Great open layout with plenty of seating. There's a TV that is playing SpongeBob which was a nice touch. The people at the counter were attentive. I absolutely loved their beans. I want to pick some up to go next time!!! Not sure if they allow it or not but ill try! It was spicy and reminded me mostly of chili but it was sweet and addictive. I got the cheeseburger. It was massive. It could've used more seasoning, salt etc. But the meat was of good quality. My husband got the blue cheese burger seasoned with cajun spice which gave it some added salt and made his burger so much better than mine. Overall, if in town, this place is a must. We'll be back! read more

Quick, friendly, pretty tasty, and decent priced. Got the chicken fried steak on my visit. Portion with fries, salad, Texas toast, and sweet tea was rather scrumptious. For the amount of food received, cost seemed fair. Fries could have been cooked with more salt, but can easily add that. In all, two thumbs up. read more

Really good burgers and get the complimentary beans. The fries are awesome too. Highly recommend them.

Online ordering is terrible. Kicks you out, wants to order as a guest. Nothing works!!!!!

I absolutely love Jucy's Hamburgers, Jucy Taco as well, food is great every time I go. Keep up the

Ever had a burger at a joint that made you say "holy shit!" That's Jucy's in Longview. It was a burger from a fresh-formed patty cooked on a hot grill and the smashed, where the edges are slightly burned but eatable. It's an incredible taste of beef that melts in your mouth and makes your tastebuds sing "hallelujah!" Add those long, fresh cut potatoes that are flashed fried to the mix and you have an amazing meal. BTW, they have free chili to eat as an appetizer or add it to your burger or fries. This is definitely, if not the best, burger in East Texas. read more

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a burger, two fries, and a drink. The total at the speaker was $17.68, but when we got to the window it showed $14.60. So at least we weren't charged for it, but it was frustrating saying we were wrong when the price changed and the employee could have admitted he forgot. We were told the second order of fries wasn't on the ticket. Not a huge deal, but it was a bit confusing since we had ordered two. Told the employee and he said "the combo doesn't come with two fries". Which we never suggested it did, just that our order was missing an item. The employee seemed a little distracted and forgot condiments and salt and pepper a few times. The fries we did get were also on the smaller side compared to what we normally get. (In a very small bowl, compared to the regular side) Not sure what was happening but definitely not a regular experience from Jucys. I never write reviews very often, but this warranted one. read more

If you want a true life, sure enough good hamburger, get yourself a double meat. Super juicy hamburger with cheese and bacon and get you a order a fries and you, my friend will have a feast they grind their own meat daily is the freshest best hamburger in East Texas they've been in business long enough to know what a hamburger should be like read more

The burgers here are really good most of the time, the one on Gilmer Road. The people are friendly. I don't care for the free beans though as they are too spicy. However, last Monday our burgers were not as good as usual. The meat was lacking in taste and was not cooked as good as usual. Yet, this remains to be our favorite burger place. I think this was just an off night. read more

Juicy means greasy. The greasy burgers aren't worth the price. I've eaten here just one time. I just don't like grease running down my hand.

Been dining here for years. They just got a remodel and I'm excited to go in and see it. They are the original Jucy's in Longview, but they are all great to eat at. The burgers are so delicious!!! read more

Always awesome no matter what time of day you go. My favorite location is at Spur 63. I guess because it's closer to me. read more

Just passing through Longview and I was hoping that this place was going to be one of those interesting little places that you stumble on that knocks your socks off. It wasn't. I got a cheddar cheese burger and I did like the amount of veggies that they put on the burger but it was really wet and I'm not sure why because the patty wasn't especially juicy. So now my bun starts falling apart because it's drippy and messy but if that's your thing then this is your place. The French fries came out looking a little burnt but I thought well, maybe they'll be crispy but strangely they were soggy. Go figure. Apparently they've been open since 1980 so it must be a locals thing. If your just driving through, I would keep driving. read more

I live in Nevada so every time I come "home" I have to have a Jucy's burger So last week I pulled up to get a burger & a chicken sandwich. Once I made it home I was so ready to eat..and brag to my husband how good it is...I opened my container and was very surprised at how cold my bun was...no problem I'll warm it up...I got a knife to cut it in half and looked inside NO MEAT!!!!!...they gave me a burger with no burger!!!!...I was so pissed!!! I had to drive back across town to return this lettuce burger...once I got there the manager was so nonchalant...I asked for a refund and she never offered anything additional not even a soda for my troubles. Needless to say I won't be returning bc I'm big on customer service...and that was a letdown. read more

Food was a 10/10 and the server took care of me and my family! I'll always drop by for a quick bite of breakfast for a consistently good meal read more

