick-fil-A. I let Terri know that I would be writing a positive review about my visit today. Thank you Chick-fil-A for providing excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!! Patricia Vega read more
