I was out with family visiting the Mount Dora area and we wanted something quick and simple to eat. Believe it or not, I have not eaten at a Chick-fil- A since before the pandemic. I just prefer not to eat fast food if I can help it, but I wasn't always like that. When I was in high school I remember eating these huge, and absolutely delicious chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-A Friday's after school. The sandwiches were so huge that I could barely finish it. Fast forward to now as I looked at this sandwich that came out of the bag and Immediately started laughing at the sheer tiny size of it. My family looked at me like I had lost my mind. So now in 2026 you're looking at paying close to $11 for a childs size chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. It's like they want to persuade you to not eat Fast Food by shrinking the size of it and charging so much more. What I enjoyed most however was the rice dream soft serve. Great price, very delicious. This is a very nice Chick-fil-A restaurant, I've stopped here several times to grab a chicken biscuit for breakfast or a market salad for lunch and the service and quality of the products had always been above average even when compared to other Chick-fil-A locations. I've always been a fan of their chicken so when given a choice for a fast food breakfast sandwich this place wins hands down every time. I've recently became a fan of their fresh Market Salad not only are they fresh and delicious they can be very low in calories if you omit the granola and trail mix and use only half the apple cider vinaigrette dressing which is more than enough, at about 330 calories this is a meal that can fill you up and not add too your waist line. The staff here has always been extremely friendly as I find with most Chick-fil-A restaurants I don't know how they do this but it's seems to be the case. This location like most of their locations I've visited is always busy during the lunch hour but they do staff the parking lot to get your order in quicker to make the drive through less painful if your in a hurry. Y'all need to tighten up. I saw people pulling over and walking their food back even before I pulled in, so I should've known. To the person who took my order, I said I wanted a deluxe sandwich but with a grilled patty and Colby cheese. They said "oh well there's one that has grilled patty with bacon and a whole grain bun" I said no I like the regular bun, I just want it grilled. I don't know if I have ever given just one star to a restaurant, but there is a first time for almost everything, I guess. I have been there twice, and I am giving up on it. The parking situation has been horrible. The drive-through got so backed up it caused a complete snarl, to the point where once I had to park in the next lot over. Are Chick-fil-A customers more lazy, or is it the design of the parking lot? My handicapped daughter was with me one time and, even though she is okay walking, she doesn't do well checking for traffic so I had to be really alert to prevent the aggressive drivers from running her over. Who needs that kind of stress for fast food?! Oh yeah, the food. The chicken fingers had been recommended to me, and might have impressed me if they had been hot. How can something be just lukewarm when it is that busy? That goes against basic physics, doesn't it? I ordered the chicken noodle soup mostly because I was curious about it. I am not curious anymore. On top of those minor irritations, a measly $5 gift card I won at a charity event wasn't accepted at the counter. Good variety of chicken entrees. Restaurant is clean, organized, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My food came out very quickly and delivered straight to my table. This location can get quite busy during peak hours, but the wait is definitely worth it. Overall, a great dining experience that is expected at any Chik-fil-A. This is by far the worst CFA I have ever been too. This review isn't coming after one bad incident. It is an ongoing problem. They constantly forget items in drive thru orders, the curb side pickup is extremely slow etc. I put in a special note today to put lemonade in plastic cup. They put in the regular cup and gave us an empty plastic cup. Saying they don't sell a drink in the plastic cup. Even though we have ordered it this way weekly for the last year. Then have to nerve it get an attitude when we ask why this is happening. I'm a CFA Signature Member who spends a lot of money here as a family of 6. This chick-fil-a needs lots of improvements. There is a complete lack of parking and the drive-through backs up into traffic constantly. It is a huge problem. My food order has been inaccurate more than once and the food just doesn't taste as good as it does at other Chick-fil-A locations. The customer service is very lacking as well. One of the associates even told me not to come at a certain hour as I wouldn't get good service depending on who the manager was at the time. read more

The Chick-fil-A deluxe has to be the tastiest and juiciest burger I have ever eaten. To compliment such an awesome burger, you need a decent portion of fries and their fries certainly do the job. Furthermore, the customer service is phenomenal. Within seconds of ordering the food at the counter, it arrives before you have even chosen a table. Their staff come round every so often to ensure everything is A-Ok and also if you require a soda refill. I have been 3 different Chick-fil-A's around Florida and each one betters the next. This company is definitely the future of fast food / in-house dining. I would definitely recommend. All I can hope for now is that they branch out to the UK. read more

Typically a fantastic place to eat, however, I have noticed a influx of orders not properly prepared at night. This is inconvenient when you live in Leesburg and have to drive back to the store for a correction, and the manager/ head staff on duty at the time couldn't careless that they messed up your child's order. My boyfriend and I offered to get food for everyone at Chick fil A on our way home. We noticed the drive through did not have a line so we cut through the cones. Tanner was very pleased to let us know it was the store's policy that we must circle the building because we cut the line and refused to take our order or allow anyone else to take our order. I will repeat... THERE WAS NO LINE. Yet we still had to circle around the building. I understand the policy and agree if there was a line why it would make sense.
