Last year my daughter wanted Jucys fajitas for her party. I called 2 days in advance then followed up the day before. When I got there they hadn't started it I waited 35 minutes got the food no big deal things happen. She wanted Jucys fajitas again this year so I said no prob I'm sure it won't happen again. This year actually on Dec 26 I went to the store in person made an order for a fajita bar a taco bar Chips queso etc about a $300 order. They wrote it down said it would be ready. I called morning of 27th to confirm my 5:30 pick up time. I arrived at 6pm asked for my order. They looked at me like I was an alien!! The manager finally found my order her response was I came in at 5 they didn't tell me about the order it's not my fault!! She then said well I guess so can work on it but don't think I will have everything to complete the order and we are busy so will prob be an hour!!! No I am sorry no nothing. Terrible customer service they really put me in a bind. I had 20 people waiting on me and Jucys did not seem to care one bit Papacitas saved the day and started on it the second I called and had it ready in 15 minutes!! I wanna update and say they just contacted me and apologized and offered to make it right. Never eaten at a Jucy's Taco, so wanted to give it a try. The place was dirty on the inside. Tables not cleaned, dead bugs on the window sills and behind the counter was a disaster. Did not give me much hope for the food. The service was not too great and the food was below mediocre. Not sure why people like this place, but its not well done, dirty and not tasty. My husband and I gave Jucy's Taco a try today, and unfortunately, it was more of a salt fest than a flavor fiesta. I ordered the nachos for $9.99 and honestly, it tasted like they seasoned them with a whole carton of salt. My husband had the beef fajitas, which set us back around $13, and they weren't much better. To put it lightly, the food didn't sit well. If we were looking for a digestive adventure, we could've just gone to Taco Bell, spent less, and still had the same... after effects. In all seriousness, the prices were high for what we got, and the quality just wasn't there. We won't be coming back,but hey, at least now we know where not to go when we're hungry. read more

Generally I go to Jucys on judson most days of the week for my lunch around noon, great service, i have my food within minutes and it is always on point. Today, very disappointed, near hangry at the situation. Ordered food for the fam as a snack before supper, and my husband a pick me up between jobs around 5:00 on a saturday(today) i ordered the usual soft tacos and an enchilada with beans added, when i get to the window, she repeats my order back to me and says "you ordered the enchilada and 3 crunchy tacos?" I said "no maam, i ordered the enchilada with beans, and 4 SOFT tacos. She tells me my total, gives me my change.. closes her window... comes back to tell me i owe $3 more for the soft tacos... whatever, i pay the $3 and the manager hands me the bag UPRIGHT, i wasnt thinking to check the food as i was already annoyed and rushing to take this food to my husband. She put the enchilada in the bag vertically... just imagine that... needless to say, im sure the pictures will show you the mess we had, and my husband was not happy to have sauce all over his work clothes and a smashed enchilada. They were not busy, so no need to be in a hurry that youre not paying attention to how you place messy food in a bag, more worried about upcharging me than how satisfied i am with my meal. I wont ever go there in the evening hours again. Morning shift, you are perfect every time!! Evening needs some serious work. I had high hopes for Jucys Taco. Much like the low quality shell the taco was in my hopes were also crushed. If you are looking for quality authentic Mexican food this is not it. Think more like gas station Tacos. Jucys is not the worst Mexican food that I have ever had but it is close. Everything was flavorless. The chicken in the enchilada was dull, I have had better sauce out of a can. The quesadilla was dull, And the taco had no redeeming qualities. The cleanness was below average, the bathroom floors were covered in what I hope was water. The only redeeming quality was the staff, they were all nice and friendly and helpful. They all looked like they were trying their best. It's not that Jucys is expensive, but there is no value for what you get. I can honestly say the the Taco Bell next door is a tastier, cheaper and better place to go. Overall stay away. My wife summed it up best when she said we should have just went to Taco Bell. read more

Just walked in as a customer to find out what my sister company was all about. I had been through the drive through at HG Mosley a couple times but I wanted to give Jucys Taco the full shakedown. So I came to this one, and was throughly satisfied. I got the fajita plate with steak and no sour cream, and a Cherry Coke. Is it the most authentic Tex-Mex food I've had in Longview? No, but it's not Taco Bell either. The fajitas were good all around, and I say that being a Houston native. Tex-Mex restaurants are in a dog-eat-dog situation over there. If I had to give a fair comparison of this restaurant, I would say it's in the ballpark of Taco Cabana, and I feel pretty confident about that assessment. I do however feel that the service could be a little faster as far as greeting the customers initially. I did stand at the counter for a solid minute before they talked to me. read more

I recommend this business for your catering needs. My son recently got married and they wanted a taco bar for the reception. Jucy's catering coordinator, Brittany, was super helpful and very polite. They delivered and helped set up. They provided serving utensils and all the food was fresh and packaged well. They didn't leave until we had it all set up. Folks were raving about the guacamole. The white queso did not fare well, though, being kept warm in a crock pot. It turned too thick to serve. So I wouldn't order that again. Overall, it was a success. The prices were reasonable. The only thing I would do differently is actually order less. I hate to see food get wasted. We ended up taking a ton of food home. But we wanted to make sure there was plenty. We used Jucy Taco (Loop and Judson) to feed our band kids before going off to play at an away game. I called around town and their price came in lower than anyone. Our band is not in longview so to hear taco shells were forgotten (I received the call before our folks made it back to school) from our order was disappointing. Without skipping a beat, they put an employee in a car and they delivered our shells (you just fed 20 more kids!!) Customer service like that is hard to find there days. We have eaten here multiple times. Wonderful food, much better then your average drive through taco place. The food always taste fresh and hot. Don't know that you can ask for much more. We also have used their family taco pack on several occasions when we have had a lot of people over at the house and it's always on time and very decently priced, and plenty of food. We have never been inside this one so I can't speak to how clean they are on the inside, but if the food is any indication I would say they are probably pretty clean. read more

Yesterday I ordered nachos from the drive-thru. They asked me if I wanted all the ingredients mixed over the nachos, and I said yes. Did I want jalapeños? Yes. When I got the order all the sides were in a separate container, which I had to mix up and distribute over the chips (in my car), and there were no jalapeños. They did provide a free dessert because they were training someone to make them, which was nice. The biggest disappointment was the cheese sauce for the nachos -- it was virtually tasteless. I've had other items here that were good, but I will not order the nachos again. read more
