Food was very fresh...hash browns crispy and golden, chicken juicy and tender. Coffee was mixed just right! Glad I stopped for breakfast. The best thing about my last interaction here was ordering via the app. There was a long wait time to get my meal. The employee who gave me my meal had an attitude and when I spoke to the Operator about it he didn't care. Gave me a generic response. To top it off, when we got home 2 meals weren't prepared as requested and the drinks were flat. Providing a great experience at CFA should be the goal but that wasn't the case during my last visit. I only stopped at this location because it was on my way and I didn't want to drive a bit further to the Glen Burnie or Anne Arundel location. I'll make sure to do that next time. read more

Please someone retrain Moryah on costumer service. I came to pick up my mobile order. She walked past be about 4 times, back and forth and not once did she attempt to acknowledge me or tried to care for what I could be waiting on. Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A? It's one of the few fast foods places I go to. This location had no line which is unusual at lots of other locations. Service was quick. The person who took our order was very nice. The food was hot. The chicken sandwich was real chicken not processed. The fries were nice and hot and delicious! Free refills on sodas! The salads are also good. A small side salad is available. Other salads can be ordered with or without chicken. The eat in area was clean and comfortable. There is a play area too. read more

We had ordered online through the Chick fil an App. My wife went to pick it up and upon receiving the order they were missing ranch and chick fil a sauce. The person said my wife would have to go inside to complain. So my pregnant wife had to get out of the car and get sauce that they forgot. In terms of customer service this was the worst chic fil a I've been to. The biracial girl and white girl with blue eyeliner at the pay window were incredibly rude. One of their names were Breanna. I went through the drive through twice, once to get food for me, which I parked and ate. And then right after that to bring food for my sister who was at home. I realized that the first time around they didn't give me a receipt. I always get a receipt at CFA to get points if I forget to scan my app. And I forgot to scan my app bc rushed me and made me feel uncomfortable. So I said "I didn't get a receipt for my last order. Can I please have one?" The biracial girl said "it's probably in the trash by now" so I asked if she could reprint it. She didn't know how so the blue eyelinered manager (i assume she was the manager) came forward and together they acted so bewildered and weirded out that anyone could ever request a second receipt. She printed it out for me and I was so disturbed that I just said thank you and drove off. I was never once rude but that's all I got from them. And guess what? Bottom Line: Clean restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, tasty food. This Chick-fil-A is exemplary in customer service. Everyone here is always friendly and efficient. Even when the business crowd and government employees flood this stand-alone CFA at lunch time things run smoothly. I am shocked that Chic Fil A charges you for a cup of ice water. They wanted to charge 27 cents for a cup of water after I spent $21 for a lunch meal for 2. That is insane. Hope they realize this model of nickel and dime a customer will do more harm and benefit. Needless to say, as much as I love the food there, I will not eat here any longer (out of principle). Went to the drive-thru on the way to BWI - great, friendly service, fast, and courteous. What else could you want with fast food? The spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato was fantastic - it hit the spot! I also got a fruit cup and that wasn't too bad either. Chickfila is always a solid choice, and I definitely recommend this location. The location is located less than 10 mins away from BWI. The speed of service was crazy. There are so many people here and the drive through isn't even backed up. I did their curbside delivery option. Once I checked in, my food was out within 3 minutes. The hospitality was top notch. CFA's are generally known for their great customer service and this one did not disappoint. This is a really cool CFA location! I was visiting a friend in town nearby and being that I was in a hurry, I needed to use the drive-thru! There were two employees with iPads ready to take my order but I had actually ordered ahead via the mobile app. Then I got my receipt from the next person before proceeding to the pick up my order. I find this system very efficient, but in the rain and other inclement weather, are their employees standing outside unsheltered? I hope not! My order was correct and my food was tasty! This is no longer a presumptive 5 star based on the premise that I've never been to a genuinely bad Chick-fil-A. FIVE STAR CONFIRMED. Given that this particular location is situated in one of the the most heavily...hmm - let me not finish that thought. Suffice to say, you should always feel very safe and extremely secure visiting this location. I love Chick-fil-A but this is the worst experience all around that I have ever had. Got in from a late flight and we were happy to see a Chick-fil-A on our route home. We pulled in the drive-thru and neither the person taking our order or the one giving us our food was very personable. Sure, they said "our pleasure" but clearly it was not. I chalked this up to it being the end of the night...until we got our food. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Meal and got a soggy bun with a few pickles slapped on with cold fries, no salt, and an cup full of ice and some soda. My wife's meal wasn't much better same bun, unsalted fries and a medium (instead of a small) soda with no ice and the drink was warm and flat. Perhaps they could have put some of my ice in her drink. Had it not been the time of day it was I would have driven back but it is safe to say I will never return to this location. There was nothing good about it. I never write bad reviews but this was just the worst. Worst CFA experience ever. read more

Love Chick fil a tea but it's brewed there and hot so I ask for an extra cup of ice like I always do at Chick fil an and told I had to pay $.53 for cup of ice even though I just bought two meals. When I paid I couldn't get a large cup even though I paid extra for a cup of ice. All they really serve is chicken but the reason I go to Chick fil a while traveling all over for work is usually the great service and people. Definitely not this location. I did not receive "the Chic Fil A experience at this location. No one was in the drive thru line and when I pulled up to the speaker I was surprised to have had to wait almost 15 seconds to be greeted. Other than the the service was fast. My Mac and cheese container was packed loosely with what looks as if someone scraped the sides of pans to get what was left over. The noodles were also mushy. I'm not sure if I was there at a bad time for them but it was definitely not up to standards I've received elsewhere.
