They are efficient and courteous despite being so busy. Norma, Andrew and Diana helped me today. I had some questions about their new to me menu and they answered them with a smile. We ordered take out and both our orders were completely wrong. Instead of gyro they gave me chicken, and my wife's meal had almost no toppings on her order, just rice a sauce. This place has been my new hyper-fixation food!!! I would always see it when I would go to the theater or Panera. It would always catch my eye but never gave it a chance. I love Luna Grill but normally wouldn't be inclined to write a review for them. However, this location is somehow better than a lot of the other locations I've had. The chicken kabob was so tender and juicy, I was shocked that the difference could be so apparent. When I order the chicken kabob at the Bressi Ranch location (my go to location) it's much drier and I find myself relying on the sauce. I don't want to make the drive out to this location all the time but it is so much better than the other Luna Grill. read more

Fairly mediocre, just doing their job basically, but service makes a difference. The food is what keeps me coming back. I go on little spurts where I come for the Chicken Skewer Santorini Bowl every other day for a few weeks straight, along with the occasional Gyro Pita with fries and extra tzatziki sauce. The pita bread by itself is usually always soft, warm, and very delicious. Their chicken skewers are also generally very juicy, rarely do I get dry chicken but there is the rare occasion where it happens. I don't ever come for dine-in, I've always taken to-go but the place is clean and well kept and their bathrooms are actually very nice. The rewards system through their app is pretty convenient as well. Of course, will be returning for regular Santorini Bowl cravings with a side of pita bread and tzatziki sauce. read more
