Yesterday I ordered nachos from the drive-thru. They asked me if I wanted all the ingredients mixed over the nachos, and I said yes. Did I want jalapeños? Yes. When I got the order all the sides were in a separate container, which I had to mix up and distribute over the chips (in my car), and there were no jalapeños. They did provide a free dessert because they were training someone to make them, which was nice. The biggest disappointment was the cheese sauce for the nachos -- it was virtually tasteless. I've had other items here that were good, but I will not order the nachos again. read more

This was way better when it was taco casa. No combos and no real salsa. They have hinez taco sauce and that is it.

A little different since it changed hands from Taco Casa but it's still very well good and their Tea is Awesome... Unlike a few other Taco places they really give you your money's worth! Can't wait for the new to open on 322/Estes pkwy it's closer to my house! read more

Okay fast food taco, not sure who voted this "the best taco in tx" as the sign was advertising it's mediocre at best. Also the woman behind the counter was less than helpful when I said "I've never been here before, what would you recommend?" Her answer was "um well we have tacos or burritos". Overall I would rather just eat at Taco Bell. read more

We have eaten here multiple times. Wonderful food, much better then your average drive through taco place. The food always taste fresh and hot. Don't know that you can ask for much more. We also have used their family taco pack on several occasions when we have had a lot of people over at the house and it's always on time and very decently priced, and plenty of food. We have never been inside this one so I can't speak to how clean they are on the inside, but if the food is any indication I would say they are probably pretty clean. read more

If you're going to steal all the recipes from another restaurant, you should at least make good food. Super disappointing and lame. I will definitely not be back, and I hope that other company finds a way to protect their brand from this garbage. read more

My son would eat here everyday if I let him! Good simple Mexican-ish food. Tacos, burritos, nachos... :)

My wife and i love Jucys. An employee there, Brad Chadwick, bought us a couple of the new chicken tacos. They were excellant. Brad was not working at the time, was in street clothes and out of the pure kindness of his heart, he did this out of his own pocket. God Bless Brad! And God Bless Jucys! Tony Preiss read more

Fast friendly service here at this location. I love their sweet tea and think it's the best on town. They usually have an A rating from the health department which is a plus. The best meat burritos in town. read more

They need to stick to burgers. It's like taco casa. I guess if you like that place, you'll probably like this place.

Pretty good tacos...great guacamole and salsa. I didn't care for the burrito pie but everything else was good. Decent value.

It is a fast food place, so keep in mind. They will fix it the way you want it, and the iced tea is AWESOME !! I go there several times a week just to get a large tea on the go.. Nachos are fabulous for fast food, and if you're needing a to go order , they package cheese and meat separate from chips so it is not soggy by the time you get home. Everything is good here and my kids can't get enough of it! Make sure to try a bean burrito if you are a first timer!! read more

Well the food is still good . But taking away the dollar tea was dumb way over priced for 2 dollars. The salsa from Heinz is garbage . Please do something about this . Other then that it's read more

3 bucks for a tortilla and very very thin coating of beans meat and cheese but mostly tortilla no thicker then my thumb. Better off with taco bell at least the burritos(tortillas mostly) are cheaper. read more

The product has changed since it changed from Taco Casa to Jucys Taco. The bean burrito is 1/3 the size it use to be. The beans are runny/watery when they use to be plentiful and fairly firm. For the price and quality I still go there because it beats the other fast food taco places in town. At least it is clean and yes, the staff is always friendly. I just wish the food was what it use to be. Before the changes I would have given it all 5 stars. I wish I could now. read more

I love their hamburger stores but was really dissapointed with the taco store. The food was just average and nothing to set the apart from the others. They really need a condiment bar like Taco Bueno. Those little condiment packets just don't get it. We probably won't go back. read more

Can your tacos get any smaller? This place used to be good when it was under different ownership. Since changing, it's obvious they're minimizing product read more

Good basic fast Mexican food. Fast service Large portions with lots of cheese Very clean Friendly help who appear glad you came Very good value for your dollar I eat there at least twice a week for over Two yrs and have never been disappointed Hope they stay the same and don't screw up a good thing read more

I love a short menu and good food fast and friendly staff and a clean restaurant. What's not to love? The only thing missing is a pot of beans which we expected since this IS Jucy's. Hey bring on the beans! read more

I absolutely love this place. The hamburger meat is seasoned perfectly and everything always tastes hot and fresh. I have never ever found "brown lettuce" in any of my tacos. Jucys Taco reminds me of what Taco Bell was back in the late 70s and early 80s, back when they actually tasted good. So eating at Jucys Taco is like revisiting my childhood. I can't drive by Jucys Taco without salivating like a dog. read more

Very generous with the cheese. Can't beat that! Good food. Staff is always friendly and never have to wait forever for my food.

this is some of the worst service i have ever had a restaraunt. they gave my food to another table and when they realized it took from the wrong table and tried to give to ours. When I requested to be remade they counter worker huffed and took it to the kitchen where 3 other workers were standing around and lloudly stated that they wouldn't remake it. At this time I went up to the counter and requested a manager which never came up and at which time I requested a refund of my money and we left the store. read more

Only went once, maybe tablespoon of meat between 3 tacos. If i wanted a salad would have ordered one. Staff seemed indifferent wont go back.

This place is great. I live an hour and a half away and every time I get down to Longview I will be stopping in to destroy a chili burger and a super burrito. read more

I ate at the one on Highway 80 today and there was almost no meat in my beef taco salad. This is the second time that this has happened I will not be back read more

Pretty much exactly like the taco casas we have back home in MS. Smaller menu though but the tortillas seem to be fresh, can't beat that! It seems the onions get mixed in with cheese sometimes because when I order a bean burrito I will often get an onion or two - yuck. read more

Just grabbed a couple of soft tacos from the Highway 80 location. Really good tacos and you definitely get your money's worth but the hot sauce is atrocious. Didn't even use it on the 2nd taco. read more

Fast food tacos this place is my fav! The jucy's best is truly the best. Always crispy and loaded. Love jucy's.

went there and their tacos are fabulous but no hot sauce with them and had to pay 38 cents each when I asked for 2 cups salsa. They are a little pricey but would have liked some hot sauce or salsa without asking or paying extra. Drive in window not that friendly. But again the tacos are really good. read more

We had not been to Longview in a while and automatically headed to Taco Casa, Surprise, it was gone and Jucy's was there! We were there, so we tried it and the food was surprisingly good. Combination burritos were full of meat, cheese, and beans not as large as their pedecessor, but adequate. The tostadas were still awesome. I still like Taco Casa better, but Jucy's will suffice for now. No one can replicate Taco Casa's spicy green sauce! read more