I'm always looking for a burger place that's not a national chain. This place is one of em. Just above a mom n pop and below a chain. Sure the burger is a stunnning $7.00! ($6.99) but it's half a pound or the size of a small dog... it looks and feels fresh ground with a toasted bun. Look at my pic. The thing looks like what I would imagine a Big Kahuna burger to be (Pulp Fiction). It IS a tasty burger. read more

This place is always a go-to for a good meal. The food is always perfect, and I definitely recommend the fried pickles. They always give you your food quick and fresh. The people are nice, and the place is clean and it's overall enjoyable. I love coming here with my family when we can't decide what to eat. read more

Staff was very friendly - especially the young man that took our order. Hamburger tasted homemade not like a fast food burger. Loved the onion rings! Menu had lots of variety. read more

Stopped in after visiting relatives in town and really enjoyed it! The cheeseburger was everything you could want in a burger...large, gooey, juicy, and greasy in the best way possible. Tots were perfectly crispy. And the beans really are to die for. I wanted to order a gallon for the road! Service was also friendly. My only real "complaint" is that they don't have shakes to wash down the burgers. read more

I truly loved the customer service. We came in from Dallas starving and this was the perfect place to end up! My grandmother used to eat here often when I was younger and I see why!!! I feel bad for Whataburger and Burger King on the sides of them lol Jucy's has this corner sewed up read more

Place wasn't busy at all and now I understand why. Ladies were rude from the second we walked in the door, 3 of them huddled around the register too busy talking and not wanting to do anything. Our daughter (2) was trying to say hi to the one who was going to take our order and she just looked at her. So I order what I wanted and asked for it to be cooked medium, I was informed that they only cook them well done. Which is funny because my husband orders his extra well done and we've had problems before with them being pink in the middle. Anyways so I said we didn't want anything then and the woman replied "cool bye". Wow your customer service was already bad enough and then just got worse. Won't be eating here again. I can go to butcher shop and have a burger cooked how I want it and not deal with attitude from the employees. read more

service was terrible. we waited 30 minutes for our food and 4 cars drove off. Young lady at the window was rude.

As one of the most popular places to eat a burger in Longview, I was not at all pleased with the quality of our to-go order and even less pleased with the interaction with the staff. There was nothing "juicy" about our overcooked burgers. Had I known my trip was going to be wasted, I would have thawed out the ground beef in my freezer and toasted slices of bread. When I stepped up to the counter to add a large cup of water to the order, not one of the regular cashiers came towards me to help me. Instead they just looked at me up and down until a young man approached the counter to help me. I felt I had done something wrong to these women. I just ask that the quality of the food be the same whether it is being eaten on location or taken home and that the staff is cordial to all customers. read more

At Jucy's you don't just get burgers they have an extended menu with chicken fried steak and gravy pork chop plate the list goes on

All the locations are great! We love the Jucy's on Hwy 80. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast is always a favorite on Saturday mornings. The hamburgers, homemade fries and grilled chicken salad are amazing! read more

We often make the drive from Shreveport over to Marshall to eat here. Great atmosphere, and really good burgers and patty melts. Prices are not bad, and free beans with your meal is a nice touch. Fun place to eat, and worth driving over for! read more

The best burger in town hands down! Love that they have 3 locations and that it's a locally owned business that's been around for years!

Really good burgers!!! Got food for the family of 4 for about $55 so it is a little pricier as everything is sold separately and they don't have many combos. read more

The best burger we have ever had! They even had complimentary pinto beans that were out of this world.

Great burger And tots - so much better than any chain burger place Toasted buns and big enough to split Think the beans on right side of counter are complimentary read more

Hands-down, this location has a good burger but their service is lacking. If you are ordering from their menu online, please note while you can order onion rings they are not available at this location - when you show up at your prompted time for your order to be ready, you will find they haven't started it until they know what you want besides onion rings (which adds about 20 minutes to your wait) and the staff really didn't seem to care. read more

I would have to agree with another reviewer here in that service can be on the "we're doing you a favor" side. The food is almost always outstanding-- guilty pleasure burgers like no other place in town (just make sure you get vegetables in different container for to-go orders, else the bread will be mega-soggy). Chicken fried steak is also good. Fries are either love or hate, and I typically order a baked potato or tots. Again, if management reads these reviews (and they really should) , the young ladies who represent your business should remember that... they are the ambassadors of your business. read more

We eat lunch at the Hwy 80 location now and then and it has always been great. Never had a bad experience.

Best burger in town is right!! Most places the burger never looks like the picture, this one does! And talk about hot off the grill, halfway through the burger it was still almost too hot to hold! Made perfect as ordered! The fries were good too. A generous portion! Definitely coming back! read more

The location on Gilmer road is always very clean and nice, but the original location down on Highway 80 has that old burger joint charm. Either place is a great location though for an excellent burger. If you don't leave full, then it's your fault. The burgers are excellent and a great place to just go for an old-fashioned burger joint. read more
