    Please someone retrain Moryah on costumer service. I came to pick up my mobile order. She walked past be about 4 times, back and forth and not once did she attempt to acknowledge me or tried to care for what I could be waiting on. Instead, well mannered and skilled Mac greeted me and was eager to check on my order status while also keeping eyes on disruptive school boys abusing of the mints and continents courtesy. Thanks Mac! This is my second day essentially not interacting with the employee that needs retraining, so I hope my third visit shows improvement. Also, as I wrote my check-in, I notice as I was about to add my dressing that my salad was wrong and so I went to the lady in red for help getting the right salad. She listened, and immediately assured me to provide the right one. Took but a minute and I had my salad and my chicken was hot still. Love that kind of work ethic.

    The food is pretty consistent with the National Chain which is awesome.. employees were super friendly.. My only problem with this restaurant is that it's filthy.. before the "dinner rush" all the tables were sticky and dirty.. there were enough employees to have one clean the tables and floor.. poor management IMO

    A standard chick fil a. We always stop for lunch when traveling because it is clean and bathrooms are clean. This one did not let us down. We also like it as I can get waffle fries without salt. Service was quick and we were on our way.

    I ordered a breakfast filet. It's so small. Am i late? They used to be bigger. I won't be getting this again.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.
