Next another guy comes up to the window to confirm and I knew he was missing something but figured maybe I just missed it and he said it. So got my food and seen they did forget one sandwich I ordered. ( I read previous reviews that they are notorious for missing items ). Had to re order the sandwich and waited a little bit for it. They only gave me one chick fil a sauce and one spicy and sweet sriracha had to ask for more since other locations give you at least two of each. Drove off and tried a sip of my frosted coffee I got and it just tasted like water. Also the fries were all soggy not a single crisp! Very disappointed in this location. This is bad, just plain bad. The last time I went to Chick-fil-A was about 2-3 years ago and before that it was another long stretch; let's just say I'm not a big fan. Well, I wanted to come to this new location since it was this big hype in Milpitas. My wife and I came yesterday during an early dinner around 7:30pm and let me tell you, it was a bad experience all around. First off, everyone's orders were messed up including ours. We received the wrong sandwiches and it took forever to get what we wanted such as a refill or sauce. There's maybe 10 people working in the kitchen all crowded and they're getting orders messed up somehow lol. They don't even apologize. Their service needs lots of help with making sure things are in order. Some guy is mopping the floors with a super wet mop, people walking on eggshells trying to walk around the wet areas and dirt from our shoes still getting on the floor due to being wet. They need to mop after everyone is gone. It's sloppy work. Another guy is going around wiping tables with some wet baby wipes that look like they are from a Walgreens. The space is small inside and the way the interior dining area is built, people are so close to one another with a weird formation? I don't like it. Honestly, it's like this place is ran by kids who don't know what they're doing. The chicken sandwiches are soggy and wet, chicken isn't even crispy, buns are super thin, fries are pale and barely fried, and their sweet tea tasted very unsweetened. If I could give 0 stars I would . I visited this restaurant after a long day of traveling/youth sports I was looking forward to A delicious meal. I usually visit by myself myself however, on this particular day, I had my family of three. After ordering in the line without a properly posted menu on the kiosk was given the total.To my surprise my total was a few cents less than $70. I was surprised as we usually only spend that much when sitting down in restaurants, not for fast food. As we pulled up to the window and waited for our food, me and my husband discussed the high price and looked over the receipt. The person in the window commented on our frustration of the price. He pulled up his own receipt and began to name off each item that we ordered along with how much it costed. He said with a smile , grinning to himself and even said "that's why I don't eat here it's very expensive and it adds up quick. " This only grew my frustration and I honestly contemplated asking for a refund right there. I understand pricing but I felt as if my experience was rather negative despite the expensive total the workers attitude towards my frustration of spending $70 on one meal only made it worse . The worker who eventually handed us food after an extended wait asked "any plans for Christmas ?" Needless to say itwas I'll timed as he had just seen and joined in with his co-workers comments. They honestly behaved as if we were foolish or gullible to pay that much It wasn't only the inflated prices, but as mentioned before the attitude of the workers making us feel bad for paying that much accompanied with a nonchalant attitude by the fact that we were saddened by paying way more than we bargained for. It was super hard to order online and thru the app. I tried to order inch for a birthday at my office and online kept canceling my order. I tried calling the location to order, the guy was super nice and let me know ordering online wouldn't process orders totaling more than $200. Great food, great service and a great atmosphere inside and out. This was our first visit to this location, now serving breakfast. When I heard this, we set the date for what was to be an awesome experience. Three meals for all to enjoy with our lemonade and ice coffee, as well, the tater tots, my niece's fav. I went to the drive through ordered 2 meals and specifically asked for 2 avocado lime ranches. I proceeded to pay, waited in line and arrived at the window. I got my food and checked my bags that had no avocado lime ranch in them I mentioned it to the worker who asked for my receipt. (The receipt showed I ordered 2 avocado lime ranches.) Rafael then came to the window and was rude and unprofessional. He basically said the customer is not always right and would not give me the avocado lime ranch I had ordered. If he had said something along the lines of "I'm sorry you weren't charged correctly it's going to be $.25 for the sauce did you still want them" I would have gladly paid instead he was rude and unprofessional. Instead of having great customer service he made my experience at a fast food restaurant the worst I've ever had. I hope he gets new training that is desperately needed and is demoted as the "manager" that he claims to be. As a result of him being unprofessional I asked for a refund that I still haven't received. I also asked for the employees name who took my order but him as "manager" didn't know his employees names that were taking orders. He also gave me my refund under a different employees name. Chick fila is good, don't get me wrong, I'm well aware that this location is new and employees are probably still training. That still does not excuse the upsetting situation we've gone through. 1st we placed the order via drive thru and mentioned that we wanted to scan our rewards QR code, well that didn't end up happening. But it was fine since we can use the receipt to redeem the points from the transaction. 2nd, we waited for a long enough time for multiple cars who placed orders after us to receive their food before us. Okay, now that's not cool. 3rd, we received our food, but there's no receipt. FYI, imagine if my bank statement showed a $100 charge from chick fila instead of a $25 charge, so then I cannot show proof and fight the charge, note that receipts are important, in addition, we initially wanted to redeem points. 4th, maybe I should have brought the bag of food with me into the store, but I didn't. I figured they can check their order history using a name and/or what was ordered. I should add, we ordered 8 large fries. Now it's not rare, but certainly not uncommon. I was told that there should have been a sticker on my bag, I could swear there wasn't one. Anyways, i didn't want to, but I went back outside in the 94 degree heat to grab the bag from my car to show them. Quite obvious by now, but they gave our order to someone else and had to re-do ours. Mistakes happen, fine we're unlucky. 5th, While one employee was retrieving a receipt for me, the other (seemed like a manager) of course knew about this since she was the one to mention the mistake, didn't offer a sincere apology or even extra sauce for our fries. She just checked if our original sauce packets were in there and went ahead to help the next customer who ironically wanted sauce. Now feeling like a disregarded customer, as I was waiting on the side like a fool and pushover. 6th, So ordering online gives you 3 packs of sauce per order of fries. Now I don't know about other sizes, but we ordered 8 large fries, and only received 14 packs of sauce. I'm no math wizard, but we should technically receive 24 no? Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be valued very well at this location. 7th, Arrived back home feeling upset, disappointment, and disrespected from this experience.
