I've had a consistently great experience at Luna Grill. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and there's both indoor and outdoor seating available, which is a nice option. For the most part, every time we've ordered, everything has been great. The only thing we've noticed recently is that the kids' meals seem to come with a little less rice than before. I come here every couple of months when I get that kabob craving. The staff working here is amazing - you can always hear them greeting everyone as they come in. They are efficient and courteous despite being so busy. Norma, Andrew and Diana helped me today. I had some questions about their new to me menu and they answered them with a smile. The restaurant is always so clean and tidy, they even have a wall dedicated to small kid's drawings! I always get the Santorini bowl. It's the best thing on the menu with a little bit of everything. This place has been my new hyper-fixation food!!! I would always see it when I would go to the theater or Panera. It would always catch my eye but never gave it a chance. I always look forward to enjoying a very tasty Luna Vida vegan or vegetarian bowl...consistently fresh and packed with flavor - housemade falafel served on top of a bed of lettuce with lemon vinaigrette, Greek cabbage, chickpea salad, cucumber, tomato, and sometimes feta drizzled with vegan tahini sauce. GOD, I love this food! Service is excellent ! To think I use to complain because it took a while to get your order! It's worth a little wait especially when they get it right! The lady manager is very helpful & professional. I love Luna Grill but normally wouldn't be inclined to write a review for them. However, this location is somehow better than a lot of the other locations I've had. The chicken kabob was so tender and juicy, I was shocked that the difference could be so apparent. When I order the chicken kabob at the Bressi Ranch location (my go to location) it's much drier and I find myself relying on the sauce. I don't want to make the drive out to this location all the time but it is so much better than the other Luna Grill. read more
