Overall a great chick fil a! The parking lot can be a little hard to get in and out of when the drive thru is busy but there's lots of parking behind the restaurant, so easy fix. The restaurant has always been clean and well staffed. On average, I wait 1-2 minutes to get my food, very impressed! She---one of about 6 customer service ppl behind the counter decided I was not a valued customer and chose not to help within 2minutes of Panicly waiting my sick daughter pukes all over the place while not one Chick-fil-A worker came up to cleanup nor ask to help. I then decide to still want to give Chick-fil-A another try and go back in line to order and still no one rushes to clean the area until my daughter falls back into her vomit and slips and falls. So I immediately rush over and leave the facility, just appalled with the lack of safety and customer care. Everyone knows what they are getting with the food from chick fil a, but for some reason a simple system is not in place to make sure that when a salad is ordered to go that the salad dressing is included in the bag. You choose what dressing you woulld like on the app and they dont give it to you. I'm unaware of anyone that has ever wanted to eat a salad without dressing. This is one of the easiest things to do and chick fil a refuses to fix the problem. Call to let them know and all they do is assure you they will fix it. And then it happens again. I have eaten at Chick-fil-A for many many many years now at all three Longview locations. I was even a marketing director for one of the locations several years ago. The experience of going to Chick-fil-A should be felt to be a personal experience building relationships between the guest and the employees. I was very pleased with the customer service the employees had at this location! I called and made a large order the day before an event. They were so helpful and patient on the phone. The morning of the event I doubled my order and placed another separate order. The person on the phone again was so cheerful, helpful, and knowledge. She had no problems understanding what I wanted and did it with ease. They separated all the sandwich orders in individual bags. Everything was ready when I got there and they brought it out and loaded it for me. I even got cute, zip up carry out bags to take home. Everything was done with ease and smiles.
